DESTINY GIRL

DESTINY GIRL
17. The Past of Rey

This morning Rey sat quietly in her bed. He had just dreamed of a bad childhood. His eyes look a little puffy. He remembered the death of his grandmother. He also remembered his parents. They suffered the same death, the witch killed.

Rey never expected to see the witch again.

As a child she survived death because her mother wrapped herself in a protective ball and cast a blood spell that made her invisible or audible. While he can only see what happened that day while crying and screaming calling his mother.

The witch tore her father and mother apart because she did not get what she was looking for. Little Rey fainted in fear.

I don't know how many days he was in that protective ball. When he woke up he could not remember anything.

His stomach was hungry . Little Rey walked down the aisle to the market. He tried to ask for food but the seller threw him out. Rey is forced to steal bread and run to hide under the table of a vegetable seller.

That's the day Rey met Flo's grandmother and took her home. Rey has since become her granddaughter because Flo's grandmother has no family.

Flashback On: Grandma Flo - POV

This morning was lovely for Grandma Flo. He was happy because now there was a little girl who would accompany his life. This little girl is still sleeping. Grandma Flo is heading for the backyard. He will prepare the vegetables he will bring to the market.

As the back door opened he was surprised to see a young man and an old man standing in the courtyard.

Then the old man beside her came forward and stretched out a ring and a bundle.

" This ring will protect you and the girl. And this is to meet the needs of the grandmother and little Princess . Accept ... " .

Grandma Flo accepted it with a little confusion. Kendrick approached and placed his hand on Flo's grandmother's head. Instantly grandmother Flo gains knowledge of who they are and the Kingdom of Astraco. Afterwards Grandma Flo immediately bowed in thanks.

Then they disappeared. Grandma Flo went back inside and opened the white cloth. He was amazed to see so many gold coins and gems. He was crying and happy. It was unexpected that little Rey's presence brought good luck.

Soon Rey wakes up to take a bath. Grandma will take her to the market to buy Rey's clothes and food. He will give his best for this little princess. Oh ... what a happy grandmother when old still given the opportunity to take care of a little girl.

When on the market it turns out Rey does not want the fancy dresses chosen by grandma. She prefers a simple dress with a soft color. Also simple shoes that are comfortable to wear. Grandma smiled knowing this little girl was fighting well.

After that, they bought cakes and food to take home. Rey doesn't like the crowds in the market. He just wants to eat at home. Along the way they joined hands while carrying a lot of stuff.

Sometimes Rey's little mouth sings a little loud. Grandma could only smile and shake her head. He feels his life is more colorful now that Rey is around.
