15. Reyna's anger

Rey stared intently at the astrologer who seemed to be grinning. The air around the girl suddenly felt hot. Then it looked like a smoldering fire was burning on Rey's body but it didn't make her dress burn. Asgar was agape at Rey's sighting. His sword just fell.

The clairvoyant was surprised by Rey's change. He didn't know Rey had the power. His evil smile instantly disappeared as Rey reached out her hand towards him, launching a blaze .

Asgar immediately jumped to the side, rolled over and stood up again staring at the fortune teller. He could feel the heat of Rey's flame. While the fortune teller tries to hold Rey's fire. He exerted all his strength. Black smoke began to billow from his palms . There was a lot of sweat on his face. It seems he won't be able to hold it. His hands were starting to burn.

" Aaaaaaaaarrrgghh..................... ! "

Finally the fire smashed into his body, burning the robe so he cried out in panic while shaking off his hand trying to extinguish the fire. Then he threw himself rolling on the ground, trying to put out the flames on his body.

After some time, the body of the soothsayer was gone, his ashes were blown away by the wind . Asgar fell limp down . He looked blankly into the air. For him, death by the sword was much easier than burning.

Rey just glanced around no matter what. He turned his back and saw Kendrick carrying his grandmother. Half-run he approached. Tears came back down her cheeks. Kendrick glanced at Asgar before teleporting to bring Rey and her grandmother back. They disappeared and became silent as if nothing had happened.

" Granny..... ? " rey's voice felt trembling. He cupped his hands with his grandmother's.

The woman named Florens opened her eyes slowly. He looked at Rey and smiled. He took a breath before speaking.

" Rey, honey....... Grandma's glad you've met your destiny. Don't be sad, grandma's job is done. Take good care of yourself. "his breath is a little stingy.

Rey was speechless, she hugged her grandmother while crying. Grandma Flo gently caressed Rey's head for a while and closed her eyes for good.
