Fabian chuckled at getting such treatment.

"Let's sleep in the room, not on the couch. Let me sleep on the couch watching TV. If you need anything just call me,"

"I'm not so sleepy Bi."

"He's watching TV first" Fabian said as he stroked Renata's head and carried it into his chest.

Before long a subtle snoring was heard by Fabian.

Renata fell asleep hugging herself. I don't know how many kisses Fabian gave at the top of Renata's head. He didn't waste this opportunity.

Renata awakens in her room when sunlight begins to scour the earth and the warmth creeps in through the gap of the curtain.

Things were much better this morning. Looks like Fabian moved her into the room last night.

Renata looks out the window of her ex-husband's car still parked in her yard. I swear by whatever she felt so relieved.

Renata rushed to wash her face, brush her teeth, and tidy her hair. Judging by his appearance in front of the mirror before meeting Fabian this morning.

" Last night I must have been a mess" said Renata, recalling the circumstances of her kissing Fabian last night.

"I'm ashamed, I'm ashamed" he whined unheard.

Renata walked towards the kitchen as there were sounds from that direction.

Renata leaned her body against the kitchen door to look at Fabian who was cutting a piece of fresh fruit. Fabian's tied hair indicates that the man has not taken care of himself for a long time.

It's probably been almost 2 years since the accident. From there Renata never noticed the appearance of her ex-husband even though they had lived together when Fabian could not walk.

"Eh Re brokear I made a fruit salad, you sit down first" Fabian said when he noticed Renata's presence.

Renata complied.

"Make breakfast Wulan already make fried rice so I make salad only," said Fabian while stealing a kiss from Renata's cheek.

"Bi.."

"I checked Re's temperature, thank God it's not a fever" said Fabian who now sits opposite him.

"Your hair is long Bi. Office people don't complain ?"

Renata smiled at Fabian.
