"A.a.a.what do you mean Renata's friend?" Fabian asked.

"Yes friends, we reconcile Fabian but no longer involve feelings nor does it interfere in each other's personal affairs. We'll make peace for our son Celia. Isn't this better?" Renata asked as if there was no burden when saying it.

"No, baby, I don't want to. How can we just be friends when I love you so much" Fabian said.

Renata was silent for a while, trying to digest her husband's words.

"When love really can't hurt, Fabian," said Renata coldly and then stepped foot leaving Fabian frozen.

Renata sat himself on a park bench, looking up at the night sky decorated with little stars.

His mind looked far away, looking for what was wrong with his marriage so that it experienced something painful like this.

Renata only hopes that time will pass quickly because without a doubt she will break away from the shackles of her lying marriage.

A single tear fell from the corner of his eye.

"Good morning Fabian, what do you want for breakfast ?" Sapa Renata while brushing the thin white curtain that then presents the light indicates the morning has greeted.

Fabian blinked his eyes and began to collect lives.

"Where's gelia?" Ask with a distinctive hoarse voice waking up.

"Celia's gone to school, she even gave you a kiss on your cheek while you were still sleeping. Doesn't it feel ?"

"Mmm no" replied Fabian.

"I'm going to the toilet, can you please call Andi to help ?"

"I can help if you want, Andi tells me you're trying to clean yourself up and refuse her help. Is that true ?" Renata asked.

"Mmm yes, it was uncomfortable to touch a man," Fabian shuddered in horror.

"Do you want to be touched by a woman ?" Renata asked with a smile in a joking tone.

But not with Fabian receiving the remark, he felt Renata back insinuating himself. Seen from Fabian's facial water that turned sour.

"Ah Fabian sorry was not the intention of insinuating, I was just kidding. I swear," said Renata by pointing 2 fingers and showing a sweet smile.

"I told you, let's make peace. You want to heal fast too, right ? Let me help you clean up" Renata said and began to help Fabian get on his wheelchair.

Fabian obeys Renata's orders with a chaotic feeling, whether his wife was right with what she said last night about a new relationship called "friendship". How is he able to live it?

Renata helped Fabian clean up, from washing his face to wiping Fabian's entire body without missing a single piece.

Fabian kept staring at his wife's face and moved uneasily as his wife touched a certain part of his body.

"Geez Fabian, I've seen your innocent body a thousand times so don't be ashamed. I'm a rich virgin child just shy shy," said Renata by turning her eyeballs.

Fabian just fell silent enjoying in the pain. Wondering if his wife had no taste anymore so that something this intimate was taken for granted.

"Darling, I mean Renata could it be faster ? I started to get cold" Fabian said. He wanted to immediately stop this torturous activity. However, Fabian is a normal man, dead he withholds desire from every touch his wife gives him.

"OK, done. I'm done, I wipe first," replied Renata while taking a roll of towels that have been available.

Fabian quickly grabbed the towel. "Let me do it myself, I can" Fabian said.

"Okay, let's get dressed. I don't want you to catch a cold later" Renata said, helping Fabian and pushing the wheelchair out.

"So what's breakfast ?" Renata asked as they were in the kitchen after Fabian's self-cleaning ritual.

"I want pancakes with honey" replied Fabian with eyes always on his wife.

"OK, wait a minute,"

"Good morning sir, let's check the condition of the father this morning," said Andi with some measuring instruments carried.

"For Andi, yes please," said Fabian.

"I'm sorry I didn't help you this morning, because I see you might be more comfortable if you help,"

"It's okay" replied Fabian briefly.

"How did it go?" Tanya Renata while providing 3 plates of pancakes on the table.

"It worked well, ma'am. Blood pressure is normal, wounds also begin to improve. With this spirit I am sure you will recover soon" Andi said giving encouragement to Fabian.

All morning by noon they missed without a debate. Some people come to visit even Hendrik and Sakti came along with their busy lives.

"Fabian, I picked Celia back home from school and maybe it'll be a little late because I want to go shopping for the contents of the refrigerator first" Renata said when Fabian was still talking to her brother-in-law and also her assistant.

There was a strange thing going on, their conversation came to a halt when Renata came. As if talking about something very secretive. Not wanting to bother Renata ignored all his bad thoughts.

"Oh my heart, delivered by Mr Wito ?" Fabian asked.

"Mmm no, I brought my own car" Renata replied.

Fabian was silent and looked at Renata as if asking why he no longer used the driver as usual.

"I don't think I'm an old woman who should always be escorted by Fabian drivers" Renata said.

"Not so, I'm just worried about you baby, Celia too" Fabian said. It was difficult for Fabian to accept his new status as just a "friend" so the word affection was still thrown from his mouth.

"I'll be fine Fabian" replied Renata and walked away leaving Fabian.

By late afternoon Renata had not returned. Fabian looks agitated, trying to contact but Renata's phone can not be contacted.

"Fuc*f*ck !" Fabian swore many times. In her mind the shadow of Renata and her older cousin Jamie dancing around. Fabian imagines Renata sharing his love with the man. It was only fitting that Renata would easily offer him a friendship because Renata's heart had turned to another man.

"Siaaaallll," cried Fabian again cursing and throwing goods that were at his reach.

Instantly bi Sumi her housekeeper came.

"What's up, sir ?" Tanya bi Sumi was surprised to see some items scattered on the floor.

"Sorry bi, please get it done" Fabian said coldly and moved his wheelchair towards the room.

By dark Renata had arrived at his home. With lots of grocery bags. Celia laughed cheerfully as she brought some new toys in her hands.

"Celia let's take a bath, son, all day play sure your body is sticky" said Renata to her son.

"Mak Wulan, please bathe Celia," Renata told Celia's nanny who happened to not go.

Before long Celia went upstairs where her room was with Wulan's mom behind her.

"Bather where is ?" Renata asked Sumi's aunt who was cleaning up all the groceries.

"The father had entered the room mom, mmm the father seemed angry earlier ma'am, the father threw some items on the floor" replied bi Sumi.

" Well why ? " Renata asked again.

"I don't know much, ma'am" replied bi Sumi.

" Mm yes already, please sort everything out. I met you first" Renata said as she left the kitchen and headed to the guest room where Fabian was.

Renata stepped up and saw Fabian sitting in his wheelchair looking out the window.

"Fabian," Renata called her husband.

Instantly Fabian turned his wheelchair and faced Renata.

" Where did you just come home from this afternoon? I can't call either" asked Fabian in a cold tone.

" Me and Celia...." Not yet Renata finished answering his question, Fabian had returned to talk

" I don't care what you do behind my back, Renata. Do whatever makes you happy. Because now I'm gonna survive. I will fight for our home. I'll give you a lot of love, you just have to shut up and accept. It doesn't matter if you just think I'm a friend no longer a husband. But I'll survive and keep you a wife." Fabian said firmly.
