Anton stared at Fabian's departure with a look of disbelief.

"Hopefully nothing bad happened" Anton muttered as he turned his back and left.

Fabian walked interspersed with a small run to where his car was parked. I don't know why his heart misses his ex-wife Renata. Maybe it's okay if tonight Fabian invites him to dinner together. "Thats all, just eating," inner Fabian. To treat longing, also to approach back. "Wait for me, honey," Fabian said as he began to start his engine and left.

Fabian paused at a flower shop and bought a bunch of roses that looked so pretty. He inhaled the fragrant flower when he received it and then walked back into the car and spurred it at high speed hoping to soon meet someone he missed so much. Fabian also accidentally did not contact his ex-wife because his arrival wanted to be a surprise.

It took Fabian several minutes to reach the office yard where Renata worked.

Fabian tidied up his clothes, carried a bouquet of flowers and prepared to go down as he watched the woman he so desperately missed walk out of the office lobby with her sweet smile.

Fabian's chest was pounding when he saw it. Taking a deep breath to neutralize the pounding of his heart and then Fabian prepared to get out of his car. But he soon abandoned his intentions when he saw someone walking right behind Renata.

Doctor Jamie, walk right behind Renata. They walked out of the office lobby. Instantly his body weakened, his body seemed to be thrown from a height. Fabian was silent for a while to see the two of them and then chose to leave Renata.

Fabian wanted to run to Renata and take him away but he did not want to make his ex-wife feel embarrassed.

Fabian runs his car blankly, splitting the streets of the capital. His feeling is so hollow.

Fabian threw the bouquet into the trash when he reached his apartment. Take a thick, frothy brown drink in a glass containing several pieces of ice cubes and sip it slowly. Wishing to forget what he just saw.

"He has returned, the man has returned" said Fabian, sitting in the darkness.

"I want my business to be yours" Fabian's words continued to ring in his head. "Bi, is there any hope for us to return ?" Lirih Renata is among his stacks of work.

"Re daydreamed mutely," said one of Renata's friends who worked one space with him.

Renata just smiled awkwardly in response to her. There is no way she would tell me that she is thinking about her ex-husband.

That day Renata went through with his head filled with thoughts about Fabian.

Until the afternoon before Renata intends to send a message just asking Fabian news today. "just ask the news, of course it's okay not ?" Renata muttered to himself. But his finger trembled just like that just because he wanted to send a message. Finally, Renata expressed his intention.

Until at the time of the clock home Renata's friend approached her "Re, there was a nyari at the reception below. The guy is handsome" said one of his friends who had just arrived in Renata's room.

"It's a lie" Renata replied in disbelief.

"Seriously Re, I happened to pass by that guy nanyain Lo,"

"Fabian" hept. Renata remembers very well that the only man who ever came to his office was Fabian. At that time he came to pick her up and accompany Fabian to buy a birthday gift for Celia.

Renata saw the clock on the wall showing it at almost half 6 p.m. Renata grabbed the bag that was on his desk "i am first, yes" he said and stepped away with a roaring chest in happiness.

Can't wait to be in the elevator that takes him down to the lobby floor. Renata waited in dismay.

Renata walked in a bit of a hurry as the elevator doors opened.

"Bye..." He called Fabian's name in his words. But Renata stopped his steps when he saw that standing there was not Fabian as Renata had hoped.

Doctor Jamie was standing there looking at her longing and a smile on her face.

Renata walked over with a bit of disappointment.

"Hi Re, how are you ?" Greet Jamie's doctor as Renata approaches.

"Well, how are you ?"

"good too. Surprise" said Jamie smiling.

"Yes, I was surprised" Renata replied.

They talked for a while before leaving Renata's office building. 

"Would you like to have dinner together ?" Ask Jamie's doctor.

"Ah sorry, today can not. I haven't told Celia," Renata refused subtly.

"I brought a car too. Sorry,"

"Ooh," doctor Jamie smiled wryly.

They walked out of the lobby to the parking lot where their car was. Throughout the journey, Jamie tells about his arrival because there is a seminar that must be attended but this time the arrival of doctor Jamie accompanied by his son Collin. Renata just smiled in response.

Renata felt himself being watched. He looked around but there was no one there.

"My God, why do I wish Fabian was here" he said inwardly.

" are you okay ? Waiting for someone again ?" Jamie asks the doctor to see Renata, who seems to be looking for someone.

"Yes I'm fine and I'm not waiting for anyone. Jamie I'm sorry I had to go home and couldn't accompany dinner."

"It's ok, we can do it another time,"

"How about lunch tomorrow ?" Renata asked because she felt bad

"Tomorrow I'll visit Fabian. See how he's doing now,"

Renata gasps when Fabian's name is called. In her little heart, she hopes Fabian doesn't misunderstand Jamie's arrival.

"Alright Re, I say goodbye first. I'll tell you again, yeah,"

And they split up.

Fabian woke up with a throbbing head in pain when he only drank one glass a night. It didn't seem like it was that glass of drink that gave him a headache this morning but because of the weight of the mind that came to him.

He arrived at the office in a bad mood. His gaze was cold when meeting everyone including his older brother Sakti and it made Sakti misunderstand thinking Fabian was still angry with him because of the conversation yesterday afternoon. Eventually, distance was created between them.

Fabian was immersed in his work trying to turn his mind to something other than Renata.

That afternoon Someone knocked on the door of his room and Hendrik's face appeared behind the door.

"Sir, someone wants to meet" said Hendrik. Yes for a while Hendrik concurrently as secretary Fabian.

Not to mention Fabian replied, Jamie's doctor has stepped his foot into Fabian's room. Although reluctant to meet but it would be rude not to accept it.

"How are you doing Bi ? I want to see your condition now."

Fabian tried to smile and then stood up to welcome the arrival of his distant cousin and the doctor who had helped him.

"I'm good, Brother. Come on, please sit down." Take Fabian to the sofa in the room.

"Hendrik please ask OB to make coffee" Fabian said.

They were chatting casually in the room without even a single mention of Renata.

Jamie's doctor simply asked Fabian about his health progress and told him about the seminar that had invited him to attend. Both try to look normal even though the awkwardness can still be seen.

Doctor Jamie resigned after almost 1 hour to see Fabian.

Fabian gets busy with his job and tries to kill his mind about Jamie and Renata's doctors but finds it difficult to do so

"I will fight once again" Fabian's determination to himself "I will not let go of Renata this time," he continued. Yeah Fabian won't just back off.

That afternoon Fabian was walking towards the parking lot. He was going home when an old man approached him.

"Sir Fabian," greeted the man politely.

Fabian turned his head towards the voice. It seemed like he felt familiar with the face of someone who had greeted him.

"I am Mark Abraham, Sarah's father. Can we talk for a second ?"
