Two Way Attack

“Let's see, what other kind of guests are coming at us?”

Ardana again activates the advanced features of its tactical glasses which have been budgeted for a while. His vision became clearer now. Far ahead there, behind the rows of scattered army corpses extending forward, was the silhouette of something large that was creeping slowly on the floor. Although it was clear that the creature had started to move towards him, he had not yet thrown the grenade that Ardana had given him. Paramitha instead moved back as much as one inch, as if letting its prey continue to approach.

“Hah, Paramitha? What is he doing?!” A shocked Ardana rushed over while pointing his gun to prepare to shoot.

Just like the fate of his kind who was ahead there, the giant leech was smashed into pieces to half his body. Ardana who was flabbergasted reached Paramitha's hand which sat on the floor of the hallway. Both legs of the girl turned out to feel weak when running away after successfully inserting a grenade into the mouth of the creature earlier.

Paramitha nodded while still directing her gaze to the leech that had just exploded. The girl slowly stood up again with the help of Ardana.

Ardana glanced at Paramitha's feet. “Sick, or how?” tanyakanya.

“It looks like because it's not used to running too fast more than I can. I have never felt a situation like this,” replied Paramitha while moving her legs slowly.

His left hand gently grasped Paramitha's arm, helping her through the carcass of a giant leech that was still burning small.
