Time has shown at nine o'clock at night, but Yudha is still at home in the living room of his house occupied by several BM employees. As in previous days, Yudha enjoyed interacting with Joseph. Like there is a pleasure and happiness in his heart when playing with that adorable little baby. It had been a week since the day of Joseph's birth, but the euphoria he felt had not diminished, it was increasing every day. If possible, Yudha did not want to part with Joseph for a moment.

Perhaps this is called the Father's instinct, despite the fact that he is not Joseph's biological father. But he loved Joseph like a son. He had been in love with the little baby ever since the nurse gave Joseph to him, for he had an adhan in his ear.

"Mas Yudha... don't want to go home yet?"

Mutia appeared in the living room with a milk bottle containing her breast milk, while looking anxiously at the wall clock. Usually Yudha has said goodbye to the adhan isya', but tonight when the short hand on the wall clock has been between the numbers nine and ten, the number is, there was no sign that the man was going to leave.

Yudha directed her attention to Mutia. Stare with one eyebrow raised.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to expel, Mas Yudha. But... not good with the neighbors." Mutia quickly expressed her anxiety, because she did not want to make Yudha offended.

The corner of Yudha's lips was attracted to form a smile, but neither was her mouth open yet to respond to Mutia's words, the sound of a loud bell repeatedly attracting the attention of the two.

"Let me open." and Yudha got up from her seat.

A few seconds passed, but the figure of Yudha never returned. Did Mas Yudha go straight home? thought. Out of curiosity Mutia decided to follow Yudha forward and see who had come, taking Joseph in her arms.

Mutia looked confusedly at the people gathered in the courtyard of the house, then her gaze was shifted on the terrace chair now occupied by Yudha and RT.

"W-What's this?" he said with a frowning forehead.

"Sit, Mutia. I also want to talk to you." said Mr. RT. "Actually Gus Yudha asked to speak to him only, but since this matter involves you, so you should also listen."

Yudha sighed, then got up from sitting down, then told Mutia to occupy her seat, while she herself took a seat inside and placed it beside Mutia.

"What's the matter, sir?" Mutia asked as she patted Joseph's butt agitatedly on his lap.

"Some one is spreading rumors about you who, sorry, committed adultery."

"Astaghfirullah." Mutia felt her heart beating painfully. Who would defame him?

"And the child you just gave birth to is a child of adultery." continued RT, making Mutia immediately close her eyes. Fondling at the pain that gripped his heart.

"My Joseph is not the result of adultery. He was born holy and had no sin at the end of his hair!" hardik Mutia with teary eyes, while tightly hugging her son with a trembling body.

"Sorry, Mutia. I don't mean to talk rudely, but I just say what I hear. The rumors continued to spread, until the entire population of the complex found out and urged me to see you soon, but because some time I have a lot of work, only tonight I can grant their request. Thankfully, though impatient, they could restrain themselves by not being anarchist."

Paused his words to take a breath, as his eyes stared alternately at the two before him. "And also, according to information from the neighbors, Gus Yudha often visited this house, not even rarely home at night. Then tonight we found Gus Yudha here, as if to prove the truth of the information we got."

All the inhabitants of the house of Yudha were now standing at the door, watching in silence and confusion.

"You can ask them what we do. Have we ever had excessive physical contact and so on." Yudha cast a sharp glare at the few people standing in the courtyard. Act like a God who has the right to judge.

"I'm also always in the living room or family room every time I visit, so all the residents of the house will definitely see me when I get out of the room or will go to the kitchen." except a few days ago, his inner. But only that one time, even because he felt panicked.

"They're your employees, they're gonna keep their mouths shut. They certainly do not want to be fired, if it dismantles your badness." said one of the men from the crowd in front of them, making Yudha beat her teeth, holding back furious. Mutia lowered her head, looking at Joseph while crying silently.

"Yes, let alone that woman is a widow. He must have felt lonely and thirsty, then teased his own superior. Can't be a wife, so a mistress is enough."

"Mrs! Take care of your mouth. Or I'm going to put it on the green table." Yudha's black bead glistened in wrath. Staring sharply at the weedy woman who had now hidden herself, because she received the gaze of Yudha who seemed to want to skin her alive.

God, I never wanted to be a widow. But why does everyone just say as if I enjoy this status and look down on me.

Mutia's movements began to sound, attracting Yudha's attention. There was an urge within him to rub the woman's back, but if he did, it would make their position even more difficult.

"Then RT wants us how?" yudha asked after giving a rough breath.

"To calm the people, I ask Gus Yudha not to come here again. If you really want to monitor the condition of this house, Gus Yudha can ask confidants to do it. And that person must certainly be a woman, because all the residents in this house are women, so as not to cause problems like this anymore."

"And that means I can no longer see Joseph." murmured Yudha. His dark bead looked at Joseph who was in Mutia's lap with a nanar beam.

"Gus Yudha can invite Mutia and her son to meet elsewhere. A crowded public place, not a closed place like this house."

Rigidly Yudha nodded her head. Although I do not like the words of Mr. RT, but the words of the man with some of his hair already whitened it is true. Men and women who are not bound by a sibling relationship or marriage, it is strictly forbidden to be in the same room, just alone.

"Alright, then we'll excuse you. Sorry to interrupt. And.. Gus Yudha should go home soon, it's night." without hearing Yudha's answer, RT sir invites the citizens to go, to leave, so did the BM employees who decided to enter the house, leaving Mutia and Yudha.

"Mutia, sorry. I made things difficult for you." It was obvious regret in Yudha's black bead when she looked at Mutia who was still faithfully bowing her head, but Mutia did not respond at all. The woman seemed to be dissolved in her own world.

"Don't be discouraged, son. No matter the whole world hates you, blasphemes you or even humbles you, I... Your mother will always love you, love you and love you in every breath, until God decides that my time is up. You are the daughter of Mother, one of the wingless angels that the Lord has kindly entrusted to me. Mother will take care of you, protect you, even if life is at stake. Please, don't listen to their words." the murmur was heard along with the sound of roaring cries.

Yudha who heard Mutia's murmur felt her heart slashed open, but there was also a foreign feeling that was seeping within her. The feeling of wanting to protect that was so strong, because he did not like the tears that came out from the beautiful eyes of Mutia, nor the feeling that Yudha did not know what it meant.

To be sure, when he saw Mutia crying sobbing, he did not want any other man to wipe away Mutia's tears and give her a soothing hug. And that made Yudha think over and over again what she wanted and what she should do.
