The sun that was shining too hot and the baby that kicked quite often, was the perfect combination to make Mutia feel tired that many times over. Since the first kick when Yudha rubbed his stomach, the baby in the womb became very active moving. Although the kick made him sick and often breathed hard, but Mutia was happy, because she knew that the baby was in good condition.
Should I thank Mas Yudha for making my baby finally kick?
The sound of the adhan coming from his phone is an alarm marker that the prayer time has arrived. Taking her phone from the pocket of the pregnant clothes she was wearing, Mutia immediately turned off the alarm, before moving to find the nearest place of worship to pray dzuhur.
After carrying out the obligation, Mutia walked up to a tent stall on the side of the road to fill her stomach that had been whining to be filled. Before sitting down, Mutia first ordered food and drinks, then occupied an empty seat that led slightly out of the stall.
Supporting her chin, Mutia looked straight ahead and let out a long sigh. When he first joined Barata Mobilindo, Mutia thought his job would be easy. A month had passed, but he had not even managed to sell a single car.
O Allah, it is fitting that Mas Yudha only gave the target of selling two cars in three months, not two cars each month, because of the difficulty of asking for forgiveness. And now Mutia regretted having underestimated the task she had obtained.
"When the first day was working, as I recall you were also sighing long."
Mutia turned to the side and immediately found Yudha. Mutia felt de javu. Sit side by side in the same position as one month ago and look at each other. Then Mutia grimaced as she recalled Yudha's words.
Indeed after the day of 'box milk', Mutia always kept her distance from her boss. Minimizing the possibility that they will be in the same place and in a state of alone. Mutia was aware that her heart was beginning to waver because of the man's kindness and concern. And before the fort was destroyed, Mutia had to stay away and protect herself, if she did not want to go back to feeling crushed.
But unfortunately, the effort to 'keep away' becomes futile, when the universe actually outlined its destiny to always intersect with Yudha. After almost two weeks Mutia did not meet with Yudha, feeling a little relieved because the man returned to his hometown, today God even brought him and Yudha together in a roadside tent stall.
"Mas... Yudha, how come it's here?"
The twenty-seven-year-old man did not immediately answer, because of the arrival of a young woman who was now laying the order Mutia. Then Yudha ordered some food, before turning back to Mutia as the waiter left their table.
"Of course for lunch, Mutia. My stomach is asking to be filled. Naturally, this morning I did not have time for breakfast. Right up to the airport, I went straight to the BM." Yudha replied as she spread her shoulders.
"I mean, why are we here, Mom?"
Oh come on, Jimbaran is not only as big as moringa leaves. There are many restaurants in Badung district, but why Yudha ended up in the same stall with him.
"I went with Fadli," along with which Yudha raised her chin towards the front, which was immediately followed by Mutia's gaze. Not far from their table were three men talking and occasionally laughing loudly.
"They're car anthers. And by chance the buyer was my acquaintance, so I decided to come along. Yeah, just say hello and a little stale. Then since it was lunch time, I brought them here. Thank goodness they didn't protest for eating at the roadside stall."
The arrival of the waiter interrupted their conversation. Yudha smiled amiably as the maid presented her order. "Thank you."
"Aren't you tired?" Mutia ate her lunch, glancing at Yudha. "It's new to arrive, but it's coming straight to the car."
"Alhamdulillah, no. That's what I brought Asep's car with me." Yudha smiled widely, then rubbed a glance at the top of Mutia's head.
"Slow down, Mutia. Don't be afraid, I won't snatch your food." Tucked in a ticklish tone in Yudha's voice.
Mutia who was still occasionally coughed lowered her face, hiding the red hue that she was sure had already adorned her cheeks. Yudha's warm palm was still on her back, though she no longer gave a swab.
Not afraid of my food, but Mas's treatment that scares me.
Then Mutia straightened her seat, making a distance between her back and Yudha's hand. A sigh of relief came out from between Mutia's lips, as Yudha drew her hand, though Mutia had to admit she felt lost. The loss of the soothing warmth that came from the man's big hands.
Not wanting to be near Yudha any longer, Mutia rushed to finish her lunch and returned to work. But his bribing motion came to a halt as Yudha touched the back of her hand. It was only fleeting indeed, but the effect felt so long.
"I want to pray for a while, you can hold this for me." the next second Yudha thrust her wallet, cell phone and car keys to Mutia.
Not directly taking Yudha's belongings, Mutia was staring at the plate of the man who was apparently empty. Mutia's eyes widened when she found out how fast Yudha was eating. He had only finished half his meal.
"Muti."
"Huh?" mutia's eyebrows are linked.
"Please." Yudha pushed her belongings on Mutia.
"Ah, yes." Mutia mistakenly took over the wallet and the man's cell phone and car keys.
"If Fadli and the others are done, you pay with the money in my wallet. Tell them to go back to the office first." Mutia nodded, as Yudha got up from her seat. "Ah yes, one more. Your food is too."
"Ma-my food?"
Yudha nodded. "Today I'm getting sustenance, so I want to share it with you too."
"But..."
"Don't refuse, Mutia. Or I'll be mad."
Finally, Mutia nodded her head, making Yudha smile with satisfaction. The man patted the top of his head twice, before saying goodbye. Leaving behind Mutia who was unmoved with her hands touching her chest, felt her heartbeat working above normal words.
Oh my God, what is this?
