The Treason of First Love

Chapters 16. June

The last weeks I became a 1st year high school student, I had a lot to do. And it turns out there will be another event for drumband. We filled out the event in the Cibubur area. But this time Yori can not join the event because she went with om and tantenya to the top. We have been texting for a few days again.

"Hopefully the event is smooth, RI. sad yes I can not join the event..." Yori is very active in drumband. It even seems like her second home is a drumband room. Because even if that day does not practice, he will stay until the afternoon in the drumband room. "Why Ri? How's my nyamperin tumben?" Yori asked while playing the drum stick.

"So, I want to talk to you." Answer me with a smile.

"Hmmm.. is it ready tomorrow for the appointment of drumband?" 

"Udah. Lo?"

"No, I asked Lani to make some nametag."

"Why don't you ask me to help Yor?" Sinister manyu.

"Hmm okay.." I just answered briefly and felt jealous.

The next day, we were ready - ready to gather on the field to begin the inauguration. Already some senior alumni came to participate. The atmosphere was tense and gripping as I looked at some of the senior alumni whom even I did not know them. And suddenly Ka Gita, Ka Titi and some of his classmates turned into unfriendly seniors. 

"ALL GET TOGETHER HERE!!" Shouted one of the senior alumni who I don't know what his name is.

"LINE ACCORDING TO TOOLS! NUDGETM!" Shouted Ka Titi to all of us.

We quickly arranged our ranks neatly. It was so stressful that day. I was asked several times with senior and made me almost cry because I really told me with something that did not make sense. Like inviting talking to a tree or storytelling while enjoying cooking. Right - really this senior is testing our mentality all day. But after the day was over we ate - ate together and laughed again. And yes it is true said Yori, the latest chairman of his drumband is Ka Romi, and his deputy Ka Oji. 

"Where is it today, right?" Ask Ka Fero while poking me.

"Capek and Ka... It's bad huh huh." I answered while breathing.

"Yeah new so doang lu, later if the inauguration lo rise to the position like Romi same Oji new more tired." Ledek Ka Fero again to me.

I didn't answer, and just let out a long sigh and leaned my body against the wall.

"I brought you a drink." Yori came to me with 3 bottles of mineral water. The one he gave it to me, the other he drank it. Then the other one?

"This is for Lani, where is Lani?" Ask Yori to me.

I just shook my head and kept silent without saying thank you, because after Yori gave me the mineral water, she immediately passed away leaving me. 

It was obvious that Yori was more concerned with Lani these days, I was more and more aware of that. My feelings as a woman who has a heart for him are getting stronger that they have something. Moreover, Lani once admitted that she had begun to get carried away with Yori.

On Thursday morning, I came in happy and pounding. Because that day was my birthday. What I was thinking at that moment was that Yori was giving me a special gift. Ah hopefully.

"For Riri...." Sapa Pipit in front of the classroom door.

"Hmm Sist, I have something to say. But it will be right after school. Okee." I feel like there will be something sad today, Lani will say something that will make me relieved and sick. 

When school came home, Yori came to me and Lani.

"Would you talk here?" Ask Lani to Yori.

"What are you talking about?" I wonder at both of them.

"Guy... I went to the drumband room first. Don't be late for practice, 2 more days we event." Limpal Pipit while carrying his carrying bag.

"YESYY..." I answered, Lani and Yori in unison.

"OKAY. Where am I sitting?" Ask Yori.

"Udah lo behind me." Answer Lani.

"Yaudah okay. I'm talking to you." Yori said with a smile.

I just kept quiet and waited for Lani to speak.

"R. I'm being honest with you." Lani holding my hand tightly.

"What's? About your feelings for Yori?" I asked without a stale word.

"Gini mm..." Lani continued the conversation while breathing a long breath, then she continued "Gue dear to you two, you two are my best friends now. I don't want to lose you both. We've known for a long time, it's hard, it's cool, it's sad we're together - with a class, a class..."

I still want to hear Lani's talk soon until it's over. 

"Gue willingly and sincerely you are the same. I'm giving it up." Lani continues the conversation.

"Where does that mean Lan?" I asked by looking into his eyes as if running. Like covering something up.

I looked into Lani's running eyes and glazed over. And I also turned towards Yori who seemed to be worried about Lani.

"THE HUNT! IF YOU'RE LATE, YOU'RE THE SAME YORI RAN OFF THE FIELD MUTERIN 5 TIMES!"

"IYAAAA KAAAA IS READY." 

After that Ka Fero immediately turned off the phone.

"Yor, rehearsal. It's on the phone." I answered with a panicked face.

"Hahahaa relax... don't panic.." Yori Ledek. 

"That flirty Lo." I tried to calm down when he told me, I feel like these cheeks might have been red.

Then we walked while looking at each other and throwing smiles at each other. And when it almost arrived in front of the drumband room....

"THIS IS OUR NEW COUPLE!" Shouted Ka Fero from afar.

Everyone was getting ready for the training preparation apples today, only the two of us had just arrived. And all of us looked at the two of us while whispering happily. 

"Cieelaaahhh is dating now?" Ask Ka Titi.

"Please brother is noisy." I said with a embarrassed face.

"Dih red face lo Ri. Haha.. Peje doong." Ledek Ka Titi again.

"Peje what's sof kaaa?" Ask again.

"Oh you got Peje? NON-NN TAX BEAN." Ka Titi is really noisy. Even I ask not the meaning of peje but peje for what? So it hasn't been. It must be Lani who has been spreading the news.

"That's not Kaaaa..." I said, get ready to go to the line for the apples.

"This Udaahh wants to start apple nih the same chairman as the new deputy." The Typhoon Ka Beno.

After we all finished the apples, then we rehearsed for another 2-day event. Then after the exercise is over, arrive...

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY'S....HAPPY BIRTHDAY'S...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!" Simultaneously all sang the song and brought 1 piece of market snacks along with a candle dead lights. They remember my birthday.

It dawned on me to shed tears because I was both happy and moved.

"My Happy Birthday Sistaa..." Lani hugged me too. 

That day was so beautiful.. It was so beautiful that it didn't change days. I am 16 years old, next year I am 17. At my age this is the limit of me being a child - a child who will soon grow into a teenager and become an adult. Birthday I will always remember. Those who remember and give surprises, make me hope in the future will be good - well continue. 

"Gue anterin yes..." Said Yori approaching me.

"Oh yeah..." Answer me with a big smile.

"First up, everybody..." Pamit Yori to everyone in the drumband room.

"Be careful Yor, Ri..." Answer those in the room.

Then during the trip Yori let me hold her tight, really warm and pleasant. Although until now our status is still unclear, but I have felt enough.

"R. I'll have something to say to you later.." Yori said when she arrived and let me down.

"Hmm why not Yor now?" 

"Got no.. Later in SMS.. And sorry, I haven't been able to anterin you to the house."

"Hmmm Okedeh.Gapapa.. Be careful, Yor."

"Yeah. Kado make you follow later. Goodbye." Yori passed away leaving me with her motorbike matic.

And sure enough, when I arrived at Yori's house just sent me a message.

"R... I was embarrassed to talk to you directly. So I did get an SMS... Because it's a special day, so.. You want to be my girlfriend?"

It is true that my heart is more and more blossoming - the flower of the day. Finally after a long time I and Yori approached, today on my special day she expressed her feelings for me..
