The Train to The Dungeon

The Train to The Dungeon
Chapter 26: The Turtle in the Sky

I landed on the grass after making a final attack on Ogre. The head of the monster was thrown into the air, fell down and then rolled somewhere. Meanwhile, his giant body fell to the ground and caused a loud thumping sound.

The tring!

I ignored the voices from the incoming system messages. Standing up, I turned around to look at the giant corpse. My anger has not subsided. I shouted and launched an attack mixed with an outpouring of emotions. The monster's body was cut into pieces to the smallest part.

My shout broke the silence in that place. In my head was a terrified expression of Aunt Tara as this monster copulated on her.

“Fucking monster! Goddamnit! Damnit!” makiku many times.

Both of my hands stopped moving, I realized that there was no longer a part of the monster's body that I could destroy.

I stepped towards the cliff at the end of the plain, my gaze met with a vast stretch of sea. The sky was clear with a little rolling clouds, the wind was flying the bangs of my disheveled hair. My chest went up and down, regulating irregular breathing.

I managed to defeat him, but my heart was not happy. I feel like I failed to save Aunt Tara. He is wounded, inner and physical. Somehow I'll cheer him up. Chika must have been pretty hit too.

My steps are heavy to return to the portal, not ready to face the sorrow that awaits. I decided to fall first on the grass, while enjoying the breeze of the wind that blows.

It felt so comfortable that I closed my eyes. This situation feels very peaceful.

My skin that was exposed to the warm sun suddenly felt colder. I opened my eyes, my body was already covered with shadows. My eyes could not see the sky because it was blocked by something. I blinked a few times, making sure I didn't see it wrong.

“It... what?”

My eyes glared for a moment. My feet quickly stood back up. At first, I thought the dark shadow that covered my surroundings came from a large cloud that was passing by, I was wrong.

Above me, there was a giant turtle hovering above the sky. The turtle was very large. His four fins moved slowly like paddling air. I took enough distance to be able to look at the turtle more closely.

Seen above his back, there was a large wall. Inside the walls were towering spires of towers and windmills.

“Is it some kind of city? There's a city on top of a giant turtle?” I gawked, barely believing what I was witnessing.

I looked up to look towards the city. Slowly, the energy pressure disappeared. I was able to breathe normally again and the cold that had covered my entire body vanished.

“Who is it?” mumbling, wondering. A warning of danger was coming to my head. In a hurry, I ran away from the place. While passing through the goblin settlement that was already living in the rubble of the building, my eyes caught something.

I didn't notice because I was busy fighting. My hand reached out to the flag from one of the goblin towers. The flag is still intact. If observed carefully, on the flag there is a print that forms a symbol.

The symbol was shaped like a bird with gears. This is the third time I have seen the symbols inside the dungeon and everything is different. I could not deduce anything in my head, but intense curiosity prompted me to carry the flag.

I looked back before entering the portal, confirming the existence of the giant tortoise. It is no longer visible anywhere. It was going so fast or all I saw was an illusion. No, it feels so real.

I'll find out more about the tortoise. Meanwhile, right now I have to return to the human world.

Once out of the portal, the conditions in the park were already very crowded. I saw Ravi talking to a representative from the Hunter Association. Around it are Hunters dressed in expensive medieval clothing. My eyes dodged all of them, most of them were A-ranked Hunters.

I don't know what Ravi was talking about with those people in black, but, to be safe, I chose to sneak away from the field.

In Jakarta, there is a special hospital for the Hunters. They were always a mainstay if any casualties were brought out of the dungeon. The hospital has leading technology already imported from the International Hunter Association.

His name is Hospital Hunter Batavia or our usual short RSH Batavia. I was in the lobby of the hospital, asking the officer in the lobby about information on a patient named Tara Zachira.

True to my guess, Aunt Tara was taken to this hospital. After getting Aunt Tara's room number, I immediately took the elevator and exited on the tenth floor. I walked through the white corridor with the rooms filled with patients.

I pushed the door with the words Jasmine 101 and entered. Inside, there was already Chika. He was talking to the doctor who was handling Aunt Tara. Aunt Tara lay on top of the ward, she was not yet conscious.

“Ah, are you her relatives too?” ask the gray-haired doctor when he sees me coming.

Chika turned her head towards the door, her face turning a little cheerful. “Arka! Thank goodness you're okay!”

I nodded at the girl and stroked her head. Then I turned to the doctor. “How is my Aunt's condition?”

“I just want to convey,” replied the doctor with a smile. “Thanks to technology from our International Hunter Association can cope with seeds that have been implanted into the womb of patients.”

“Covering that how does it mean?”

“We have turned off all the seed cells, the patient will not be pregnant with goblin children. In addition we will also provide medicine to overcome the trauma.”

“So, My mom is okay right?” ask Chika, make sure.

“He will recover as usual.”

Chika immediately cried. He held my left hand and leaned his cheek there. “Thank God! I am so grateful to hear this news!”

I changed into chatting with the doctor, while Chika went straight back to the chair next to her mother's ward.

After passing all the information, the doctor was allowed to leave the room. Chika and I are still living in the room, accompanying Aunt Tara until she regains consciousness.
