"Gosh what is amniotic fluid?!"
Mr. De Haas exclaimed in panic, hurriedly carrying Sarinah's body back into the hospital then ran as fast as he could to find Doctor Reign's whereabouts.
"Someone please quickly call Doctor Reign! my wife is giving birth!" shouted Mr. De Haas frantically, towards the mother and child poly aided by some sprightly sisters.
"Quick bring it in!" doctor Reign orders upon realizing that Sarinah is about to give birth.
Everyone seemed to be panicking, but did the direction of Doctor Reign well.
Sarinah was taken to the delivery room, while Doctor Reign and several sisters began changing clothes and sterilizing themselves.
It is unexpected for everyone that Sarinah will give birth today but fortunately she and her husband have not left the hospital.
Sarinah has been placed on top of the nursing ward with a position ready to give birth. Doctor Reign patiently gives a cue while monitoring the whereabouts of the baby.
Mr. De Haas who was actually afraid and worried still ventured to accompany the delivery of the wife. He was willing to throw away his fear as proof of his love for Sarinah and the baby.
Faithfully, Mr. De Haas clasped Sarinah's hand trying to provide support and positive energy for Sarinah in order to give birth to their child safely.
"Let's push one more time, madam.one, two, three!" said Doctor Reign once again giving a cue.
Sarinah took a deep breath, exerting all the remaining energy she had following the direction of Doctor Reign.
Slowly but surely, the encouragement of Sarinah began to show the results as directed from the Doctor.
The cry of the baby that was so shrill then broke, making everyone who was inside the room smile with relief.
"Congratulations Mr and Mrs De Haas, your daughter is both born healthy and without any drawbacks" Reign congratulated the child, who was still covered in blood, as he lifted her.
One of the sisters swiftly brought the baby to be cleaned, while Doctor Reign took care of Sarinah again to provide special care post-delivery.
Mr. De Haas shuffled out of the maternity ward, waiting patiently for his son and his wife to receive treatment from Doctor Reign.
The man was relieved, finally he officially became a father of a child that he had long since.
...****************...
"Again congratulations on the birth of your two children, Mr and Mrs De Haas. Remember, Madam has to come back for control next week" Doctor Reign said kindly, driving the happy couple to the front of the hospital.
Mr. De Haas who was pushing his wife's wheelchair smiled faintly in reply to the doctor. A rare moment where Doctor Reign could see the notoriously cold Lord De Haas smiling.
"Thank you very much, Doctor. Then excuse us first" said Sarinah, Madame De Haas.
Doctor Reign nodded. "yes, be careful on the way Mr and Madam."
De Haas couple then got into the car, along with their tiny and beautiful child was about to go home.
Just like the Papa, their son also has charming blonde hair and ocean blue eyes. The girl's skin was also white as was that of a European, further reinforcing the identity that the child was not an ordinary indigenous child.
The sky this afternoon looks so bright even though the air temperature feels quite hot.
But the happy Mr and Mrs De Haas did not think about it.
They were busy joking along the way, exchanging laughter vaping their happiness today.
Shortly after traveling for a few minutes, the car they were riding in finally arrived at the grounds of the De Haas family mansion.
"Welcome, Mr and Mrs. We have cooked a lot of food as a form of gratitude because the Madam returned with a baby born safely," said Bibi Inem welcomed the arrival of Mr and Mrs De Haas.
"Thank you, Auntie. Then let us all eat together," Sarinah replied to Aunt Inem with a sweet smile, leading all the Babu and Jongos who work in their homes to eat together.
"Is that okay, sir?" aunt Inem asked Mr. De Haas.
Mr. De Haas nodded. "yes, let's eat together in the backyard. Bring all the food you have cooked, me and Sarinah will be waiting there."
If the Reign Doctor was amazed to see Adolf De Haas smile, it was now the turn of the Babu and Jongos who gaped in disbelief to hear the Master speak at such length.
Afraid of Mr and Mrs De Haas changing her mind, Aunt Inem and Uncle Darijo quickly herded all their subordinates to prepare for lunch in the backyard of the De Haas family home.
...****************...
The sound of crickets faintly rang out from a distance, enough to break the silence in the De Haas family home. At that time, the location of one house with another house was still far apart so that silence always enveloped when night arrived.
De Haas' husband and wife are now looking confused, negotiating the best name for their beautiful daughter.
They want the best name for the princess, which now makes both dizzy.
The two lay on the bed, facing each other after making sure their son had slept soundly in the middle of them both.
"What do you think is the most suitable name for our child?" sarinah asked as she stroked the thin strands of her son's hair lovingly.
"Our son has a very white skin like snow, what if his name is Snowy?" the husband replied with half-sleepy eyes, but did not want to miss the moment of giving the best name for their child.
"Snowie? That's so weird" Sarinah sneered softly.
"How about Chaterine or Anne?" sarinah is now expressing her opinion.
"That name is already very marketable, my wife. Too many Dutch women have come here under that name" De Haas said.
"But I thought of something" said Mr. De Haas again, watching their child's beautiful face closely.
Mr. De Haas' smooth forehead shriveled.
"What do you think is the most beautiful and fragrant thing in the world, my wife?"
"Beautiful and fragrant? Isn't that a flower?"
Adam nodded. "yes, you're right. What flower is the most prominent and well-liked by many?"
Sarinah smiled as she fixed her son's blanket. "I just thought that the flower you were referring to was a rose, my husband."
"Well, there it is! The rose! That name would be perfect for our very beautiful child," Mr. De Haas exclaimed in excitement, successfully obtaining a name that greatly described the beauty of his child.
"De Haas' Rose? That sounds really good."
"Good, right? All right, the De Haas rose is officially a name for our son."
Adolf De Haas and Sarinah thoughtlessly gave the name to their daughter on the grounds that the name they chose was very illustrative of the child's beauty which was indeed very extraordinary.
But without realizing by De Haas's husband and wife, they made a speck of mistakes that could have a big impact in their child's life later.
