Part 80 - Hostility

Flashback On -

"Where are you guys?" nathan asked someone across the phone.

"Why ask? Need help?"

"Looks like I'm going to need your help, I'm going to Spain with my two cousins. Without any escorts or anything, it's just the three of us. But I need you to keep an eye on me, I don't know what's going on in Spain, I have to keep a watch."

"Wait, what are you talking about Jonathan? I don't understand, say everything clearly. I'll help if it's profitable for me."

"It's still in touch with Davira, I'm sure you'll help me solve the problem with her. I suspect one of the security, his name is Dario Steffan, now he is in Spain. So we're going there to catch him because we believe he's involved, he's going to lead us to my grandmother's real killer. Davira will be free from my family's threats if all we can reveal."

"I'll help, send me the address you're going to. We'll keep an eye on you, but why don't you just ask your people to do it?"

"I don't want my extended family to know this, no one can be trusted. It could have been the grandmother's killer of one of them, I don't want my efforts in finding out about the real killer to be thwarted by someone."

"Alright, Jonathan. We're going to Spain right now, when are you leaving?"

"Now, I'll call you when I arrive. Don't show up if there's nothing urgent, if everything goes well, then you can stay hidden."

"I hope the cowardly killer is revealed soon, Davira can't keep hiding like the real culprit."

"I was only given one week to uncover the truth, if that one week's time was up, then there was no more chance. My entire family will continue to hunt down Davira for the rest of his life."

After saying that, Nathan immediately disconnected his phone because he saw Aaron and Atvita who were walking closer.

"Who are you calling?"

"Paul, he has to take care of some things here."

"He's not coming? Are you sure we're just going all three? Without bodyguards?"

"I'm very sure Atvita, everything will be fine" Nathan replied and then stepped foot into his private jet that had been waiting for a while.

While Jakob immediately rushed to meet Liam, Dex, Fedrix, Luca and Mario who were currently gathering while watching a movie in the living room after finishing their work.

"We have to leave immediately."

Everyone turned their heads towards Jakob, the five of them frowning in confusion.

"Are there any police? We're gonna be raided again?" mario asked immediately with a face that looked panicked.

Jakob shook his head, "We're going to Spain to help Nathan, more precisely."

Hearing Davira's name made Liam immediately feel worried.

"Did something happen to him?"

"He is in danger and will always be in danger, so we must help him. We're helping Nathan catch Lady Gayatri's real killer to get Davira out of Xie's family's denunciation."

"Where are we going?" Luca pressed the tip of his cigarette against the ashtray while wearing his jacket.

"Where can we find that defamatory bastard?"

"Spain," replied Jakob to make Dex who heard him immediately excited.

"I like Spanish girls, they're sexy! We have to go right now?"

"Yes, there is no need to bring clothes. We can wear the same clothes for days, before we go we have to pick someone up first."

Fedrix frowned, "Who?"

"Of course, Davira, he has to come to solve the problem. Jonathan hasn't changed, keep putting him in jail. We need to get Davira involved, she'll be happy."

"What Jonathan did was right, he kept Davira out of harm's way. And now you want to drag Davira into danger?"

Jakob chuckled then patted Liam's shoulder gently.

"I taught Davira to face danger, which Jonathan never taught her."

Liam was instantly stunned to hear it, now he became indecisive. Liam knows that Davira likes freedom and challenges, but Liam is also worried about the woman's safety, he likes Nathan's decision to not involve Davira.

"Is Davira still in Carlos' mansion, are we supposed to pick him up?"

"Did Jonathan know we'd pick up Davira?"

"Of course not, we'll take Davira secretly from Carlos' mansion."

"It's a kidnapping, Carlos will report to Jonathan and Jonathan's focus will be broken, everything will be chaotic" Dex said in a statement.

"Why kidnap him if we can talk to Carlos?"

Jakob let out a long sigh, "As you guys go, we'll pick up Davira now."

flashback Off - Flashback

Alvar could only be silent in his place after hearing everything Davira told him, now he knew what the reason Atvita returned to Spain again after a long time of being nowhere to be seen.

"So who's the real culprit?" tanya Alvar made Davira puckle briefly.

"I don't know yet, we should ask Nathan and Aaron. But clearly Erick's involved, he's trying to kidnap all three of them."

Davira exhales his cigarette smoke violently, in fact he suspects one person from a long time ago. And now his suspicions are growing when he sees Erick.

"I've sent my men to find Erick, he's taking Atvita and I'm sure Erick will make Atvita a threat. Is it possible that a man named Erick was Mrs Gayatri's killer?"

"I don't think it's him, but someone he's always wanted to protect. I can't tell who that person is because I don't have any evidence underlying my suspicions."

Luca patted Davira's shoulder gently making the woman turn her head.

"Jonathan is conscious and Aaron is too."

Davira and Alvar immediately stood up, both of them walking hurriedly towards the room where Aaron and Nathan were.

Nathan's eyes widened slightly to see Davira who had just entered along with Alvar.

"Davira, why are you here? And why is there Alvar?"

"Damn," said Aaron with a gaze that implied hatred towards Alvar.

"Alvar helps you" said Jakob to make Aaron more slowly.

"I don't need your help Alvar!" Aaron stood up and approached Alvar with anger.

"You shouldn't be helping us fucking!" Aaron shoved rough Alvar's chest.

"I don't want to help you, but I want to help Atvita" Alvar said, making Aaron smile.

"Atvita doesn't need you anymore."

The two men stared at each other intently making Davira immediately pull Alvar's hand away.

"I don't think this is the right time to fight, we have to save Atvita immediately and you have to tell us all, who is the killer?"

"What do you mean save Atvita?" asked Aaron not to understand.

"Erick managed to take him, we couldn't stop him."

"Shitt, you can never count on."

Bugh.

Aaron immediately raised his fist to Alvar's face making Alvar certainly not accept and do the same.

Nathan let out a rough sigh seeing Aaron and Alvar start hitting each other, it turns out the two's enmity has not ended. Nathan immediately stood up then pulled Aaron's body back and kicked Alvar's stomach making the two men fall to the floor.

"Bang*sat!"

"What's wrong with you, Nathan?!"

"Shut up!" nathan shouted as he pointed at Aaron and then turned to Davira.

Nathan glared at Davira, making the woman bite down on her lower lip.

"Shitt.." said Davira slowly.

"Now explain, why are you here, Davira?"
