Part 48 - First Task

Nathan and Aaron's breath is heard hunting, both of them staring intently at each other after their struggle was successfully separated at Atvita's command. Even the two are now still held by several guards so that there will be no more fights.

"What are you two doing?" Atvita crossed her chest, she did not think to see Nathan and Aaron.

This is the first time Nathan and Aaron fought physically, even though the two of them had never been involved in a serious dispute even though they did not have a close relationship.

"We're going home now, Atvita," Aaron immediately pulled his sister's hand, but Atvita did not move from her place.

"You don't want to make up? Why are you fighting just because of this matter?!" Atvita looked at Nathan.

"Why did you get like this, Nathan? You shouldn't be defending Davira, what we're doing is for grandma. And this is all on Julian's uncle's orders, like it or not, Davira we'll finish him off if we find him."

Nathan stared at him sharply, "Don't fuck around, Atvita. No one can hurt Davira."

Aaron squealed then chuckled, he was not out of thought with his cousin. Aaron is really fed up with Nathan who he thinks has been blinded by love.

"Don't threaten my sister, we won't care about your threats. Davira will really die if we find him, so move a little faster than we do, Nathan. There's no forgiveness for the man who killed Grandma."

After saying that, Aaron immediately pulled Atvita's hand making his sister follow his steps along with his men.

Nathan stared flat at their departure and then picked up Davira's high heels lying on the floor. Nathan stepped into the room that looked so messy because it had been ruffled by Atvita before.

"Jakob really didn't leave a trace, Davira also just left her high heels and dress here," Nathan muttered and rubbed her face rough.

"Sir, the wound on your face must be treated" said Paul staring at some bruises on Nathan's face.

"We're going back to the mansion right now, I have to check Jakob's self-data. I want to see what places he usually goes to" Nathan threw the high heels in his hand and walked out of the room.

Paul immediately followed him in a hurry, he knew that his Master's mood was being very bad at the moment.

"This stuff? This much?" Davira was quite surprised to see a large safe filled with drugs.

"Who ordered it?" ask Davira to be curious.

Jakob chuckled, "Nicholas Maxim," he answered, making Davira's eyes slightly round.

"Why? Don't look at me like that, I know he's your client. But you've been out of business for months, and Maxim's business is on its way. He's my client now."

Davira clucked, there was a feeling of annoyance when Jakob again made him aware of the reality that he now had to live.

"He ordered so much, when doing business with us is not this much" Davira murmured in confusion.

"You missed a lot of important things, after the Lee family and the Handoko family experienced the disaster. Many businesses benefit, especially me. Because what? Because distributors like me sell goods at slightly cheaper prices, so many of your former clients are interested in working with me after you are no longer operating."

Davira breathed a long breath and put on his leather jacket and gloves.

"Many people benefited after our death apparently," Davira said making Jakob laugh.

"It's one o'clock at night, do we have to leave now?" davira asked after preparing his weapon just in case, not forgetting that he tied a cloth to his face until only his eyes were now visible.

"You can leave now, I've contacted Maxim. He'll be waiting at Razvilka" Jakob replied, prompting Davira to get into his car.

Davira is tasked with following the truck carrying a large safe filled with drugs along with a man named Liam Thiago.

Dex chuckles and then gets into the truck, and so does Mario.

Davira shook his head, his feelings were so mixed at the moment. Davira looked at Liam and Luca Stefan who were ready in their cars.

"So nervous Miss Handoko?" suddenly Fedrix appeared on the window glass, making Davira surprised.

"You coming?" davira asked as she calmed her heart that was pounding, indeed she had to admit, she was nervous at the moment.

If he's usually escorted, then now he's the bodyguard.

"Of course, I'm in charge of this mission" Fedrix replied before getting into his car.

"Jakob, are you sure you don't want to bring in more bodyguards? The drugs you're carrying are worth billions, and you're just involving five men and one woman to do this job?" Davira looked at Jakob in disbelief.

"That's your job, protecting my money. You should be able to take the drugs all the way to Nicholas Maxim, and the money should be in my hands. Don't let my money get stolen, okay?" Jakob patted Davira's head making the master roll his eyes lazy.

"It's like a suicide mission" Davira murmured in disbelief, as she knew that delivering things to clients wasn't that simple. Especially if the item is of fantastic value, there will be many robbers who are after it.

"I can't believe this is how you do business, I know what's the reason you don't use a lot of people to keep your stuff and your money. Since you don't want to cost a lot, you want to earn more, '" Davira nodded her head.

"You're smart, Davira. After all, just calm down, everything will run smoothly even though there will be a little obstacle. But our team can certainly handle it," said Jakob so confident.

"I hope so," Davira began to turn on the engine of her car.

"You can leave now, keep my money with your lives!"

They all nodded in understanding before the truck carrying the safe filled with drugs drove first, out of their hiding place.

Davira drove his car ahead of the truck, he took the front-most position along with Liam Thiago.

"I feel so excited!" liam exclaimed as he glanced towards Davira.

"I am also Thiago!" sahut Davira chuckles a little.

The car they drove through split the streets so quiet, of course they did not pass the main line.

Braaks.

"Here we go!" luca shouted as his car was hit from behind.

Five cars then preceded the truck and began grazing Davira and Liam's cars.

"Our work has just begun Miss Handoko!"

Brakes.

"Gurgh!" Davira crashes his car into a black car that keeps mopping it up.

Liam's laughter and gunshots were also heard.

"You're all crazy! Stop laughing Thiago! They're trying to rob us!"
