Part 77 - Disassembled

Atvita's heart was pounding, the feeling was not because of since they arrived in Spain. After a long time, he finally returned to a country full of memories.

Atvita once promised herself that she would never return to Spain after the incident, but it seemed like fate said something else. In fact, now he came back with a thought that kept on remembering about the man.

"Are you alright?"

Aaron's question suddenly made Atvita realized from his long daydream, the woman immediately turned to Aaron who was driving.

Atvita simply nodded in response making Aaron sigh long.

"You're like a statue, Atvita. During the trip you didn't talk at all" complained Aaron making Atvita smile thinly.

"When have you been happy to talk? Usually you'll get angry if I talk too much, now I'm quiet. So just focus on driving."

"You think about it, hoping to meet him here? Come on Atvita, sprawling Spanish. You won't meet, and if I see him, then I'll kill him immediately."

Atvita rolled her eyes lazily, "Don't try to do it, Aaron. I'll hate you if it happens."

Aaron chuckled as he occasionally glanced at his sister.

"I've guessed you still love her, you should start forgetting her, Atvita. He's been playing you."

Atvita sighed harshly hearing it then chose to turn her face away, watching the houses lined up on the side of the road.

"Shitt, why is Nathan so fast?" Aaron immediately increased the speed of his car so as not to lag behind Nathan who was in front of them.

"You're too slow Aaron."

"Silence Atvita!" Aaron begins to refocus on driving as Nathan's car begins to disappear from his sight.

"See? You told me to talk stupid."

"Don't curse at me baby" said Aaron as he honked his horn to let Nathan slow down a bit.

"Nathan wants a race or what? This car can't be that fast you crazy!" aaron shouted irritatedly.

The two cars driven by two handsome-looking men continued to drive until Nathan finally stopped in front of an alley that was quite narrow.

"You want to race, huh? We can race another time! With a faster car," Aaron got out of his car along with Atvita with a sense of annoyance to Nathan.

"I just want to hurry" Nathan said, then walked down the alley.

Some children were seen playing ball and the surrounding residents began to notice the three of them.

"Dumb idea, we're here without a bodyguard" whispered Atvita who now holds her brother's arm.

"We can both protect you, after all they won't mess around with just ordinary residents."

"I mean not the inhabitants, but Dario Steffano, what if he has a lot of friends or people?"

Aaron chuckled, "He's just a security man, and he doesn't have a single family here. Steffano actually ran away to a place that was unfamiliar to him, maybe he thought that way he would be hard to find, stupid thinking."

"Can you stop swearing at Aaron? I don't want to hear it" said Atvita, feeling faint.

"Who is that?" atvita asked as a man confronted them.

"Calm down, he's the one who gave us the information" Nathan replied, then he approached the man in the face.

"Is Dario Steffano really in the house you mean?" asked Nathan who immediately got a nod of his head.

"He's in his house, sir. Dario rarely left the house. He kept shutting himself up, now that I know the reason, it turns out he's being sought by people like you."

"This is for the information I got from you" Nathan gave some cash because Paul had previously transferred to the man, Nathan just wanted to give a bonus for the important information he got.

"But I've got it, sir," said the man, but accepted the money while chuckling.

"Nobody came before us, right?" ask Aaron to make sure.

"Nothing, you can go straight to him. I'm sure he's inside."

"Wait for what else Nathan? We have to ask him right away, I'm sure he's involved. It's impossible if he gets this far if not for being involved in the granny murder case."

Nathan nodded then stepped his feet first, followed by Aaron and also Atvita behind him.

Without a second thought, Nathan broke down the wooden door in front of him, leaving Dario in his room aghast.

Nathan and Aaron immediately entered, seeing a man running towards the back making the two rush after him.

Atvita, who sees him, runs as fast as possible around the house until she meets a man she believes is Dario.

Bugh.

A direct hit of Atvita lay on Dario's face who had just exited through the back door of his house.

Bugh.

Atvita kicked Dario in the stomach until the man fell to the ground.

"Good Atvita!" aaron's exclaim made Atvita smile small.

While Nathan directly overstretched Dario's body and thrust his fist into the man's face.

Bugh.

Bugh.

"Akhich!"

Dario tried to fight back, but his hand was directly stepped on by Aaron making him scream in pain and unable to move at all.

"Say! You poisoned my grandmother?!" nathan shouted while pulling Dario's collar.

"Akhh.bu-not me who poisoned him," answered Dario accompanied by a ringing, the corner of his broken lips made him have difficulty speaking.

Bugh.

"Don't lie to us! I'm gonna kill bang*sat!" aaron cursed by continuing to step on Dario's hand, making the man's hand feel will be broken.

"Araghh! I-I'm not the culprit!"

"Stop dodging, you've made Davira accused!" Nathan raised his fists again and again until Dario's face turned blue and red with blood.

Atvita immediately restrains Nathan's arm while pushing Aaron's body to stop stepping on Dario's hand.

"Don't let him pass out, we have to hurry. We can't wait for him to wake up from his stupor, I'm sure he'll confess."

"Say, you poisoned our grandmother? Mrs Gayatri, you were one of the security guards outside the building that night. I'm sure you're involved, you're just a regular person, so there must be someone telling you to, right? Now tell me who he is?" atvita asked while crouching.

"Akhh.not that I poisoned him, really not me. I didn't kill anyone" Dario grimaced in pain.

Nathan looked at him sharply and then pulled his hand from Atvita's stray.

"Tell me everything you know, 'cause I'm sure you know something."

Dario swallowed his saliva with great difficulty, he already knew this would happen. She will definitely be found by Xie's family or Emma's people, it's just a matter of time. And now was the time, I don't know what would happen to him if he said everything this time. Whether he confessed or not, he felt that he was going to die.

"I overheard his talk and I was threatened, I was forced to get involved. Arghh. I was forced to take all the cctv footage because I didn't want my family killed. I was involved, but I just took the cctv footage. Not poison, he did it himself."

Bugh.

"Akhich!"

"Say, who is he you mean?" nathan asked while holding back his anger.

Dario didn't answer right away, to be honest he felt so scared. I don't know why he felt like he was really going to die after this.

"You better tell me who the real culprit is because right now your daughter and wife are being kidnapped by the one you're referring to! Your wife's son isn't home, if you say so then we'll know who did it and your wife and child can be saved."

Dario's eyes suddenly round and he thinks Emma is only going to find him, but it turns out that Emma is really involving his innocent son and wife.

"His son and wife are none of our business Emma" Aaron said.

"If we find out who did it, we can kill him and save Steffano's family, he's a victim too."

"You believe it?"

"I believe, I saw him very frightened and depressed. There's no harm in saving his family."

Hearing this made Dario decide to tell the truth. Because if he were to lie now, then he would die at the hands of Xie's family and his family died at Emma's hands.

"Now say, you don't have much time, neither do your children and your wife."

"Akhc......Emma Scott, she did it!"

Nathan, Aaron and Atvita are stunned at their place. The three looked at each other in disbelief at what they heard.

Atvita blinked her eyes several times, she felt so shocked to hear the name mentioned by Dario. A name he had never thought of at all, this was completely beyond his expectations.

While Nathan was now immediately out of Dario's body with a feeling of unworthiness, he did not expect that Emma would actually do such a crazy thing. She knew Emma was obsessed with her, and willing to do anything for her, including sacrifice her own life.

So Nathan always tries to keep his distance so that Emma realizes that Nathan will never love her even when she has sacrificed her life for him. But Emma is getting crazy.

Now that she understood, Emma did all this to have it. Killing her grandmother at a family gathering when Davira was around, it was a really sneaky idea and put Davira's life at risk. Emma wants Davira dead at the hands of Xie's family, Emma wants to get Davira out of her life.

"Why do you have to act this desperate Emma? Now what do I have to do?"
