“Most likely, on the enemy side there is a person who has the power of Platinum.” level Simon suddenly said.

“What Brother? Are you sure. Platinum level? Why is there a platinum-level bandit all of a sudden here? But, why can you say that they, have someone platinum level on their side?” asked Sam who looked worried.

“This mission is a trap mission. I'm sure Steven set us up. Some of the people in our caravan are staunch supporters of Steven. I'm sure we can't expect more to be able to save ourselves.” Simon is resigned.

“Lucas, if what I fear is really happening, I beg you to save my sister.” Pinta Simon by giving Lucas a pleading look.

Looking at the open carriage curtain, Lucas took a deep breath and spoke to the man in front of him. He did not forget Sam's message, to be as polite as possible to the man in front of him.

“Master, sorry to interrupt your time. Our caravan is currently facing a bit of trouble. The caravan is currently under siege by a bandit group. According to our estimates there was at least someone with Platinum level strength in the bandit group.” Lucas.

“Ehm... Are you willing to help us?” Lucas asked anxiously. Lucas is not yet one hundred percent sure this man has the ability to help them get away with this problem.

Lucas's question only received a reply in the form of a smile from John. Lucas was a little suspicious of the response he got. Lucas thought that John was a plotter from a bandit group that would attack them.

But he put the idea aside. It was because this man came with three small children. There was no way he was a member of the bandits who were now surrounding them.

“It looks like I'll get some entertainment tonight.” Said John.

“You rest easy I'll help you clean up those bandits. Old Man's hands are already itchy and want to pat some mice.”

A wide grin appeared on John's face at this moment. After that, he tapped his cane slowly towards the floor of the carriage. Not long after, a barrier appeared and enveloped the train.

Lucas, who saw it, began to believe that this man had enough ability to help them. From his observations alone, Lucas could conclude that his powerful attack would not be able to destroy the barrier made by this man.

This meant that this man had power over him. It was likely that he possessed strength at the Platinum level. There was relief in Lucas when he found out. Simon and Sam still have a chance of surviving this danger.

John patted Ellie's cheek. Trying to wake the girl. Not long after Ellie who was beside John woke up from her sleep. With sleepy eyes Ellie looked at John.

“What's Grandpa John? Why did you wake me up? Did the caravan stop?” Ellie asked in a slightly hoarse voice.

“No. I woke you up because there will be entertainment after this. I think it would be a pity if you missed this. You can learn a thing or two after this. Don't forget to wake your two brothers.”

After saying that, John disappeared from Ellie's presence. The girl heard a loud noise from the roof of the car, like something heavy was put there. Ellie believes the noise is John's act of changing his position to sit on the roof of the train.

Seeing this, Ellie opened her eyes wide. He turned towards the window that opened the curtain.

Outside Ellie could see a knight looking in disbelief at the spot where John had sat before. It looks pretty dark out there. If only there was not enough moonlight, Ellie would definitely not be able to see the atmosphere out there.

It looks like after this something will really happen. Ellie saw the Knight who was beside the carriage making his ride.
