Matthew, Jasper, and Ellie had finished cleaning, and they had also changed their clothes to a slightly more formal dress, according to Matthew. This is the second time they have worn this dress. The first time they wore normal clothes was when they attended the wedding of Mary, the person who took care of them as a child.

“Jasper.” Said Matthew in a pretty high tone.

He didn't expect Jasper to act like that. During this time the milk from Cosen Cow belongs to them only in consumption by Matthew and his two younger siblings. No one else has ever consumed Cosen Cow milk other than them. So, Matthew never knew that Jasper would give this kind of response.

‘I told you not to act like that, Jas. He's a guest, and maybe he's the one who can help us why are you acting like that? It's just a glass of milk. If you mind, I can give my ration to this guest of our family. You don't have to be mad at him for a glass of Ken.’ milk
