ME 31 Gold Mine Caravan

Matthew doesn't try to make a pleasant offer to John. He understood that John was not much different from his two younger brothers. If he offered his meal to John, it was certain that the man would gladly accept.

If only their food was plentiful Matthew would not have hesitated to offer it to John. But their food is little. Especially with the portion of the meal that began to rise now. The food that Elisha prepared would obviously not last long.
