My breath choked. The sound of moans, cries for help and the moans of pain echoed in my hearing. This hand feels sticky and when I lift the thick liquid with a fishy smell attached there. Not this hand but also the kebaya dress that was attached beautifully to my body. The dress that will bear witness to my marriage to my lover-devan. But instead of being a silent witness to the terrible events here. 2 minutes before. The guest room was filled with beautiful flowers and bridal decorations attacked by unknown people and shot blindly.

As far as the eye could see the floor was full of blood and the people who last night were still laughing together, joking and hugging each other they were lying here. On the floor that will be my sacred bond back with Devan.
