Chapter 46, New Orientation (Part 1)
A girl with short hair was standing in front of a perfume shop. He was silent for a moment and decided to step foot to open the door of the perfume shop, then enter it. He toured the perfume shop trying to smell some perfume by flicking a perfume tester near his nose. He felt the smell of some of the perfume, then went around again to the entire area to find his favorite perfume.
An SPG came up to him, and greeted him kindly.
"Good night, how can I help you?" Ask the SPG.
"I'm looking for the Daisy series from Marc Jacobs." Said the girl.
"Aaaa, very good choice. " The SPG said.
"This perfume is a blend of fragrant soft flowers with fresh fruit that will create a distinctive fragrant, suitable for you who are very beautiful and feminine." Further.
The girl just smiled shyly at the praise from the SPG.
"You must have a date tonight." The next SPG
"Huh..?" The girl half shocked.
"There's, it's just there's a campus orientation tomorrow." Answer the girl.
"Do you like this perfume?" Ask the SPG with a smile.
"It's true, it's my favorite perfume." The answer.
"Your choice is very appropriate, according to the type and character of your appearance." Continue with the SPG.
"Let's come with me, I'll take it for you." Say the SPG.
The SPG smiled and then went to get the girl's order. The girl followed the SPG steps from behind and took her favorite perfume from the hands of the SPG. He went to the cashier, paid for it and left the perfume shop.
The next day, the girl entered a famous campus in the Indonesian Capital, Jakarta. He paused for a moment while looking at the writing of the campus name. He did not expect he managed to realize his dream to be able to study at the favorite campus in Indonesia. He smiled and then said to himself.
"The beginning of my new life, I will live it and will not waste it" he murmured inwardly.
Then he continued his steps into the campus. At a crossroads he met his best friend at Junior High School and High School, then greeted him.
"Hi, Angel." Shouted the girl while running and then hugged her.
"Hi college kids, you go to college here too?" Angel answered while returning her embrace.
"Yes." Yeah." Answer the girl.
"How are you? I don't think we'll ever see each other again at this college." Ask Angel.
"yes" replied the girl with a big smile.
"Wow, you look different now with your hair. Where's your long hair?" Ask Angel to the girl.
The girl could only laugh at Angel's words.
"But for me, long or short, you still look as beautiful as ever. Although of course your appearance this time is very different when you were in Junior High School and High School first." Add the next Angel.
"Let's take a photo together." Take Angel while pulling his hand to go to the campus park.
"For what?" Ask the girl.
"For the early moments of our historic life together with your new hair." Answer Angel.
"Ah, males." The answer was short while leaving Angel.
"Ohhhhh..."Angel said as she continued to persuade him.
Eventually the girl relented and then granted it.
Angel laughed and then pulled out her phone and selfie stick. They then took pictures with various expressions in various places in the campus area. They are very happy to see you again at this university. They talk a lot about their past. They spent their time relaxing for a moment and joking around. Although different majors, they agreed to be a one-room friend later. Finally, after being satisfied to take pictures in various areas of the campus, they finally continued their journey.
As they walked, a lot of guys looked at the girl. He was also surprised by the man's behavior. He then said to Angel.
"Don't you feel like everyone's staring at me?" Ask the girl.
"Do I look weird?" Ask again.
Angel stopped her steps and then looked around her. He finally knew that many men were staring at his friend. Until finally there was a pretty handsome guy coming up to the girl.
"Hey, can I ask for your phone number?" Ask the guy who makes the girl quiet while staring at the guy's face.
"You're really my ideal girl." It was this that made the girl dumbfounded and shocked.
Then the man handed her a cell phone. While the girl was still dumbfounded while looking at the guy.
"Hey, what are you doing? That guy's waiting for you." Said Angel while nudging the girl's arm.
"He asked for your number." His words again which instantly disperse the girl's daydream.
"Sorry.." replied the girl.
The man smiled as he continued to push his phone to the girl.
"The thing is, I don't have a cell phone number." Answer the girl who suddenly made Angel and the boy shocked.
"Jeez, just say no. Don't use the excuse of not having a phone number. That's so embarrassing." Said the guy while leaving them both.
"You're really as stupid as you were in High School." Said Angel.
"You don't have a phone number? What kind of shit is that?" Further.
"I know." Answer the girl.
"That's a totally absurd excuse right?" Further.
Angel smiled at the behavior of his best friend. Then he tried to comfort her.
"Hey, do you know what he said to you?" Ask Angel.
"She said you were really her ideal girl." Further.
"What type am I?" The girl asked back.
"What are you thinking? Of course you're the pretty girl type, just like you used to be in Junior High School." Answer Angel.
"But I wonder you, you are the star of the school in academic affairs, but you are very stupid in love affairs." Said Angel.
"What is your heart still for a "he?" Ask Angel.
The girl just smiled and then patted Angel on the shoulder.
"Udah, forget it, don't ask too many questions." He said with a smile.
Then they go together to their respective faculties to register for campus orientation for new students. The girl then walked over to the registration committee consisting of some of her senior brothers and then introduced her name.
"Good morning, my name is Sherly Ardelia Maheswari."
"I'm a new student in management."
Her male senior brothers could only look at Sherly unblinkingly. Sherly felt uneasy and then lowered her face. Then he left the orientation registration table after taking some forms offered by one of his senior brothers. He then walked towards his group of majors and introduced each other.
