After enveloping Sherly, Shaka then stands beside Sherly. He looked at Sherly and said :
“One more time thank you for calming and making me so much better.” He said while wiping Sherly's hair.
Sherly looked at Shaka, then she nodded and smiled at him. Shaka then steps out of Sherly's room. Meanwhile, Sherly could only look at the back of the man she loved. He did not know what was going on with his heart. All he knows is that only Shaka is able to steal his heart and he is unable to take it off. He was only sure that someday God would give them a way to be together and united. May God allow it, he murmured inwardly.
Shaka walked towards the Basement Parking Area. After putting on his helmet and turning on his bike, he ran his bike and then went out of the hospital. The dark night sky and cold air accompanied him. Walk alone down the lonely streets alone. He feels kind and calm now. She was grateful that Sherly was always there. Accompany and strengthen it. Without having to ask for anything from him.
Arriving at his home, he saw his house was deserted. Only the patio lights illuminate Shaka's house. He then turned off his motor and opened the door of the house with his spare key slowly. He did not want to make his parents and brother wake up because of his presence.
After cleaning himself and changing his clothes, he sat down on the edge of his bed. He picked up his cell phone lying on the table. The clock on her phone showed at 11:30 p.m., but there was no sign of Besty contacting her. Then he seemed hesitant to contact Besty if not. He was silent for a moment and then ventured to call Besty. With her heart racing, she pressed the call button on Besty's name. But how disappointed he was when he found out that Besty's phone was not active. He tried many times, but still, Besty's phone was off. Finally he sent a message to Besty.
"Are you all right, beauty?"
"Please call me, I'm so worried about you."
"I miss you so much."
So is the content of the message that represents Shaka's heart and mind tonight.
Shaka then settles down on the bed. He saw pictures of himself with Besty on his phone. He was saddened by what happened tonight. But Sherly's hugs and words strengthened her heart. He kept looking at the pictures until he fell asleep with his phone next to him.
Tonight's events carry over in Shaka's dream. He dreams that he sees Besty in front of him. But he was separated by a steep ravine that was in front of them. Shaka tries to find a way to be with Besty. Unfortunately, there was no way to help him. Besty could only cry while calling out Shaka's name. While Shaka continues to call Besty while continuing to look for a path that can connect them.
The night air was very cold, but a sweat as big as corn poured from Shaka's face. He was very nervous in his sleep. He finally woke up and sat down on his bed. He breathed many times. Trying to calm himself from the nightmares that are present in his sleep. She then shed her tears as she remembered the nightmare. He cries when he imagines that he must be separated from Besty. Then he tried to calm himself by remembering all of Sherly's words.
"If you want a rainbow, you must receive rain, Shak."
"Don't give up because only one bad chapter happened to you. Keep going, because your story doesn't end here".
Shaka felt that Sherly's message was very pervasive in him. He felt strong because of Sherly's words. He breathed many times while trying to convince himself. "I must be strong and strong no matter what happens tomorrow, I will defeat you, Hendra" Shaka said as he repeated the words many times. Until he finally felt better and then went back to sleep to challenge the tomorrow that will meet him.
The next day Shaka woke up early. He saw a cell phone showing at 4:30 a.m. He then went to the bathroom and put his foot in his front yard. He saw his father, mother and sister still not awake. He did stretching, then did Moknyeom (meditation). Shaka remembered Mr. Bram's message for Shaka to always do Moknyeom starting today.
Mr. Bram explains that meditation is a medium to harmonize mind, soul and body. So that Mr. Bram hopes Shaka can make meditation as a unifier of his soul and mind, so that Shaka has peace of mind and is able to harmonize his thoughts and movements to have the right timing when attacking or defending.

In martial taekwondo itself is known there are 2 types of meditation, namely :
Active Meditation, which is meditation that is done when the position is active/the body moves for example: when doing poomsae, at the time of sparring, at the time of exercise.
Meditation in taekwondo is used to unite the mind, body and feelings in one whole unity with the aim of achieving ultimate control of consciousness and alertness.
Step 2 by trying to harmonize the mind, body and feelings of a Taekwondo by doing breathing exercises in a passive meditative position (standing or sitting/An Jo)
Step 3 is always to try to harmonize the mind, body and feelings in each of the techniques that a taekwondoin does when practicing, be it when doing gymnastics, physical exercise sessions, or other activities, or technical training. So actually in the Taekwondo training session from the beginning to the end of the exercise, Taekwondoin was doing the exercise while meditating.

After feeling calm, Shaka then did a routine PR that Mr. Bram gave him. But Shaka did not follow the number of counts according to the instructions of Mr. Bram as much as 50 times, but he did it as much as 150 times. He was determined that he would convict Hendra in accordance with his promise.
Not felt, Shaka has been practicing for 3 hours. The once dark sky had turned bright. He was not aware that his parents were watching his actions. They were shocked by the training Shaka did. They had not expected Shaka to train that hard. He was surprised by the voice of his mother who called him.
"Shaka, let's have breakfast first." Mother says.
Shaka stopped his training. The sweat poured down and soaked his shirt and pants. He turned to his father and mother who were looking at him while sitting on the porch of their house. Shaka then walked over to his father and mother.
"Just right, the feeling of the championship time last year, your training wasn't as hard. Does it have to be?" Her mother said astonished.
Shaka just smiled while nodding his head.
"Yes, Mom. Shaka should catch up in this month." Answer Shaka.
"Don't get too suspended, Shak. You'll be sick." Father said.
"Dad is pretty proud you've been in the championship again. I don't care if you win or lose. " Said his father who was a little horrified by Shaka's training.
"Dad doesn't want you to get sick, Shak." Father said.
"It's okay, dad. Shaka's fine." Shaka Sahut.
Shaka then bothered to clean himself up to the room and breakfast. His mother and father looked at each other. Shaka doesn't usually exercise this hard
"There must be something." murmured his father softly.
