THE GUARDIAN OF THE HEART

THE GUARDIAN OF THE HEART
Chapter 32, Birthday (Part 2)

After texting Sherly's phone, Shaka steps into Besty's class. There, Besty was already waiting for him as usual in front of the class. Besty immediately got up from her seat and stood up to Shaka. Shaka smiled to see Besty coming towards him.

"Yukk, go home." Shaka said as he blinked his eyes at Besty.

Besty laughs at Shaka's behavior and then nods her head. After that they headed to the motor park and then left their school.

Arriving at Besty's house, Shaka takes the helmet off Besty's head. Then he decided to go home.

"Want to stop by?" Ask Besty.

"Maybe next time yeah, I still have business." Shaka.

"What kind of business? May I know you?" Besty.

Shaka smiled as he rubbed Besty's hair.

"Get in there, it's hot outside." Shaka said with a smile.

"Yes, call me later." Said Besty spoiled.

"Yes, sweetie." Shaka said as he blinked his eyes.

Besty blushed embarrassedly hearing Shaka say sweety. His cheeks were red.

Shaka who realized that then continued his words.

"From now on, I'll call you, sweety." Shaka.

"In accordance with your nature." Further.

"Yes, get in there. It's really hot outside. "he concluded.

Besty smiled at Shaka's words. He then nodded his head.

"Be careful, Shak." Besty said as she walked into her house.

After replying to Besty's hand, Shaka then passed and left the Besty housing complex.

Arriving at home, Shaka then cleansed his body. Soon her mother knocked on her room and told her that lunch was on the table. Shaka then went out of the room and had lunch.

"Where's the frame, Bu? Kog hasn't come home yet?" Shaka asked his mother who was in front of him.

"Said there was extra tutoring at his school. Preparation for the exam said." His mother replied while preparing the lunch menu today.

"Didn't Mom eat? Let's eat together, Mom?" Ask Shaka.

His mother smiled at the words of his eldest son.

"Mom ate, you ate first. What time are you training?" Ask mother.

"At 4pm, ma'am." Answer Shaka.

"Yes, later after eating, you immediately rest." Mother says.

"Thank you, Mom." Answer Shaka.

Behind his talkative words, his mother was actually very attentive to her children. It's just, his mother is more chatty and easily panicked. Unlike his father who seemed calmer and quieter.

After eating, Shaka returned to his room. He then prepared his black Dobok (taekwondo uniform) and Ti (belt), then lay down and rest. Relaxing himself before facing the padlock of Mr. Bram.

The time on Shaka's phone shows 3:00 p.m. Shaka has arrived at Rampal Square, Malang, one of the facilities of green open space that is quite wide in the city of Malang. Shaka saw that many people were already in this area to exercise. There are those who jog by trying out a track that is quite far. There are also those who use some existing sports facilities such as basketball, volleyball, tennis and various other facilities available at Rampal Field, Malang, this.

"Good, Shak." Said Mr. Bram who surprised Shaka.

"Sore, Sabeum Nim." Shaka said in shock and immediately stopped his training.

"You have to try really hard to catch up all this time." Said Mr. Bram.

"I'm not going to teach you to be an athlete, but I'm going to teach you to be a fighter." Said Mr. Bram firmly.

"I will galvanize your physical, endurance, mental and speed. At least you're more than ready for this national championship." Continue Mr. Bram.

"Now I'm asking, what's your target?" Ask Mr. Bram.

"So the champion in the National Championship (National Championship), Sabeum Nim." Answer Shaka.

Bram laughed at Shaka's reply. Shaka wondered why Mr. Bram was laughing. Is there something wrong with what he said. Finally, he told himself to ask.

"Am I wrong, Sabeum Nim?" Shaka asked while scratching his non-itchy head.

"Relgan." Mr. Bram stopped his laughter.

"But if I were you, this national championship would be just the beginning of the opening. But the World Championship is the real target." Said Mr. Bram.

Shaka was shocked to hear Mr. Bram's words.

"Don't be like most people who are target-oriented for a moment, but think of a more distant orientation." Said Mr. Bram.

"Well, Sabeum Nim." Shaka said while nodding his head. He did not expect Mr. Bram not only to train him for the upcoming national championship, but also to face the world championship in two years.

" Now, I will train physically and I will train with some special techniques as your weapon." Said Mr. Bram.

"I know you've run, but you run around this field again for 30 minutes." Said Mr. Bram.

"Take your double and get out of all the restrictions you have on you." Said Mr. Bram.

Shaka nodded his head. After using his double, Shaka then carried out Mr. Bram's instructions. He ran around the field for 30 minutes. He was determined that no matter what happened, he would not complain. He will bring out all his abilities until he is not strong enough to do so.

That afternoon, Mr. Bram trained the endurance and power that Shaka had. Sweat sweat coming out profusely from Shaka's body, pouring down Shaka's double. His breath was wheezing withholding the weight of his footsteps to carry out all the exercises. His body seemed to drift due to the rigors of training this afternoon.

Until finally, Mr. Bram completed this exercise.

"Enough rehearsal this afternoon, Shak." Said Mr. Bram while looking at Shaka who was breathing with a gasp. His chest rose up and down gathering the air around him. Her eyes flushed withstanding the fatigue and rigors of the exercises this afternoon.

"I ask that from tomorrow, you practice horyeo chagi (back kick with leg hook) 50 times in the morning and Twieo Chagi (double kick while jumping) 50 times at night, vary between Up Chagi (front Kick) and Dolyeo Chagi (side kick)" said Mr. Bram.

"That's your mandatory menu every day." Said Mr. Bram.

"Are you willing to do it, Shak?" Ask Mr. Bram.

"Ready, Sabeum Nim." Shaka answered while adjusting his breathing to escape one by one.

Bram smiled at Shaka's spirit.

"Now go home, we'll see you tomorrow." Said Mr. Bram.

"Oh yes, one more thing. I just want you to take a Sunday off. But I love you PR (Home Work) by training your feet using rubber. Do it 100 times." Further.

"Ready, Sabeum Nim." Shaka said in a very tired voice.

"Remember, your goal is not a national championship, but a world championship." Said Mr. Bram.

"Well, Sabeum Nim." Shaka replied while nodding his head.
