Chapter 37, The Blanket of the Heart (Part 2)

Shaka then got up from the edge of Sherly's bed. He then walked back and forth in front of Sherly while rubbing his own upper head repeatedly. While Sherly smiles herself at Shaka's behavior. At last he did not have his own heart and then said :

“I'm just kidding, Shak.”

“Don't be confused so.” He said, letting go of his laughter.

Shaka was shocked after hearing Sherly's words. He didn't expect Sherly to prank him. He stopped pacing back and forth laughing after seeing Sherly laughing.

“You almost blew my heart, Sher.” Said Shaka later.

“Out of.., you didn't answer my question earlier.” Sherly still laughing.

“Surely you are already deg-degan right?” Tempted Sherly with a big smile.

“It, Sher. Which guy bergga deg-degan when asked alone with a girl.” Shaka.

Sherly smiles at Shaka's reply. He did not expect that Shaka felt stubborn as well when told to be alone with him. Her brain tells her that Shaka also thinks of her as a woman, who also has the opportunity to conquer her heart. Because if Shaka only thinks of him as a friend then he will be ordinary and do not need to deg-degan so, thought Sherly.

“Btw, why are you deg-degan, Shak?” sherly Fishing.

“I've never been alone with a girl in one room before, how do you deg-degan.” Shaka Sahut.

“Almost with a beautiful girl like you.” Shaka said spontaneously.

Hearing the words from Shaka's mouth made Sherly's cheeks blush and she then smiled blushfully while lowering her head. Shaka realized this and later apologized for his words.

“Sorry, Sher. I didn't mean to tease you.” Shaka.

“Iya, ingga nothing.” Sherly said while lowering her face in embarrassment.

Shaka felt guilty for his words. She already knew that Sherly loved her and she could not repay him. In fact, he now praises Sherly as if he gave Sherly hope.

Finally he tried to shift the topic of conversation to dilute the atmosphere.

“Sher, I have a surprise for you.” Shaka said as he walked closer towards Sherly.

Sherly looked towards Shaka and then asked.

“What surprise?” Asked Sherly curiously.

Shaka finally reached into the wallet in the back pocket of his pants and then pulled out something.

“Nih...” said while thrusting something.

Then Sherly takes a piece of paper from Shaka's hand and then reads it.

“I've registered for the Junior National Championship.” Shaka.

“I keep my promise to you, Sher. I will compete for you next month.” he continued while looking at Sherly who was also looking at him.

“Shak...”Ucap Sherly. He does not believe Shaka kept his promise to him.

“How will you go later? Have you made preparations? Who trained you, Hak?Then if you are injured later how” Tanya Sherly with full of worry because she remembers that Shaka does not have a coach and has been excluded from the Taekowondo team at school.

Sherly smiled broadly at Shaka's words. He then patted the edge of his bed which hinted to Shaka tell a story while sitting on the edge of his bed like that.

Shaka smiled and sat down on the edge of Sherly's bed. He then told me from the beginning, from after returning from Sherly's house the other day to go to Mr. Bram's house. He tells how he first met Mr. Bram in his workshop. Then how did Mr. Bram train him so hard and how much PR was given to him. It was all he told Sherly. Not infrequently Sherly interrupts him with temptations and jokes that make Shaka laugh.

It didn't feel like Shaka and Sherly were getting late in the atmosphere. They joke and laugh together. Enjoyed the night in the hospital together. After Shaka finished telling the story, Sherly then approached towards Shaka. After that he hugged Shaka while whispering to her.

“When I was so sad, warm embrace you healed my heart at that time.”

“I don't expect my hug to heal your wounds, but it can at least envelop and calm your heart.”

Shaka could only keep quiet while listening to Besty's words. Sherly's embrace was very warm and could calm her heart. Makes his heart feel comfortable even though it must be on the sad thorns that hurt him.

“If you want a rainbow, you must receive rain, Shak.” Sherly said again.

“Don't give up just because of one bad chapter going on in your life. Keep going, because your story doesn't end here.” Sherly said as she continued to hug Shaka.

While Shaka can only return Sherly's embrace while nodding her head.

“Thank you very much, Sher.” Said Shaka while sighing.

“I believe you are able to get through it.” Sherly.

“Because you are such a special guy, not only for me, but also for others.” Sherly.

“Now go home, rest your body and your heart” Sherly said as she let go of her embrace.

Shaka could only look at Sherly. He smiled and said to Sherly :

“Thank you very much, Sherly. You have always covered my heart when I was sad and hurt all this time.” Shaka said as he rubbed Sherly's hair.

“I'm grateful that God brought me to you.” Its effects.

“Thank you for always supporting me and never leaving me, even if we can't bond at this time.” He looked at Sherly.

Sherly sighed and then smiled. He then stroked Shaka's hand which was in his hair.

“Shak, to me the meaning of love is comfort, trust, and support. Love is also a happiness when being together, even if it does nothing”. Said Sherly softly.

“I believe, true love always comes at the right time, the right time, and the right place. He never gets lost, Shak." Added.

Shaka smiled at Sherly's words. She clasped Sherly's hand and looked at Sherly.

“Rest now, Sher.” Shaka said, releasing Sherly's hand and then fixing the pillow behind her.

Sherly then corrects her position and lays herself in bed. After that, Shaka pulls the blanket at Sherly's feet and then covers it.
