The Forbidden Love

Episode 17's

For the sake of Carnation, Reiga would do anything. The girl had seized her heart, Carnations had even made her forget the adab and norm in a family.

That girl, made Reiga crazy so not afraid of sin.

"I understand my father only cares about money. Maybe if the money comes back, then I can let you go" Reiga said.

"But where did you get that kind of money?" ask Carnation. Reiga smiled as he shook his head slowly.

"I have enough money. Don't worry."

"really? You're gonna lend it to me? I promise I'll find a job soon and help my father pay it off" Anyelir said excitedly. Is this the way out that can free him from this house of suffering? Carnations looked very happy.

Reiga was happy, only this time he saw the Carnations so beautiful with a smile that was on his lips. Reiga put the plate he brought onto the table. He grabbed Carnation's hand and grasped it tightly.

"Do whatever you want to do. But first, you need to get out of this house first."

"Hm." Carnations nodded quickly.

"Tomorrow, you can say this to Dad. If you agree, I'll have the money ready after the garden work is done" Reiga said.

"Thank you." Carnations hugged Reiga. Out of nowhere, the girl really wanted to hug her savior. Thanks to Reiga, Carnations can live out its bad days with so much hope.

Reiga always defended her, the man always tried hard to save her. Reiga is like a savior for Carnations, for all the attention and comfort that Reiga gives, Carnations can slowly rise from his despair.

"Let's eat together, you also must not have eaten," said Carnations while taking over the plate on the table. He also cheated on Reiga.

Reiga was very happy, he was happy whenever Anyelir smiled and freely expressed in front of him.

Early in the morning, Anyelir had prepared breakfast for Reiga and Dorman. Since Reiga had already promised Carnation to prepare the money she needed, Reiga finished breakfast quickly and immediately left the house to go to the tea garden.

"Why did Reiga leave so early in the morning?" ask Dorman.

"There may be important business" answered Carnations. He filled Dorman's plate with rice and side dishes, then served it in front of the man.

"You can eat with me" said Dorman. He gets bored if he has to eat alone. Moreover, Reiga had already eaten breakfast and left the house.

"Good." Carnations just nodded, he immediately sat down and took some food.

A few minutes later, Dorman finished the plate. Carnations also finish breakfast in the morning and clean the dirty dishes on the table.

"Take me to the park" Dorman said.

"May I say something, it's important" said Anyelir.

"Say."

Instantly, Dorman laughed out loud. The middle-aged man laughed so loudly that his voice echoed throughout the room.

Carnations gulped, Dorman's expression making his hopes shrivel.

"You're gonna give me eighty million? Excluding untold interest and fines?" dorman asked after he stopped laughing.

"Yes, I'll give it to you" answered Carnations.

"Did you secretly sell yourself until you could pay me that much?" ask Dorman. He laughed again loudly.

Carnation's chest felt tight, his hands clenched firmly. He was eager to throw a slap at the old man who always lowered his pride. But Carnations have no courage. He could only shut up and hold back all the anger that was rumbling in his chest.

"You will be widowed after my death. If I'm still alive, don't expect you to get away from me!" exclaim Dorman.

Carnations are speechless. The hope that he had just embraced in his arms, had now crumbled. Trampled by Dorman's cruelty and greed.

From the beginning, Carnations did not have a choice. Because he is poor and weak, happiness is only wishful thinking.

With his knees limp, Carnations pushed Dorman's wheelchair away from the dining room. She drove her husband to the garden in the front yard of their house. As usual, Dorman will spend the morning reading the newspaper and enjoying a cup of coffee comfortably.

When he arrived at the front yard, a motorbike entered the courtyard. Carnations turned, apparently Reiga had returned home.

"You're home yet?" dorman asked his son.

"Yes, Dad. I have an urgent need" replied Reiga. It signals the Carnation to enter the house. Carnations also obey him.

After talking to his father for a while, Reiga followed Anyelir into the house. The man looked for the whereabouts of Carnations, but instead found the girl crying in the living room.

"What's wrong? Have you asked him?" ask Reiga. He had a bad feeling, he approached Anyelir and hugged him.

Without hearing Anyelir's answer, Reiga could already guess what had happened. He knew Dorman disagreed.

"We'll find another way, don't worry" Reiga said. I don't know how else, but Reiga will never stop trying. He will do everything possible to solve this problem.

Although their efforts did not pay off, Reiga and Carnation became closer and closer. They secretly spend time together without Dorman's knowledge. Moreover, now Dorman can only sit in a wheelchair and sleep in a guest room located on the lower floor. So, Carnations and Reiga could freely do anything upstairs.

To relieve Carnation's work, Reiga hired a gardener to clean up the garden and sweep the outer courtyard. That way, Carnations will not be too tired to take care of the entire cleanliness of the house.

But when the gardener cleans the backyard, he hears a sound from the kitchen. He heard Anyelir and Reiga share a laugh, they were both joking while Dorman was relaxing in the front yard of their house.

The gardener did not understand the situation. He suspected, how can a stepmother joke casually and coolly with her stepson?
