Chp 91: Surprising Facts

"Who's that woman, River?"

"Ah .. You've returned Yui." said River and continued, "I just saved this woman from some bad guys, I couldn't just die so I took her teleporting along."

Yui was made to let out a long sigh after hearing River's words, "Look at her now." Yui said as she pointed at Evelyn who was in deep confusion.

He tried hard to digest the strange event that had just happened to him, a man who came suddenly and killed 5 people so easily then healed his wound before moving places in the blink of an eye.

No normal person could digest that information so easily...

Evelyn looked at River and Yui in turn, seeing the two of them made the girl become very dizzy and staggered unconsciously if she was right on the edge of the building.

"Revelation!" yell River.

Evelyn was shocked when she lost her footing and ended up falling down the building, but before that happened River had already clasped his hands tightly.

As a result, Evelyn's body was hanging on top of the skyscraper hundreds of meters high.

River wanted to erase Evelyn's memory of their meeting unilaterally, but before he could do that a portal suddenly opened not far from their place.

River suddenly became alert and changed his original form with a jet-black armor outfit while carrying a sword of pride, as well as Yui who instantly created several ghosts.

His aura is equal to or even surpasses mine .. Who is this person? - thought River regardless of Evelyn widening her eyes in disbelief.

A footstep came out of the portal and revealed a handsome man with white hair and white robes.

She had very beautiful rainbow eyes and a very charming smile.

"A God yes." murmured River.

"To be precise God" said the man corrected with his sweet and tender voice.

"Are you the tallest entity in the world?" river asked without removing his vigilance even though the man before him did not look dangerous.

"You could say so. Unlike the other worlds that have more than one supreme entity, this world only has one supreme entity that takes care of all aspects of life namely me."

"You're pretty clever at being able to trick me and infiltrate my world, but you're making a big mistake for using teleportation magic that allows me to know where you are." continued the man named God.

"So do you want to eliminate me? maybe it'll be a big fight but I won't back down." River replied.

This entire world was only held by one person, so he definitely possessed a power far greater and vast than River who only had one major element which was darkness.

"Using violence is not my style. I just want to warn you not to use magic at will in my world. I will forgive you for killing all five humans before, just think of it as a reward for their crimes..."

Arguably this was the best path for the two of them, River still had 5 supreme entities and a world system that became his enemy.

Spending energy and troops against the man before him was not a wise thing.

"Then there's nothing more I have to say" said the man then turned around to enter his portal.

But before he actually left the man added, "And one more .. I got information if people from your world kidnapped some humans in my world, he said, if you're willing will you return their souls to my world so they can reincarnate again?"

"I'll work on that."

"Then hopefully we can meet again in the future." the man then left just like that after saying such a troublesome thing to River.

"Whoever tell me what's really going on here?!"

Evelyn cried out to break the silence after the sudden departure of the figure, she was really frustrated because she did not know what she was dealing with since then.

River and Yui looked at each other and let out a long sigh as it failed to erase Evelyn's memories after being banned from using magic.

"It seems like there's no other choice but to tell him honestly." River replied with a nod of Yui.

Even they told him about the reason for their arrival to his world was just to meet the Yui family.

"It's hard to believe and I don't want to interfere in such a strange matter, so please just bring me back." Evelyn said after learning everything.

River couldn't use his magic according to his agreement with the man, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't jump down from the building.

Holding Yui and Evelyn's waist on both sides, River immediately jumped down from the skyscraper and landed perfectly in a deserted place.

Evelyn was so shocked by the extreme action taken by River that she vowed never to do it again despite being forced to do so.

They then book a taxi to drive Evelyn home first before going to the Yui family home.

But in the middle of the taxi ride, they were surprised by the news displayed on the television monitor inside the taxi.

The news was about the killing of 5 women at a shopping center and the killing of 7 men at a clothing store complete with images of the perpetrators of the crime, namely River, Yui, and Evelyn who were also involved.

The entire body of the taxi driver was shaking in cold sweat when he realized he was carrying the passenger of a serial killer.

Slowly his hands began to move to his phone to send a message to the police.

But before that happened River who sat next to him immediately grabbed the driver's head and slammed it into the steering wheel many times to death.

River then threw the body out of the car and sat in the driver's seat.

"You kill again." Evelyn said as she covered her mouth with the vomit.

"If you want to get caught then I'll get you out here." River responded flatly.

Evelyn naturally did not want to be taken out of the car and chose to sit down obediently.

In his heart he cursed the police force that would just turn him into a criminal just for seeing himself close to River.

"7 the man who died in that clothing store was it because of you Yui?" river asked Yui who was indifferent to the news.

"That's right, they just want to rob me of my money. So I killed them." Yui replied indifferently.

Evelyn is again shocked by the broken personality of the little girl before her and the indifferent response of River.

However, Evelyn is now unable to return to her home because she has become a police fugitive, so they decide to head straight to Yui's family home.

Not long after they finally arrived at a residential area that is quite luxurious because the work of Yui's father is arguably a big job.

According to Yui River's instructions, the car was parked in one of the houses that were Yui's family home, but strangely the house looked very quiet with the lights out.

River and Evelyn wait in the car while Yui nervously walks to her doorstep and knocks on her several times, hoping that her family still lives there.

But there was no response at all from inside the house that made Yui knock on the door even tighter.

"May I know what you're looking for, son?"

A voice rang out from the house next door, Yui remembered if it was her family's neighbor. He must have been bothered by the sound of knocking on the door that was loud enough.

"Do you know where the family who lives in this house is?" ask Yui expectantly.

"Oh that family yeah .. Don't you know, son? a few years ago the family had a car accident when they wanted to vacation. One family died tragically consisting of Father, Mother, and eldest son while the youngest son disappeared and was never found..."

Yui is stunned, judging from the time of the events said by the Aunt then it was along with Yui's sending to another world.
