Chp 83: Epilogue

In a luxurious room with gold ornaments, there is a round golden table with 6 golden chairs surrounding it.

There were already 3 people sitting quietly. They are the God of Science Carvath Gaedistrer, the Goddess of Death Nolectre Thanaesah, and the Goddess of Justice Rosemary Harper.

While waiting for the arrival of Ocean Goddess Cain Seahart and Light Goddess Lightosy Savannah, they had a little chat about the reason for their meeting which finally happened after thousands of years.

"I heard he's been defeated by the Dark God's Heir, is that right?" rosemary opened the conversation.

Clearly the person he was talking about was Xander who was defeated by River.

"No need to pretend anymore, I know you all must have realized that" Carvath replied slightly cynically with Rosemary's question.

"Is it wrong to ask?" rosemary's reply was no less cynical.

"I think you're wasting your time on useless things."

The two of them argued for quite a long time, making Nolectre, who had witnessed it, uncomfortable and decided to break up the two.

"Why are you fighting for that useless thing? The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the major changes that have occurred due to their fight" said Nolectre.

"What he said is true."

A voice was heard following Nolectre's statement and simultaneously a portal opened up near them.

They were not surprised at all because they already knew who the person who had come was.

"Yet you came too ... Cain, Lightosy.." said Nolectre.

"Over time, how are you all?" Cain greeted his colleague warmly, but was only halfheartedly replied by them.

"As usual, doing boring work endlessly for thousands of years." Rosemary replied indifferently.

Cain did not respond to a reply from his colleague and chose to sit followed by Lightosy behind him.

Cain let out a long sigh before saying, "I know you all are tired of your very limited freedom, but know if this is all for the sake of the world-sustainability"

"Well .. those are the motivational words I've always heard every one of our meetings." Rosemary cut in quickly, making Cain frown.

"Rosemary Harper ... many people who still do not get justice in the underworld, it seems you are very lazy in carrying out your duties.." said Cain coldly as he looked at the woman deeply.

Cain wanted to corner the famous Rosemary as a stubborn woman, but soon Carvath spoke up to protect her.

"Forget your bullshit, Cain, just tell me what's the reason for you making this meeting after thousands have passed?"

"I'm too busy with my job and too lazy to deal with people like him..." Carvath spoke up, making Cain nod his head several times.

"The others?" cain asked and replied with a funny answer from the other Gods and Goddesses.

Everyone knows about the fight that killed Xander and destroyed part of the moon, they could actually help him but they don't want to do that.

The reason is simple .. they are fed up with Xander and want to rid him of their world...

They all know about Xander's actions that often spread havoc in the world and do other heinous things, but they have no right to stop him because they are bound by the law.

Xander is a false God who has a lot of freedom in his life, making him an arrogant and greedy creature. So they were happy with the man's death....

"I know if you all hate that man, I do. but still we should not ignore our comrades like that, what will the World System do if it finds out about this?" cain said with a look of pity, yet they were not that easy to believe in him.

Don't ignore the partner? His words were nothing but nonsense as they saw for themselves that Cain was the only person who contributed fully to the capture of the Dark God Arshadow Sizraes.

"Since your reckless decision has Xander dead and the title of Dark God has fallen on that heir boy, this will be very troublesome for us later" Cain continued.

He then turned his gaze to Lightosy who had been silent from the beginning and did not follow the topic.

"And you, Lightosy Savannah .. I hope you gave us a good reason for your decision to release the boy when you caught him at the time" Cain said.

Everyone turned his gaze towards Lightosy with a puzzled look.

Whereas before when the fight in the Victorian kingdom that almost wiped out the entire world, he had already managed to bind River with his gold chain. But he just took it off....

The red-haired lady raised her head, looking at all the Gods and Goddesses in front of her in seriousness before saying-

"That's because there's reportedly a third party that has a much better means of transportation than our kingdom, otherwise they call it a train!" The trading head replied with a trembling body.

"third party? Is it from another kingdom?"

"No, Your Honor, it's just a small town that's just developing lately, it's located in the territory of the Victorian kingdom that's not affected by the destruction." replied the Head of Commerce.

Maybe I was so focused on the people of the Victorian kingdom that I didn't notice any new power developing near my kingdom.

He did not care about the owner of the city, whose opponent had dared to take away his royal business partner, as the reigning King he would not allow such an enemy to flourish near his domain.

"Commander knight Leon, I order you to investigate the city immediately. Have them submit to the Kingdom of Mazzarri otherwise destroy it!" he told a black-haired man with silver armor.

He had a handsome face and sharp eyes, wherever he went the screams of a girl would surely be heard when he saw his charismatic figure and the idol of all women.

He is Leon Nereida, the supreme knight commander of the Mazzarri kingdom and the elder brother of Leyn Nereida.

The two of them took different paths after the quarrel at that time, will the two brothers be reunited or even hostile to each other to kill each other? Watch it in the next Arc!

Drizzling rain flushed a big city at night full of bright lights on the street or in buildings.

Hundreds of cars were speeding through the streets of the huge city, as people walked along the sidewalks carrying umbrellas to protect themselves from the unrelenting rain.

Simon wanted to rest for a moment while healing his wound, but the voice of a man suddenly distracted him.

"Hey what are you doing here? It's late so you'd better go home and not wander around in a quiet place like this, what if there's a criminal?"

The voice came from a skinny middle-aged man with a slight mustache and beard, he was wearing a blue uniform that read 'Police'

"Hey, do you hear me?" the policeman asked and then pointed his flashlight at Simon's figure, making Simon reflex to close his eyes because of glare.

He retreated bit by bit after seeing Simon's figure that was brooding like a beast.

"Humans ... without mana .. is very weak and seems very delicious." Simon said in a hoarse voice, making the Police creep in fear.

"J-don't move, I-I'm a cop!" yell at him while pointing a gun.

Simon did not feel the threat of the blunt weapon made of metal, so he paid no heed to the Police's warning and still stepped forward while licking his lips.

"I told you not to move!"

* DOR!! *

"Aargh!!*

The first shot was released, causing Simon to scream in pain as his body was penetrated by a small metal that was very painful.

It was just an ordinary attack but was able to make Simon become in great pain, it was all due to his strength that had drastically decreased after the previous fight.

"Basic shit!!" simon's wrath as he opened his mouth wide, revealing his pointed teeth.

The policeman was so frightened as if in a nightmare, he then fired a few more shots while continuing to move backwards.

Simon received all the shots as he continued forward, understanding the intense pain in his body.

And when they were 5 meters away again, Simon jumped and lunged at the helpless human.

A huge scythe suddenly slashed both of his arms to the point of breaking, Simon was terrified and confused at the same time when he learned of the figure that attacked him.

"K-you, how is that possible?!"

"I came to this place to avenge my 5,000-year delay" said the figure who turned out to be Riona.

The policeman suddenly fainted from fear, leaving only Riona with Simon who looked very sad when Riona walked over to him.

"T-no, get away from me!" frightened screams.

Riona grinned happily, "Just calm down, I won't kill you until I'm content to torture you..."

"No!!!"
