Chp 32: Satisfactory Test Results

The next morning Finley, Leon, and Leyn came to my dorm for breakfast together.

My dormitory and Leon's dormitory were close together because they were in the same building, while Finley and Leyn's dormitory were in a female-only building.

My routine and Finley's in the morning is usually breakfast together, whether it's in the park or in the health room.

But now the number of our friends had grown so we decided to have breakfast together at my dorm.

Finley and Leyn came early in the morning to cook in my dorm kitchen, actually Leyn wasn't very good at cooking but Finley taught her well.

Until a while later, the food cooked by the two girls was finally finished, the four of us immediately sat down at the dinner table.

But there was something strange about Leon's expression that looked gloomy and lethargic.

"What's wrong with you so early? Food's ready, don't you want to eat?" my word.

Leon doesn't mind me.

I turned to Leyn, "You know something?" my many.

"Maybe this has something to do with her looking for Olivia yesterday" Leyn replied as if she didn't care.

"I understand, so he failed huh.." I muttered.

Leon finally wanted to speak in response to my words.

"Yesterday I failed even before trying, he didn't want to talk to me, he just ignored me when I was looking for him with great difficulty." Leon said languidly.

I can only give you a look of pity.

"I told you, didn't I? You're just doing a futile act." I said.

"Hm, I'm sorry for ignoring what you said." Leon replied.

"Here you go, let's eat before the food gets cold." take me.

"Hm."

Leon lifted his spoon and began to taste the fish soup that was in front of him, instantly his eyes that were like dead fish shone full of life.

"Enak! I guess a girl as good as Finley must be good at cooking, unlike the other girl.." Leon said praising Finley as well as insinuating his sister, Leyn.

Finley smiled warmly, "Actually the one who made the soup was Leyn, I just gave her the appropriate seasoning."

"Eh!? Really it?"

Leon looked surprised while Leyn looked annoyed at having just been insinuated by her own brother.

"If you say that, just give me my soup back" Leyn said, taking Leon's soup.

"Ehh?"

I smiled warmly at this harmony that I had not felt for a long time.

Besides, I'm glad Leon hasn't been moody for too long and has lost his temper, thanks to his sister's own cooking.

I was also happy to see Finley and Leyn who were familiar and could help each other even though there were times when the two of them had a fight.

A few minutes later, our breakfast was finally finished.

Leon leaned back on the chair while holding his bloated stomach from eating too much.

"Although I can't taste my sister's soup, Finley's food is also very good." he murmured.

"It's your own fault for insinuating your sister." I replied flatly while wiping my mouth with a tissue after eating.

Finley and Leyn were washing the dishes we were using in the kitchen not far from where Leon and I were.

So we can still chat together.

"So, what are we going to do today?" ask Leyn.

"Isn't today the day yesterday's test results will be announced?" answer Finley.

"Truely, how about we see the results together?"

"That's a good idea."

"Of course, I don't have any other activities anyway." I replied and turned to Leon, "What about you Leon?" my many.

"I'll just go with you." Leon replied.

After the four of us had agreed, we went straight to the place where the results of the exam were announced.

Unexpectedly there were already many students gathered to see the results of their exams as well, they all gathered in front of a large board that contained many student names, too, the test scores they get and the class they go up to.

Quite a lot of students who look sad or even cry because they know if the grades they get are so low that they can not go to the next class.

While students who get good grades look very happy because they managed to move up to the next class.

Although it can only go up one class level but it is very happy for them after many years of staying in the same class.

"This is a notice board for new students!" leon shouted after getting the notice board for the new student.

There is a list of the names of the new students who may number around 200 people.

"Let's go find your name, Leyn." take Finley.

We helped find Leyn and Leon's names on the notice board from top to bottom, before long I finally found Leon's name there.

"Leon Nereida, who earned 600 points, was admitted to Nethilor Academy and placed in 3-A" I said, reading the information.

Leon seemed proud of the achievements he had achieved.

Shortly thereafter Finley found Leyn's name on the notice board.

"Leyn Nereida, who earned 650 points, was admitted to the Nethilor academy and placed in 3-A" Finley said.

Leyn harrumphed, "Tch, even though it's only a few points then I can be in 2-E class, why do I have to be in the same class as this fool."

"It seems like fate doesn't allow us to part, my sweet brother." said Leon smirking arrogantly.

"Disease." Leyn retorted looking at her brother's disgust.

"Here you go, let's see what value River and I have now" Finley said.

We then turned to the other board to look at the results of the exam that Finley and I got, a little while later we finally found it and went straight to my name and Finley there.

"That's my name there" said Finley, who had found his name.

"Finley Belle, a score of 620 points, went straight up to 3-A" Finley continued.

"Yey! we're in the same class, Finley!" leyn said happily.

"Hm, I'm glad we got to be together" replied Finley happily.

Finley developed quite rapidly from being initially trapped in the 5-E class for several years, eventually being able to move up to the same 3-A class as Leyn and Leon.

I can rest easy now that I can leave Finley unsupervised considering that Leon and Leyn are always with him, at least he won't be bullied in his new class.

"River isn't that your name?" said Leon.

"You found him?" my many.

"Yes, it's right under Finley's name."

I saw where Leon was referring to, and it's true that there's my name.

"River Addeson, a score of 990 points, goes up to grade 1-A" I said reading the available information.

I could see a huge shock from Leon and Leyn looking at the number of points I got.

"990 points? that's so big! and you said you were so weak before that you became a target for bully people? who believes that shit!" shouting Leon.

"Sister River is great.." praised Leyn.

I felt a strange thing, after a long time stuck in the same class I was finally able to move up to the next class.

But that's not the weird feeling I mean, but why did I get a 990? according to my calculations, I will at least earn points above 1000 and be entitled to graduate from this academy after I demonstrate my strength.

Someone must be manipulating my grades.....
