Chp 108: Second Evolution
River gained increased strength from his Gluttony ability which had evolved into Ultimate Sin Of Gluttony.
Gluttony's originally black form of eatery now turned dark purple when he devoured the dragon chain that bound River's body.
Slowly but surely the chain that was famous for its power was beginning to be devoured by the violet mist's gluttony.
* CRACK!! *
River's right arm had managed to escape from the chain that bound him and was followed by his left hand.
"Alright, let's get out of this shitty place." murmured River while rubbing his slightly sore wrist.
River then stared at the golden room that locked him up with a little annoyed at having to be made to desperately try to get out.
"Stage all these annoying things!" tell River his Gluttony skill.
It was as if it understood the command of the purple fog River then spread out and enveloped the entire room to devour it little by little.
And not long after that the entire room finally managed to be devoured completely along with the sound of the system echoing in its head.

Dragon Chain re-emerged around River's body as he re-evolved a second time, his body shining golden along with the golden chain patterns that had sprung up all over his body.
His bones that had been forged to the strongest stage when making previous evolution were now re-forged with rainbow but with the Dragon Chain mixture that made his bones turn into bright gold.
Slowly but surely River's long black hair began to turn into a beautiful golden color that became one of the hallmarks of the Schwarzer family, while his red eye bead also turned golden.

"What an incredible power." River murmured while clasping his hand as he felt his strength had already increased 2-fold.
Evolution takes only a short time and does not have many changes or additions to new abilities such as the first Evolution.
Now the power that River holds is not only the power of the Dark God left by his father Arshadow Sizraes, but also the power of the legendary Schwarzer family from the legacy of his mother Lilith Schwarzer.
His current strength had already far surpassed that of the other Gods, even though all the Gods united against him, victory still clearly appeared in River's hands.
"I will definitely subdue all of you." murmured River seriously.
He looked around him, the room that sealed him had already disappeared completely and left behind an extremely empty black space.
It seemed that he had been transferred from the mortal world to the void by Carvath Gaedistrer.
"Well, getting out of this place isn't hard either." River muttered and created a large sword in his right hand.
It was not the black sword he used to wear but rather a beautiful golden sword wrapped around by a small golden chain, but make no mistake as the power of the sword was equivalent to his black sword.
And the privilege of the golden sword is that it can tear apart space and time like butter.
* SWOOOSH!! *
The sword was slowly swung by River, but even that slow slash could destroy the world easily if it was directed at him.
But because he is currently in the void, then what is released is not the world or other objects, but space and time itself.
A tear shone brightly in the endless void, River entered it and arrived at him in the territory of the God Carvath Gaedistrer or arguably in his artificial dimension.
"It seems like I can't escape from you." Carvath muttered bitterly as his artificial dimension could be easily entered by River.
"It looks like you can kill immortality using that sword" Carvath said guessing River's special sword.
"You're a smart man, you should have known by yourself." River replied cynically.
According to River the person standing before him was just a fool who could not use his knowledge well.
River could indeed kill immortality using his golden sword, but he was not sure he could kill them permanently after seeing the scratches on Carvath's cheek slowly starting to heal.
Perhaps the God or Goddess that River killed using the sword could die, but they would rise again with a new body after going through many years.
Carvath obviously had a defeat at that moment, no, his defeat was clearly visible when River did his second Evolution.
He couldn't even move from where he was standing at the moment, perhaps a normal person wouldn't notice it, but...
Millions of dimensional slashes had been pointed at his neck since River's arrival!
"Alright, I give up." Carvath said with a deep sigh as he raised both hands.
"If it's like that show your loyalty." River replied while giving the same piece of paper he gave to Nolectre.
The paper floated before Carvath still unable to move from where he was standing, he took the paper, read the contents of the agreement and was a little surprised to see the mark of Nolectre's blood inside.
"I thought the woman must have betrayed him." he murmured.
He did not think too much of it because he too would betray after filling the paper with a drop of his blood.
Carvath wanted to agree to the paper with a drop of his blood, but before that River suddenly stopped him.
"Wait."
"What's wrong?" Carvath was a little confused but soon he was surprised to feel the air of another existence in that place.
"Before that comes out of there" said River turned his attention to one point of Carvath's dimensional space.
Soon a fire broke out in that place very suddenly, slowly a woman's footsteps came out of the blazing fire to show a beautiful woman with red hair.
She is the Goddess of Light Lightosy Savannah.
"When have you been there?" carvath asked a little surprised because he did not realize there was someone else hiding in his dimension.
"From the beginning you planned out your physical plan that ended in that failure" Lightosy said calmly.
He then turned his gaze to River, "And you .. I never thought the child I had let go of could be as strong as it is today."
"It's good to see you again." River smiled back a little.
Seeing the interaction between the two of them Carvath understood one thing for sure, "Don't you guys have conspired back then?!"
River and Lightosy did not answer but just smiled to convince Carvath if the two of them had conspired for a long time.
During River's fight against King Laurence, Lightosy comes to the place although not directly with the main purpose of capturing River.
At that time he did not know if River was a child of the Dark God and finally knew after seeing the almighty power that River issued directly.
Lightosy was very confused and did not know what to do, but a girl who had an aura of light that was exactly like her suddenly came and called her mother.
Lightosy's heart was broken because of her son, Finley, whom she did not give birth to directly.
And thanks to Finley's persuasion he finally agreed to cooperate with River who is still not aware of his identity as the Dark God's child.
Lightosy wishes River a lot, hoping he can grant freedom to all the Gods including freeing the Arshadow Sizraes and Lilith Schwarzer sealed by the world system.
He is very good at hiding facts about himself who conspired with his enemies even to the point of not being realized by Carvath Gaedistrer as the God of Science.
"It's all so confusing to me..." Carvath let out a long sigh while holding his dizzy head at the thought of the shocking event that happened right then and there.
Starting from the Evolution carried out by a God and the betrayal of his partner who he was not aware of, all that makes Carvath's head full of science become dizzy.
And resignedly, the man then agreed to the agreement listed on River's gift paper.
In this way River finally has 3 Gods who cooperate with him namely Goddess Nolectre Thanaesah, God Carvath Gaedistrer, and Goddess Lightosy Savannah.
"There are only two more people huh.." murmured River while thinking of God Cain Seahart and Rosemary Harper.
"Finely forget them." advises Carvath.
"Why is that?"
"Cain was the closest person to the World System while Rosemary was arguably very loyal to him, it was impossible to get them both to side with us." Carvath explained.
"All right then" said River taking Carvath's advice.
