13. Skylars That Are Hard to Avoid

Avoiding Skylar is one thing Spring needs to do to make her friendship with Lucy okay. Not in a relationship with him and as much as possible make Skylar stop liking him. Because in his previous life, Skylarlah reason Spring and Lucy's relationship was destroyed. And Skylar's the one who made Spring unable to give Winter time.

Spring did not want to make a mistake and repeated the regret a second time. God has given Spring a chance to fix his past, so what is damaging to his past needs to be avoided.

Spring hastily stepped his foot, unwilling to look even though Skylar shouted to him. Skylar continued to follow while asking about how Spring knew Skylar liked her. But Spring did not want to answer, because it would be very strange if Spring told him who came from the future, and knew all the series of events in the past. Including how Skylar used to express her feelings for Spring.

Like a deaf man, Spring kept walking even though Skylar asked him to wait. Until making Skylar must pull Spring's hand to stop the step.

"Can you wait for me first, we haven't seen you in a long time. I want to talk to you a lot."

Spring gave a rough sigh. "My friend is waiting. I don't have time to talk to you."

"Just for a second, please."

Spring removed Skylar's hand from hers. "Sky, I can't be with you any longer, because my friend is waiting for me, so stop following me." Spring again moved his feet in a hurry. However, Skylar's steps were still heard behind him, making Spring have to stop his steps again, and turn towards Skylar.

"Can you not follow me! Your attitude won't make me like you back, it'll just make me hate."

"I'm not following you, but I'm going this way. Because my bike I live where I fought earlier. You don't have to be prejudiced against me, you bitch," Skylar said with an upset look, then walked ahead of Spring.

Spring was embarrassed at once by his words, thinking Skylar was following him. And even more shameful when Spring spoke of himself who would not turn his back on Skylar. Spring had to bow down in embarrassment and walk slowly so that his steps could move away with Skylar. Soon, Spring arrives where Lucy is waiting for him. When Spring approached Lucy, the look on her best friend's face seemed very anxious.

"Where have you been, I've called you a few times but you haven't answered my phone. I'm so worried about you, are you okay, Spring?"

Spring quickly checked his phone. Obviously Spring did not pick up the phone from Lucy, the phone was in a state of silent mode.

"I'm sorry I didn't have time to pick up your phone, because my phone turned out to be silent."

"Then, where was the man who took you? why are your feet bruised, and why aren't you wearing your footwear, where are your shoes?" ask Lucy repeatedly.

"I'm perfectly fine. I've already thrown away my shoes, because my right shoes were off when I ran."

Lucy then took one of the shoes in the grocery bag. "Wear this. Now where's the guy who pulled you. I have to scold her, because she's bruised your feet, Spring."

"He's gone, you don't have to care about him." Spring then embraces Lucy's arm. "We better go straight to the place to eat, it looks like my stomach is already screaming hunger because it was too much running."

"But Spring, we should just go home. Your leg is hurt, when you go home you can treat it immediately."

"Filling my stomach is much more important than having to treat my bruises" Spring said as he pulled on Lucy's arm.

From where Lucy waited, the trip to the restaurant did not take long. It only took five minutes they had arrived.

The restaurant is quite quiet, because it is at the end of the road and must pass through the alley if you want to go there. However, the taste of the food is very good like restaurants in strategic places. However, when Spring was enjoying his food, Skylar suddenly came over.

"Didn't I tell you not to follow me" said Spring, who was already very upset with Skylar, who stopped approaching him.

Skylar did not care about Spring's words, he still did not leave Spring. However, Skylar suddenly crouched down while holding onto Spring's leg. Until making Spring was panicked after his feet were held by the man who made him upset.

"What are you doing, Sky?"

While Lucy, she is amazed by the existence of Skylar, because Lucy is not so familiar with Spring's lover in her previous life. Because it was supposed to be Spring's meeting with Skylar, when Skylar became a new student at school. Lucy's meeting with Skylar.

"Who's that handsome guy who took care of your leg?" whispered Lucy with eyes that glanced towards Skylar.

Spring opened his mouth, after hearing Lucy mention Skylar handsome. Because according to Spring, no man is more handsome than Winter.

"You said he was handsome. Are your eyes in trouble, "Spring said Spring in a loud voice regardless if Skylar would hear it."

Spontaneous Skylar was aware of what Spring and Lucy discussed. He immediately stood up when he finished treating the bruise on Spring's leg.

"Your friend's eyes don't matter, but it's your problem. I'm handsome, you don't have to dodge it."

Spring threw out his breath. "Well, do you think my eyes are troubled. Precisely because my eyes can see clearly, I know the look of your face.

"Whatever you say. After you finish eating, I'll take you home. I'll wait for you outside" Skylar said as he stepped foot.

"Hey, who told you to wait for me. I'm going home with my friend, so you don't have to take me, '" Spring shouted.

Skylar did not respond to Spring's remarks, he continued to walk out of the restaurant, and remained waiting for Spring there.

"Why do you refuse to be among him. Wouldn't it be much better. Your legs are bruised, when you come home with me, you have to walk first to find a taxi."

"Where can I go home with him. Today he's pissed me off, and I don't want to make him think I gave him a chance."

Lucy furrowed her brows. "Give him a chance? Who is he. After I noticed, you're not as new to her. So, what did he do to piss you off?"

"He was the guy who pulled me. I've known him for a long time, because we used to go to school."

Lucy chuckles. "I wanted to scold him, but because I was handsome, I broke my intention. Because he seems like a nice guy, he's willing to treat your wounds even if you're cold to him."

Spring shook. "Good men can't make me upset."

After the meal, Spring and Lucy leave the restaurant. Spring thought Skylar wasn't waiting for him, but Skylar was actually waiting for him in front of the restaurant even though Spring had deliberately kept him waiting for a long time.

"Don't I tell you not to wait for me. When I come home with you, my friend will go home alone."

Lucy hands over all of Spring's groceries to Skylar. "You don't have to care about me. You can drop off Spring, and I'll go home by myself." Lucy leaves Spring in a hurry with Skylar.

"Where are you going, shouldn't we go home together" cried Spring. However, Lucy continued to walk quickly without turning to approach Spring.

Skylar pulled Spring's arm. "You can't refuse my invitation. Your leg is injured, you have to go home immediately" he said as he stepped into his motorbike parked.

Spring until he sighed, he could not refuse Skylar's help, because Lucy instead left him with her groceries. What's more, Spring's leg hurts when it has to walk a lot. What else is a lot of groceries if you have to bring your own.
