1. The Woman Who Always Missed Her First Love

It has been ten years since Winter left the Spring of the mortal world. Ten years have passed, but the longing is still felt, as well as the love of Spring for Winter that is still not lost. 10 Years ago before Winter's departure, his best friend called Spring and asked him to wait on the cherry trees they planted when they were 7 years old. The tree is in front of the Winter family's villa. But all the time he waited, his best friend never came. He got angry and cried when he called his mother.

But the expectations are wrong, when Spring gets in front of Winter's house. He found Winter's blood-soaked body being inserted into the ambulance. Spring cried when he saw the man he loved close his eyes forever. Spring thought Winter died because someone had killed her, because the white blanket that covered Winter's body was covered in blood. However, after investigating the police, Winter is declared to have ended his own life, not what Spring suspected.

Until now the departure of Winter makes Spring a person who always wronged himself. Spring knows that Winter's mental health is a little compromised as a result of Winter's already unhealthy relationship with her father and mother. Even by the time Winter was 7 years old, his father and mother were not worthy of being together. They are forced to be together only for Winter and her brother Alex. That's what's causing Winter's mental health to be bad. And Spring believes that Winter ended his life because he could not see his father and mother who almost every day quarreled.

Spring is self-inflicted, because he can't stop Winter's death. If Spring had preferred to meet Winter at her home, Spring might have prevented Winter from committing an act that took her own life. And if time could repeat itself, Spring would always make Winter happy, and make Winter forget her parents' problems. However, the hope of repeating time, is only an unreasonable hope for God to be realized.

On her birthday, 10 years after Winter's departure, Spring returns to Chicago to meet her parents. Spring initially refuses to go to a city filled with memories of her first love. But his mother continued to insist, because since Spring had run the university education, Spring never returned to Chicago. If his father and mother miss him, they'll go see Spring to California. If Spring misses his parents, he will ask his parents to meet him in California.

Not unwilling to go home to see his parents to Chicago, but the city always made him remember the departure of Winter. Winter's home is right next to Spring's.

But it's been 10 years since Spring didn't come home to Chicago, Spring can't keep asking his parents to go see him in California. This time he had to give up to meet his parents in Chicago, Spring was forced to return to Chicago to meet his parents and celebrate his birthday there.

She wanted to hold back the tears, but Spring cried again. This time he did not cry because he remembered Winter, but he cried because he was happy. In his adult age, his parents still had time to give a surprise like a teenager.

Spring hugged his mother and father in turn. "Thank you dad... Thank you mom."

After celebrating her simple birthday, Spring keeps silent on the porch of her home while looking at Winter's house.

Instantly James approached while covering his daughter with a thin blanket.

"Why stay here. It's cold in here, you better get in and get some rest."

"I still want to be here" said Spring, who continued to focus on looking at Winter's home with a soft look. "Oh yeah, who's Winter's house now?"

"Now the house is occupied by Alex and his wife and children."

"Is Alex married now?" ask Spring again.

"Yes, Alex is married. And now she has one daughter."

"really? Why don't I know if Alex has a child."

James chuckles. "That's because you never came home to Chicago, so you don't know."

After watching Winter's house for a long time, Spring instead of rushing in, he went to the villa to see the cherry trees he planted with Winter. Coincidentally the villa is not far from his home, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the villa.

Access to enter the villa using a password that is right at the gate. When Winter pressed the passcode on the door, it turned out that the passcode on the door had not been changed, until it made the gate open after Winter finished pressing several numbers.

"It was just this afternoon. What are you doing here."

"Hm, today is the date of Winter's departure. And right now I'm taking off my miss on my sister's tree."
