The phone rang broke the silence of Hasna's workspace. One name is listed on the caller ID. Kevin's. In fact, they had not met since their last meeting in the food court area of a shopping center.
Hasna swiped the green button on her phone.
"Assalamu'alaikum, Mr. Kevin." Say Hasna when the call is connected.
"Wa'alaikumussalam, Hasna." There was a cheerful voice across there.
A few moments quiet.
"Hasna, can we meet?" Ask Kevin.
"Meet?" Hasna.
"Yes, can it?" Ask Kevin expectantly.
"E...Is there anything important?" Ask Hasna. The woman could not just accept a man's invitation. Because she's a married woman.
"Yes, there's something very important that I want to talk to you about. But I'm sorry, I can't talk about it over the phone."
Hasna did not give an answer, she was confused as to how to refuse so that Kevin does not feel offended.
"Hasna's? Are you still there?" Kevin made sure his phone line was still connected.
"I.yes, Mom."
"Can?" Kevin is still pressing. Makes Hasna powerless to resist. But who knows there is good news, because they are also business partners.
"Alright, Kevin went straight to the restaurant. I happened to be here this afternoon." Hasna finally accepted Kevin's invitation to meet.
"All right, I'll be there soon." Kevin said with passion.

After more than three weeks, Kevin finally got the chance to meet Hasna. The man would not waste that chance. In a few days, he will travel to Singapore for a two-week business trip.
He left his workroom. Walk a little in a hurry to the elevator. He didn't want to waste a second of his time.
Arriving in the basement, Kevin cursed. He forgot his car keys.
"Dam."
Kevin went back up to the fifth floor where the room was. His breath was hunting. How not, he ran along the hallway of the office.
After getting the car keys, he immediately returned to the basement.
"Sir Kevin, where are you going? Half an hour to go with the marketing division." Prita's voice, her secretary stopped the steps of a thousand Kevin.
The man closed his eyes and wasted his rough breathing. Why at a time like this there are distractions.
"Can I get a reschedule?" Ask Kevin.
"But, sir, some are already in the meeting room." Answer Prita.
Shit, that's fucking shit. If this is the case, Kevin can't dwell anymore. He should be responsible for his work.
"Alright, immediately inform that the meeting is submitted twenty minutes early. I'm waiting in the meeting room." Kevin then passed back into his room to pick up some important documents for the meeting this afternoon.
Prita took a deep breath, really his boss made him really confused. Earlier this morning Kevin asked for a meeting to be held after lunch. But now, he asked to advance his time. Hopefully those who still have lunch outside can be here soon.

Throughout the meeting that he almost forgot, Kevin could not concentrate fully. Focus split. Soon he grabbed the phone lying on the boardroom table, and searched Hasna's number. He didn't want her to wait for long.
~Hasna forgive me, maybe I'll be late coming to the restaurant later.~ Kevin.
One minute, two minutes, up to ten minutes passed, the message had not been answered. It has not even been read by Hasna. And that makes Kevin really upset.
All the material delivered by one by one meeting participants is just like the wind. Kevin really can't focus.
"What do you think of Kevin?" Ask one of them.
Everyone was waiting for an answer from his boss. But the man did not open his voice, even though everyone in the middle room was focused on him.
"Sir?" Someone in a blue shirt patted Kevin's arm.
"Yes, Mr Hari?" Said Kevin. It seemed like the man had just woken up from his daydream.
"Sorry, sir, we're all waiting for a response from you." Answer Mr. Day.
Really, he himself did not know what to say to the people who were in this room. Kevin pinched his temple plan. The man tried to calm down.
Trings
One notification from his phone shifted Kevin's attention. His smile broke, when he saw the name listed there. Hasna.
~Yes, Mas kevin, it's okay.~ Hasna.
Kevin breathed a sigh of relief, at least Hasna knew from him.
"How, Sir?" Birthday Pak Hari.
All right, to get the job done with today's meeting, Kevin has to be professional. And for that, he asked them once again to convey the material they had conveyed before.
Kevin carefully listened, and he smoothly responded and gave them advice and direction.
Kevin could breathe a sigh of relief when the meeting was finally over. The man glanced at the watch on his wrist for almost two hours, hopefully Hasna will still be at the restaurant.
Kevin drives his car at high speed. Fortunately, it was not time to go home from work, so the streets were not too jammed.
In less than thirty minutes, Kevin had reached Hasna's restaurant. It feels like his breath is still irregular. Running from the lobby to the office basement, also driving at high speed, making him have to adjust his breath first before getting out of the car.
Kevin exhaled repeatedly, trying to reset his heartbeat. Today he will charge for answers from Hasna. The answer to his proposal was through the woman's mother.
Kevin circled his gaze around the restaurant, but did not find the figure he was looking for. The restaurant is quite spacious, but to find someone who always meets the mind, it is not difficult.
"Mas Kevin?" Kevin turned his head towards the source of the voice, the woman standing right behind him.
"Hasna's." He wanted to hug her to channel his longing. But whatever the force, he did not even dare to touch Hasna.
"It's been a while?" Ask Hasna.
"Then we'll just go there." Hasna pointed at the table near the direction of the toilet, there was quite quiet.
Kevin followed Hasna who was walking in front of him. Hasna asked him to sit down first. Hasna asked for two drinks to take to the table they were on.
"What's Kevin talking about?" Ask Hasna straight to the point.
Why Hasna's voice always sounded soft greeting her hearing. And that made him even more struck by an overwhelming nervousness. Cold sweat began to adorn his temples.
Suddenly, his heart beat twice as fast. Hasna waited for Kevin to say what the man wanted to say.
"I once asked your opinion on how to express the taste of a man to a woman of his tribe. And I've done the advice you gave me back then."
"As a man of good will, I said to your mother. I'm asking you to the woman who gave birth to you."
Hasna was no longer able to control her emotions, but all her might had to be able to remain calm.
"I asked your parents well at that time. I told her I wanted to make you my wife." Kevin's words were so fluent when they were spoken. But Hasna's heart felt out of place.
"I told him, if there is no need to give an answer immediately. But this has been too long. Almost a month. And I'm sure you can give me the answer now." Kevin looked at the pretty face in front of him. A face that always makes him feel at home when looking.
"Hasna, I need certainty. Because after this I'm going to Singapore for two weeks. I want to hear an answer from you right now." The two brown beads stared fixedly at the woman who was bowing her gaze.
"So, how? Is my application accepted?" Kevin asked with great expectations.
Hasna tried to look calm, lest any words would hurt men as well as Kevin. As long as he knew the man, not once did Hasna find any evil out of him.
"Before I answer, may I say something to Kevin?" Ask Hasna.
Kevin knitted his eyebrows together, but the man nodded his head.
"Actually, I've been an orphan since I was a child." Hasna.
A line of sentences that can make Kevin jerk in shock. But she was still thinking positively, it could be the woman Hasna called Mama at that time was her adoptive mother.
"Both of my parents died when I was ten years old. And I was raised by Grandpa alone." Hasna smiled at the end of her sentence.
The woman took a deep breath, before continuing her words.
"And Grandpa, he's the only family I have. But the young man died about two months ago." Further.
"I'm sorry if what I say will make Mas Kevin disappointed. But, I don't want any misunderstandings between us later."
"Me, the married woman. I'm a married woman." Hasna.
It felt like Kevin's heart was forced to stop beating when Hasna said that. A burning feeling for the women loved since the beginning of their meeting, forced to die.
"We got married two months ago, just before Grandpa died." Hasna did not dare to look at Kevin. He was sure that the man was hurt.
"And the woman I called Mama... She is my mother-in-law. The biological mother of my husband." Kevin closed his eyes at Hasna's last statement about who she called Mama.
Complete already, what Kevin just heard, managed to make the man feel a very extraordinary shame. He proposed to a married woman to her mother-in-law? Truly, a folly that he will never forget in his entire life.
Silence enveloped both. Both Hasna and Kevin, both confused about where to start to unravel the awkwardness.
"I'm sorry Hasna, I really don't know if you're a married woman. Me and Mama thought you were a free woman. Moreover, we didn't find a wedding ring on your ring finger."
So the problem remains centered on the issue of wedding rings. The same thing happened with Bian, and now it's repeated to Kevin.
"We were not married at the time our family had set. But because of the condition of grandfather who was critical at that time. He's waliku. And he asked that our marriage be carried out at that time. And the ring problem, we did b Lum had time to prepare it. But now, may no more men misunderstand my status as a married woman, because I've been wearing a ring." Hasna.
Kevin reflexes looking towards Hasna's ring finger on the table. And sure enough, the ring was beautifully embedded in her ring finger.
"Once again I'm sorry for Kevin. There was never any intention to hurt Mas Kevin, especially express the good intentions of Mas Kevin." Sincere Hasna.
"It's okay." Ogre Kevin. The man was at a loss as to what he would say to Hasna after today's incident. How he behaved to the woman. And what about her mother-in-law's attitude? She had made a big mistake that would make Hasna's relationship with her in-laws not okay.
"I'm also sorry, maybe because of this, your relationship with your mother-in-law is not good. Sorry." Said Kevin in a regretful tone.
"Our relationship is fine. Even I just found out about this matter from Mas Kevin directly." Hasna.
"So?"
Hasna nodded, justifying her words just now. And the atmosphere returned to silence by itself.
"Do you love your husband?" Ask Kevin. Hasna looked towards the man.
"Sorry." Sluggishly. Hasna smiled.
"He's my husband, so I'm obligated to love him." Answer Hasna.
"Are you happy?" Once again Hasna smiled hearing the question of the man before her.
"Yes, we're happy." Nod Hasna.
"I'm happy, if you're happy with him." Kevin forced a smile on both corners of his lips.
"If Kevin doesn't mind, soon my husband will pick me up. Kevin can meet her." Hasna.
No. gabe. Kevin's not that stupid. Heart's hurt. There was no way he would sow it with a handful of salt. It's gonna hurt a lot.
It is impossible if he meets a man who has won the heart of women in front of him.
Drrr...
Kevin's cell phone rang, there was an incoming call. This was a good opportunity he would use to seal the wound in his heart.
