The Angel of Wounds

The Angel of Wounds
Chapter 41

Miss Diana caught the annoyed expression of her eldest son. It seems like her little girl's efforts were successful. Rama showed his dislike reaction since the gift that Nayla brought from home was received by his son-in-law.

Hasna came to the room to change clothes, and left a parcel of her heavy admirer on the sofa, near Rama. Just because it was placed next to him, made the man a tremendous bully.

Several times a rough breath sounded, indicating if the man was holding back the frustration.

"Sister Rama, okay?" Nayla asked seriously when in her heart the girl was cheering with excitement.

Not answering only the sharp glare that Nayla got. For some reason, suddenly Rama became very upset with all the ravings of his sister this morning. About the gift, about Bian, about the proof of marriage.

Damnit damnit! Because his wife did not wear a ring, many men glanced. This can't be allowed.

"Makanya, have a wife that's guarded. Guarded his body, guarded his soul, also guarded his feelings. Let no one be willing to take care of the body and feelings of your wife, other than you, her husband." Finally my mother's advice came out too.

This time, his son could change. Can start accepting marriage as well as the presence of his wife.

Hasna returned to the family room. It looks like the woman is wearing a tosca colored robe with a long pashmina of broken white wrapped perfectly around her head. So graceful.

Rama noticed the appearance of his wife for a while. The woman looks beautiful even though she only wears a little red lips because her lips are naturally red like cherries. Without thick makeup, his wife was already beautiful. Especially if the cheeks are red.

"Well.shit!!! What is this, why am I so upset to see Hasna look like this."

Hasna and Miss Diana went to one of the biggest shopping malls in their city. In less than an hour they arrived there. Both of them went straight to the fourth floor to find a suitable gift for Pak Andi.

"What do you think Papa bought? Last year Mama bought Papa some shoes." Miss Diana asked Hasna for advice.

"What yes, Ma? What about a watch, what?" Usul Hasna's. Diana thought for a moment.

"There was a story yesterday Papa told Mama, want to buy a watch he said. But limited by Papa. Just check the price, really cool." Chuckle Mama-in-law.

"What clock does Papa want?"

Miss Diana mentioned one expensive watch brand, the price of which makes the head bobble. Her in-laws should be upset.

"Emm...if Papa needs the items for now?" Ask Hasna.

"What yes?" Miss Diana tried to remember what items her husband needed right now.

"Hour hands anyway, but what Papa wants costs..." Made the middle-aged woman shake her head.

"Yes, papa, Ma. If according to Hasna anyway, not because of the brand but more to who gives that makes the gift so memorable."

After deliberating, they decided to enter the watch shop. As Hasna said, the price is not important. So Miss Diana bought a watch in accordance with the existing budget.

After getting what you want. Miss Diana asked Hasna for lunch. They chose a Japanese restaurant, because Mama-in-law wanted to eat sushi.

The in-laws and son-in-law had a light conversation while enjoying their lunch. There were occasional small laughs from the two women.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Hasna."

The two women of different generations turned their eyes to the figure of a smiling man, standing right in front of the table they occupied.

"Wa'alaikumussalam, Mr Kevin?"

Miss Diana watched the handsome man greeting her daughter-in-law. Looking around it seems to be a few years younger than his son.

"Ma, you know, it's Kevin. He and his mother became loyal customers in Hasna's catering premises." Hasna introduced the man to her in-laws.

"Kevin, Aunt." Kevin kissed Miss Diana's hand so politely.

"Diana."

"Can join?" It was seen once if the young man wished to join Hasna's table.

Hasna glanced at her in-laws, asking for her approval. Miss Diana nodded small, allowing if the man wanted to join their table. With pleasure, Kevin took a position in front of Hasna, next to Miss Diana.

"That's three times, we met in a restaurant by accident."

"And may from this impudence, make you my soul mate, Hasna."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yes, first time it rained, I was sitting at your desk because I couldn't get a chair. Second in an Italian restaurant some time ago, and third today, in a Japanese restaurant." Kevin remembered all their meetings.

"Ah yes, from our first accidental meeting, alhamdulilah, Hasna there is a new customer sustenance, Ma. Aunty Rosita, Mama Mas Kevin, he ordered a thousand boxes of rice along with cakes for charity events. And thank God, until now Mas Kevin's office took catering for lunch."

Hasna continued to engage her in-laws in her conversations with Kevin. She wanted to keep her husband's mother's feelings. Although her in-laws are more silent and occasionally smile to listen to the story of both. She must, however, preserve the honor of her husband's family.

"Ma, Hasna just went to the toilet for a second."

Miss Diana nodded towards Hasna. The beautiful woman left Kevin and his mother-in-law.

A moment of awkwardness occurred between Miss Diana and Kevin. Miss Diana resumed her delayed meal, and Kevin waited for her order to be delivered.

"Ehem... Kid Kevin, you've known Hasna for a long time?" Diana asked, enjoying her lunch.

Kevin put down the phone he had originally held. The young man smiled kindly at Miss Diana.

"New Aunt, about two months ago." The answer.

Kevin recounts the beginning of his meeting with Hasna. From there Miss Diana could judge if this man beside her had feelings for her daughter-in-law.

"I salute your daughter Aunt, being a businessman at a relatively young age." Apparently Kevin thought that Hasna was Miss Diana's daughter. The woman just smiled in response.

A waiter delivered Kevin's order. For a moment the two returned to enjoy their meal. Until Kevin's voice made Miss Diana stop her mouthful.

"Ehem... Aunt, can I have an important conversation with Tente?"

Miss Diana fused her eyebrows together, what important thing the young man who was eating with her would talk about at this time, to have to ask permission first.

"Please." Miss Diana smiled kindly.

Kevin took a deep breath before saying something to the woman his mother's age. Miss Diana was still faithfully waiting for the man to open his voice.

"I'm sorry about Aunt. Maybe the timing is not right. Especially in a public place." Kevin chuckled at the end of his sentence. Shift his gaze, scan the corner of the restaurant. The man tried to unravel the nervousness that suddenly enveloped him.

Miss Diana still did not understand what Kevin was going to tell her. But the woman can guess if what Kevin will say has something to do with Hasna.

"Eee... I've asked someone this before, and he gave me advice that I found too extreme. But after I thought about it, there was a point as well. I have to go forward and try, whatever the outcome I will accept."

The middle-aged woman was increasingly confused by the direction Kevin was talking, but did not interrupt the man's words. Lady Diana gave the opportunity for the young man to convey what he wanted to say.

"I love Hasna, Auntie." Instantly the man's face blushed and bowed in shame.

Miss Diana was so shocked to hear it, but still listened without giving a response to Kevin's words.

"I once expressed my love for Hasna. I mean, I told Hasna once that I liked a woman, without telling her who she was." Tell that young man.

"He said, if I just like the girl, then I better forget it. But if I really fall in love, then I have to fight for it. One of them is _"

Kevin hung his words, looking straight at Miss Diana who listened to his words well

"One of them is, by proposing to his parents. And I just said this to Auntie, as the parent of the woman I love."

Miss Diana's facial features instantly changed, between surprise, as well as pity. He felt sorry for the man who truly loved his daughter-in-law. What if he knew the truth that Hasna was a married woman? And now he's proposing to her in-laws.

"We did know not long ago, also our meeting was all accidentally. But, Hasna really changed my world." Reveal Kevin.

Again the man smiled with a very sincere smile. Can Miss Diana feel if what she said was an expression that came from her heart. Not just nonsense.

"From the beginning of our meeting, my mother had fallen for Hasna. Mama hopes to make Auntie's daughter-in-law in our family." Kevin's tone had calmed down from before.

"I want to make Aunt's daughter my wife." His words were steady, making Miss Diana inhale a deep breath.

Now the middle-aged woman was completely unable to express her shock with words. Miss Diana never thought that there would be such an event at this time. Suddenly his head felt pulsating.

Not immediately answered, because Miss Diana was also confused about what to give Kevin an answer. It's a matter of the heart, it's inappropriate if he intervenes.

"I'm sorry, I. Because I can't answer what Kevin wants to say. I leave it all to Hasna." Miss Diana tried to give an answer that did not make Kevin or Hasna look guilty with her position. She smiled at Kevin.

Miss Diana was very sure Kevin did not know if Hasna was a married woman, to make the young man express his intention to propose to Hasna. Even with Hasna who never talked about her personal things to others.

Suddenly, Miss Diana recalled Nayla's words, when her daughter told her that a college friend liked Hasna. Because there is no evidence that Hasna is married, making the man still insist on getting Hasna's heart by sending sweet gifts through Nayla. Even this morning, Nayla gave a new gift to Hasna as an event to make her son upset.

"It's okay, Auntie. Most importantly I have expressed my good intentions, even if the moment is not right." The man smiled warmly again.

"I'll look forward to Hasna's answer, whenever Hasna is ready. May my good intentions be welcomed." Kevin said expectantly.

It could be seen clearly from the look in his eyes, if the man was very sincere in love with Hasna. His eyes were full of blissful twinkle as he told about Hasna, the woman he loved. To make Miss Diana could not bear to say that Hasna was the wife of her son. Let this matter be resolved Hasna with this young man beside her.

"I'm sorry, Ma, Hasna long ago."

Hasna's voice shifted her attention. The woman who is the main topic of conversation is now here. The shady-eyed woman smiled towards Kevin and her Mama-in-law.

"It's okay, honey. You continue eating your unfinished food. Mama wait." Diana said with a smile.

The woman glanced at Kevin who was sitting right in front of his daughter-in-law. Occasionally the man stole a glance at Hasna while enjoying the food that remained half herd. But the expression Hasna showed was ordinary. It seems that his daughter-in-law has no feelings for Kevin, just as he thought.

Kevin said goodbye as his phone rang, and soon returned to the table where they had eaten.

"Hasna, Auntie, excuse me. My mom is done apparently. I left it during the treatment at the salon." Chortled.

Kevin waved his hand at a waiter to ask for the bill and pay it.

"No need to bother, son Kevin. We can pay for it ourselves." Reject the delicate Diana Ma'am.

"It's okay, Auntie, just consider it an introductory banquet. It's good to see Auntie." Rama took Miss Diana's hand to kiss her.

"Greetings to Aunt Rosita." Kevin nodded with a sweet smile on his lips.

"Then excuse me, assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumussalam." Hasna and Miss Diana answered at the same time.

Ms. Diana looked at the man's steady body away, then noticed the expression of the young woman enjoying her meal. Even Hasna no longer paid attention to Kevin's departure.

If only his son knew if today there was a man who proposed to his wife to his biological mother. What would his son do?
