The Angel of Wounds

The Angel of Wounds
Chapter 141

"We're suspending the case temporarily, until Marissa gives birth. At least his psychic is also better prepared when the punishment has been set later." Said Rama without turning his eyes to the asiaten.

"Good, Sir. I'll take care of everything soon." Said Mr. Darmawan.

Rama put his cell phone back on the table. The man seemed to be breathing out violently.

"Hopefully this decision is right." Rama, but still heard clearly in Ivan's ear. The assistant nodded. Hopefully, the decision you make is right, and it is right.

Rama grabbed his drinking cup, and began to sip its contents slowly. He looked up at Ivan.

"We've been here almost an hour, sir. So your drink must have been cold." Ivan said as if he knew what Rama would ask.

Rama glanced at the clock on his wrist. Sure enough, they stayed here for almost an hour. It is only fitting that the coffee that was ordered was completely cold.

Rama returned to Hasna's room, having signed the dossier Ivan had brought. His assistant came home immediately after the job was done. Delivering the dossier and accompanying Rama.

"Where are you, son?" Ask Mr. Andi, when Rama closed the door to Hasna's room.

"Rama's got a little business, Pa." Answer Rama.

"Can Papa talk to you for a second?" Rama frowned slightly in surprise, but he nodded his head.

Mr. Andi got up from his seat towards the door and took Rama out of the room. Without saying a word, Rama followed his father to the balcony.

"What do you want to say? How do you seem to be so serious?" Rama asked as they stood face to face.

"The problem of Hasna's accident." Rama straightened his body as Pak Andi said that sentence.

"Papa already know, if the accident in Hasna is not pure accident. But..." Mr. Andi turned his body towards the outside of the hospital, enjoying the night view with a thick lagit.

"Uncle Danu's been investigating everything. Even a case that will soon be rolling in court." Continue Mr. Andi.

"You mustn't misunderstand me, Uncle Danu is investigating because Papa asked for it. Papa felt there was an awkwardness with Hasna's accident. And Ivan, too, Papa thinks he doesn't know if his father knows the problems he's dealing with."

Rama intends to keep this case from his family, especially Hasna. Not because of what, Rama just wanted his other family to just focus on healing Hasna. Marissa's problem let herself also Ivan handle. But it looks like his father's personal assistant has bagged all the information about Hasna's accident.

"According to Papa, you should think carefully when making a decision. Don't be rash. However, Marissa also deserves a chance, especially she was once part of the Blue Diamond." Said Mr. Andi.

"Rama made up her mind, Pa. For a while, Rama would suspend the detention of Marissa, until she gave birth later. And after that, the legal process will be carried out. Rama just wanted to give a lesson and a deterrent effect on the woman." Rama.

"Yes, I hope your decision is right." Pak Andi patted Rama's shoulder slowly several times.

Tok, tock, tock

The sound of knocking was heard several times. Tomi who had just finished helping Marissa breakfast, opened the door immediately.

Tomi's heart skipped a little when she saw who was visiting this morning.

"Good morning."

"Morning, Sir." Tomi nodded politely to her guests.

Two men in police uniforms were standing in front of him.

"Can I help you, sir?" Ask Tomi. The man seemed agitated by the arrival of the two police officers.

"When we came here to tell you this, father." One of them handed over an envelope, which was inexplicably filled to Tomi.

With her hands shaking slightly, Tomi received the envelope. Slowly the man began to open the sheet inside.

"What does this mean, sir?" Tomi asked staring at the two men before her in turn.

"It's a restraining order on behalf of Marissa's sister." Said the man in uniform.

"What do you mean, sir?" Tom tried to clarify what he had just heard.

"The whistleblower suspended Marissa's sister's detention. They give a span of time until the reported party gives birth and goes through the puerperium." Bright cop.

The faint smile began to rise amidst his shock. Does that mean his request to Rama was granted yesterday?

"If you still have doubts, please read the letter yourself." Say that cop.

Very carefully, Tomi read the letter she had just received from the police. And sure enough, the letter did state that Rama suspended Marissa's detention until she passed her puerperium.

"Alhamdulillah." Sluggishly.

"Thank you very much, sir. Thank you." Thank you." Tomi said as she shook the hands of the two policemen in turn.

"Together, Sir. Then, excuse me." Take that cop.

Tomi stared at the departure of the two police officers until lost at the turn. A re-smile adorned both corners of her lips. He went back into Marissa's room, and approached her.

"Sa, you get lightening." Tomi. Marissa frowned in wonder, what lightening did her husband mean?

"Ringes?" Tom nodded quickly.

"Yes. Rama Suryanata suspends your detention until our son is born. Even until you go through the puerperium." Obviously Tomi is enthusiastic.

"This is the statement the police just sent." Tomi handed over a letter she had just received to Marissa.

The woman read the letter from the police. Unknowingly, her tears just fell.

"Sa?" Tomi looked confused by the expression Marissa showed.

Without warning, Marissa slammed into Tomi's arms. Even his embrace felt so tight. Doubtful Tomi raised both hands, gently rubbing his wife's back.

"Gue will remain in prison." There was a small sound in Tomi's arms.

"Gue don't want to, Tom. I don't want to." That sounding is getting louder.

Tomi again rubbed the top of Marissa's head up to the woman's back. Trying to give peace to Marissa.

"Lo calm down, Sa. We'll find a way out of it together." Tomi. The man loosened Marissa's embrace. He cupped the cheeks of the woman he had married. Gently rubbing both wet cheeks will tear.

"We'll find a way out of it together." Said Tomi by staring at the glazed bead. Slowly Marissa nodded.

At least for now until several months in the future, he can calm down without being visited by the police again.

"Now, you focus first on making your recovery." Marissa nodded back.

The two fell silent for a moment, until Marissa opened her voice again.

"Tomi?" In the end, Tomi refocused on Marissa.

"Yes?"

"Hasna?"

"Hasna?" Tomi doesn't even know the name Marissa mentioned.

"The girl."

"Rama Suryanata's wife?" It looks like it was the woman Marissa meant. Marissa nodded.

"Rama's wife was critical, and is now in a coma." Tomi said, making both Marissa's neutrals perfectly rounded.

"Koma?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"But.he...pregnant." Lirih Marissa with trembling lips.

"So you know that Rama's wife is pregnant?" Marissa nodded slowly.

Tomi guessed wrong. He thought that Marissa did not know that Rama's wife was pregnant. Marissa knew it. This is the action that Tomi loves. Marissa deliberately intends to harm a pregnant woman. But she gives Marissa a chance to survive, and Hasna falls into a coma. It is only fitting if Rama yesterday insisted to keep this incident on the authorities.

"Hopefully you can realize your mistake, Sa. The opportunity will not come a second time. May you make good use of Rama's generosity."
