The Angel of Wounds

The Angel of Wounds
Chapter 142

"So you know that Rama's wife is pregnant?" Marissa nodded slowly.

Tomi let out her breath violently hearing Marissa's confession.

Tomi guessed wrong. He thought that Marissa did not know that Rama's wife was pregnant. Marissa knew it. This is the action that Tomi loves. Marissa deliberately intends to harm a pregnant woman. But she gives Marissa a chance to survive, and Hasna falls into a coma. It is only fitting if Rama yesterday insisted to keep this incident on the authorities.

"Then?"

Marissa lowered her gaze, inhaling a deep breath with all her chest.

"Gue's disappointed." Wiry of that woman..

"Loved?"

"Yes, I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed, why am I not the one who is pregnant with Rama's child, why even that woman?" Marissa said with the netra that began to condense.

"Astaghfirullah." Ogre Tomi.

"So the problem still revolves around the same problem?" Tomi rubbed her face rough.

"You should realize that you and Rama are not in a match." Tomi's speech is full of emphasis. The man just wants Marissa to realize her mistake.

"Yes, I realized that Rama is not my soul mate. But it's my heartache that makes me admit it all." Marissa said by hitting her chest repeatedly, hoping that the pain and disappointment in her heart would go away.

"The old cave knows Rama. I was always there to accompany Rama until he was successful as he is now, his company is getting bigger. Why did that woman marry him? I'm disappointed. Especially with this kid." Tomi stared intently at Marissa, as she said something about her future child. But he did not open his voice at all.

"Gue was very hopeful that Rama would acknowledge this child as his son, and would marry me. I devised a plan to trap Rama. But...." Isakan is heard again.

"But it turns out, Rama is married. And stupidly, I never realized if Rama's wife was a woman who always accompanied Rama. The same woman, who was always around us. The woman who was introduced as Pak Andi's distant relative." Marissa.

"Am I wrong, if I put great hope on Rama to accept me and this baby, when we all assume that Rama's men are single?"

Tomi rubbed her face rough, and cast a glance in any direction. Why so complicated?

"Gue just wants this kid to get a better future. I_"

"Lo know? You're the most selfish woman I've ever known, Sa." Sinis Tomi with a forced smile.

"Yes, I'm selfish. I am selfish because my disappointment is so great with the fate I live. I got pregnant without marriage. I'm pregnant with a man I don't love." Marissa said with increasingly loud stuffing.

Tomi closed her eyes. He admitted that this was his fault too. But, is he not worthy to be the father of the baby in Marissa's birth? Everything happens out of control. If time could be turned back, he would not be willing to take Marissa home that night. And make the long-tailed problems as they are now.

"Lo calm down, I'll keep my promise, after this child is born." Tomi said in the end, then came out leaving Marissa alone.

"Hopefully you can realize your mistake, Sa. The opportunity will not come a second time. May you make good use of Rama's generosity."

Mr. Andi, Miss Diana, also Nayla, they almost all day accompanied Hasna. Inviting the Suryanata family woman to talk if she is awake. Even Rama's duty to feed and help Hasna take medicine, taken over by Miss Diana and Nayla.

"Darling, Mama, Papa Sama Nay, say goodbye first, yes. God willing, tomorrow Mama will be here again." Said Diana.

"Cepet healed yes, Ma'am. Two more months, Nay graduated. Nay hopes that Nay's brothers will be part of Nay's special day." Nayla said expectantly.

"God willing, may Allah facilitate healing for Ma'am." Hasna.

"Aamiin's." Nayla hugged Hasna.

"Yes, Pa." Hasna smiled very sweetly at her father-in-law.

Pak Andi gave a kiss on Hasna's forehead, the first thing the middle-aged man did to his daughter-in-law. Without feeling the tears Hasna came out without permission down her cheeks.

"May Hasna hug Papa?" Lirih Hasna's.

"By, Son." Mr. Andi nodded and smiled at his son's wife.

Pak Andi approached and hugged Hasna full of affection. Hasna returned her father-in-law's embrace tightly. Little things began to sound.

"Hey, why are you crying? Do you want to be a crybaby?" Goda Pak Andi's. He loosened his embrace and looked at Hasna's shady face.

"More than thirteen years, Hasna finally felt the embrace of a father again." He's in between the sobs.

Miss Diana, Nayla, and Rama looked at each other. Hasna's words made them all so full. Everyone knew Hasna had been an orphan since she was ten. And during that time, he was raised by the only family he had, Grandpa Rusdi. And that old man died.

Miss Diana and Nayla rubbed the corners of her wet eyes. Rama approached and gently rubbed the top of his wife's head.

"Why talk like that? You're Papa's daughter too, son. Your position in Papa's heart is the same. So don't ever talk like that again." Pak Andi gently rubbed Hasna's face. The woman nodded in agreement with the words of her father-in-law.

"Ehemmm..why does it feel Rama's position will be shifted with Papa, huh?" Canda Rama's.

"This once." Whining Hasna.

"Why only once? Every time it's okay, honey." Rama rubbed his wife's head gently again.

"Yes, we're home, son." Papa.

"Yes, Pa."

"Assalamualaik."

"Wa'alaikumussalam."

Rama escorted his parents and younger brother to the elevator. After that, go back to the room.

"Sir Rama."

Rama stopped the move, only a few more arrived at Hasna's doorstep. The man turned his head, and found Tomi standing not far behind him.

"Sir Rama, thank you very much for the generosity of Mr. Rama. I_"

"I did that not because of Marissa's condition, but because of the baby in her womb. It's not appropriate for him to bear the punishment his mother did." Cut Rama fast.

"Yes, Sir. I understand that."

"It's good if you understand. I hope you understand your duty as a husband to make sure that Marissa no longer approaches my family. Especially my wife." Rama's words were full of emphasis.

"Surely, Sir. I'll make sure of that." Tomi said with conviction.

"Good." Rama turned around and went into his wife's nursery. Hopefully Tomi is really reliable this time.
