The next day I returned to my duty every time I had money. Early in the morning, I woke up, went outside to buy chicken and vegetables at a traveling greengrocer and went back to the kitchen to cook breakfast for me and my mother. A routine that is never boring because I can give something to mom.
After buying all the ingredients I needed, I went to the cooking stage. I cut the vegetables first, then fry the chicken. And after frying the chicken, then I will cook vegetable soup that the ingredients I have cut before.
The money Ghifari gave in advance was really a lot so I could cook a good meal for my mother. I was really happy every time I imagined my mother could taste my delicious and luxurious cuisine.
"Assalamualaikum." Someone gave a greeting from outside while knocking on the door.
Tumben. Who knocks on my door this early in the morning?
"Vaalaikumsalam. Wait!" my yelling.
I flipped the fried chicken then shrank the fire and stepped out to open the door. On the doorstep I found Ghifari who had a special smile on her face. A smile is enough.. Ah, forget it.
"It's so handsome you grin so." I said as I crossed my hands on my chest.
"Gue is handsome. Nih" he said handed him a white plastic bag that was not what it contained.
"What's this?" my many. While opening the contents.
"Food, you said I should bring food 3x a day" he said.
"Food? Oh my God, I forgot I was cooking. It's hold!" I said, handing the white plastic bag over to him and ran to the kitchen.
Arriving in the kitchen I hurriedly turned off the stove. The fried chicken that I cooked half even though the fire I had reduced earlier. I hurriedly lifted the chicken and moved it to the plate.
"Haha!" someone laughed at the kitchen door and saw my work.
"Diem. This is because you know!" I said, not to be laughed at.
"It doesn't need to be continued. I brought food with me" he said.
I stared at the ingredients to make the vegetable soup that I had cut into pieces. I don't have a refrigerator. If not put in the refrigerator will wither and rot quickly. But if left for the day does not seem possible, the vegetables will not be fresh anymore.
"Udah come!" gifari said, pulling me into the dining room.
"Where's the plate? Let me take it. You call me nyokap lo aja" he said.
I didn't argue with him this morning. I prefer to obey what he says. I went to my room to see my mother. Then took my mother to the dining room by pushing her wheelchair. And sure enough, Ghifari could really prepare everything.
Looks like, regardless of how annoying he is he's a pretty good guy.
My eyes were directed at the one plate that contained the burnt fried chicken earlier. I'm appalled.
He scratched his nape which I'm sure doesn't itch at all. I glared at him. He must be mocking me again. If his position is no mother, I've already cursed him. Just let me be considered fierce or anything important I can censure.
It's good that he wants to mock me for the chicken I cooked. The chicken was burnt because he came. Just try I didn't open the door, the chicken must have survived.
I can only grumble in my heart.
I fed my mother. And there Ghifari was taking my fried chicken that was charred earlier, then biting it, I pretended not to see.
I began to think about why instead of mocking him eating the charred fried chicken.
"Wih, good Ra, fried chicken" he said.
Whether she lied or not she ate it. "Darling" he continued, which made me kick his leg from under the table.
How could he praise and mock at the same time?
"Fried chicken is burnt because of lo. So you have to take abisin's responsibility." I said with an evil smile.
"Don't look at him, Ma. He is so. Nyebelin." I said to my mother.
"I don't bummer, do I, Tqnte? Araya is fierce. Aye, Auntie?" ask my mother. Mom smiled. I'm grateful my mom has been looking better lately.
After breakfast, I cleaned the tableware. Ghifari helped me. Why is he constantly like this? What if I can't hold the hue in the cheek? It could ruin my reputation in front of him.
I drove Mama to the front of the house to sunbathe in the morning and then back to the dining table.
"You sit there." I said to him. All I know is free.
"I want to help you" he said.
Does he have a problem in his ears? I can only snort when I think about it.
"Lo always says the opposite. So, I meanin if the words lo tafi means you want me to keep here help you elo" he said, shrugging his shoulders.
"Well, where's that thinking?" I said, laughing cynically.
"Really?" said.
"No." I said, shaking my head.
"See I'm always real."
"Jelek lo."
"Gue is beautiful from birth."
"Lo's handsome."
"Gue told you I'm handsome from birth."
"Damn."
"Mahaha."
I secretly smiled. But as much as possible I normalized the look on my face.
"You want a smile, a smile" he said.
I got caught, damn it. I'm so embarrassed, so embarrassed.
"Who wants to smile? I don't want to smile." I said.
But I thought for a moment, wait. He said that I always said something that was against my will. And this time. Ah drat.
"Maha." Again he laughed.
"Gue thinks you should see a doctor" I said, annoyed.
"Lo change clothes. Say the same nyokap lo if you want to go to work, nyokap you do not know if lo abis fired?" tanyanya seriously.
"I'm going to finish this first." I said.
"Udah amu aja. Get changed. Hus hus!" he said he kicked me out in a shitty way, like driving away a cat.
"What kind of kitten am I?" I said, turning the eyeballs.
Again, he laughed at me.
What's really funny? I think his brain is out of his mind. But why, again I obey him. After getting dressed, I took my mother into the house and told her to get in the car. My mind started to wander.
I watched Ghifari from the side.
"Why lo?" tanyakanya.
"Lo not working?" my question, wonder. These few days he's always with me and I never see him working.
I started thinking he was unemployed too. The money he gave me was probably from his rich family and he was just lying about him having the business.
I really think a lot every time I'm around him.
"It works" he said.
"What job? From yesterday you went here and there the same as me." I said.
"Maha." He just laughed.
"Yep, I keep fighting." I said jutek.
"Later you know" he said.
