Carlo had arrived at the office early in the morning, he was waiting for Lucy to arrive in the office lobby while playing his cell phone. Now his mind is floating around imagining he will work in this company with Andre and will always see his love.
"Carlo, have you arrived?" a woman who is none other than Lucy.
"L-Lucy, you surprised me. I just arrived and I was told to wait here." said Carlo nervously.
"You're nervous, I felt the same way at first. But the more you get used to it, good luck." said Lucy cheered.
When Lucy and Carlo are excited, a woman approaches them.
"Miss Carlo, I'm Luna's secretary to Mr. Andre." said Luna introduced herself.
Carlo and Lucy stand face to face with Luna holding some files.
"I'll take you to the data department and introduce your coworkers" Luna explained.
"Data department? Isn't that in the building next door?" ask Lucy curious.
"Yes, we're short of people there. For this part of the building all departments are filled so Miss Carlo will be placed there." explained Luna.
"But isn't that supposed to put me on it is Andre? Why did you manage everything?" carlo asked less than pleased.
"Because Mr. Andre is very busy and in the affairs of new employees he does not interfere in terms of placement. So I'm in full charge here." explains Luna.
Carlo was speechless to Luna's words, he was really upset knowing that he was not one building with Andre and this would make it even harder to approach Andre directly.
"It's okay Carlo, I'll come to your office often and accompany you to lunch ok." Lucy said.
Carlo just nodded resignedly, he really could not dodge or reason. Lucy would be suspicious of him if he insisted on working one building with her.
"Well then, I'll take you to the HRD first. And Lucy can I ask you to put these files on Mr. Andre's desk?" luna.
"All right, leave that to me. Carlo's spirit." said Lucy, clenching both hands.
Luna and Carlo leave the office lobby while Lucy walks towards Andre's room which is also his study room while hugging the files entrusted by Luna. He felt very happy because finally his best friend could work in the same company with him.
Luna escorted Carlo to the HRD and managed the new employee files there. Shortly after, he signed a contract letter and several work agreements, after which all Luna was done driving Carlo to the data department.
"So Miss Carlo, from now on you will work here. Hope you feel at home with your work and I hope you can easily adapt" said Luna.
"Thank you so much for helping me. Hmm Miss Luna, do you know where Lucy's room is? Who knows, I'll take her to lunch together." asked Carlo curiously.
"Sad... Looks like you're really scared if I walk into Andre's room and meet Lucy. You should know, Lucy was my best friend and I could have asked her to take me to her study" Carlo said.
"Well, if there's nothing else you need I say goodbye first" said Luna ignoring the words from Carlo's mouth.
Lucy put some of the files given by Luna earlier on Andre's desk, she has not seen any signs of Andre's arrival. Lucy stepped onto her desk and turned on her laptop while checking some of the files she had to work on today.
"You've been busy early in the morning like this" said a man who was none other than Andre.
"Yes I am now a career woman, so I will be very busy every day" Lucy said with a smile.
"Well career woman, is my breakfast ready?" andre sat next to Lucy.
Lucy took out a special box of supplies that she prepared for Andre, with a cheerful smile she gave it to him with her lover and it was not wasted by Andre. He quickly grabbed the box and took it to his desk, seeing that Lucy just shook her head with a small laugh.
"don't bother me, I'll finish this meal while working." cried Andre.
Funny did not respond to Andre's words and looked back at his laptop screen and his work. While seriously at work, Lucy's phone rang and Lucy quickly looked up at her phone screen.
"Hi are you busy? I'm now at my desk, I'm so excited." Carlo wrote in a message.
Lucy immediately pressed the Call button to call her best friend while glancing at Andre who is now busy eating his food while staring at the computer screen.
"How's the den? Have you met your co-workers? Well, I can't wait to hear your story." said lucy, asking a lot of questions.
"Luna has introduced me to the head of the department and other employees, they look friendly and are very happy to welcome me. When did you come to my study?" asked Carlo enthusiastically.
"I'll visit you there if there's a need, I'm glad to hear from you. Spirit." said Lucy happy.
"Yes, but I'm also curious about your workspace. Can I go to your study later?" ask Carlo expectantly.
Lucy was silent to the words of her best friend, she was confused as to what to say. Because until now he did not have his own workspace, which he currently occupies is andre's workspace and even then not everyone can carelessly enter this room. So far only special-interest people are allowed into Andre's workspace, the rest are just waiting in the waiting room that has been provided.
"Lucy's.... Lucy.... You still there? Are you busy?" ask Carlo.
"owh, sorry Carlo I'm still in Andre's room, I don't know when I'll be working in this room with him. Later if I have my own workspace I'll invite you in ok, because Andre's office can't just anyone can enter" Lucy said.
"So you mean I'm someone else? All right, I understand your position. Then I'll work, happy working Lucy." said Carlo in a disappointed tone.
Lucy turns off her phone while looking at the screen, she feels bad for refusing a request from her best friend and makes it awkward to face Carlo. He was afraid if Carlo thought now he had forgotten the land and became arrogant about his position which was a big boss girlfriend.
