Lucy is getting ready to go home from the office, because it is late afternoon and it is also time to go home. He cleaned up the files that he had not finished working on and will continue tomorrow. He checked his phone and there was no word from Andre, he left the office. Lucy walks to the stop to wait for public transport to her house, but while waiting suddenly a black car she knows stops in front of her. The car lowered the window and saw the figure of the man in the car that turned out to be none other than Andre's fault. Lucy looked at Andre with a piercing look.
"What's wrong? Come on in. Let me drive you home." said Andre from the car.
"Are you not very busy? Just finish your job." said Lucy ketus.
Andre who was confused just looked at Lucy from the outside, I don't know what happened to his lover who was suddenly angry with him. Andre got out of the car and walked closer to Lucy, he now pulled Lucy's still pouting arm.
"Come on, if your mood is messed up you can tell me about it in the car. I've done all my work." said Andre softly.
Lucy looked at Andre with a feeling that was still upset, but it would be difficult if he did not get into Andre's car soon because soon there will be public transportation coming at the stop.
Lucy complies with Andre and gets into the car and is followed by Andre. They left the stop in silence without anyone wanting to start a conversation. Seeing this was not as usual Andre also tried to open a conversation.
"We go to eat first before going home" said Andre.
"No need, besides you must have eaten" said Lucy briefly.
"Come on Lucy, what's going on? You look really upset, did something happen when I wasn't in the office?" asked Andre.
"I'm lazy to talk about it" Lucy said.
Andre tried to be silent not to respond to the words of his lover, afraid later if he continued to provoke questions on Lucy instead backfired Lucy's annoyance.
"Did he really not know his mistake? I'm really upset, and there's not even an initiative to persuade me that's upset." Lucy's mind pouted
Andre takes Lucy to the cake shop where they subscribe, he hopes that after Andre brings Lucy to eat sweet foods will relieve his anger. Lucy came down and followed up with Andre, arriving at the cake shop Andre ordered some of Lucy's favorite cakes and warm drinks.
Andre sat before Lucy while looking at her still pouting face.
"What happened to her? What if he was coming by the moon and making his mood go down. Ahh I don't understand anything about this." - Andre.
"Well, are you feeling unwell?" ask Andre.
"No, I'm fine." Lucy said briefly.
"Lucy, do you know that I'm not a fortune teller who can read someone's mind? I won't know what your problem is if you don't tell me." Andre said seriously.
Seeing Andre who had put on a serious face Lucy slightly melted his heart that had been petrified. On the other hand he still feels afraid to lose Andre because he still loves him.
"Where have you been all day? You didn't even reply to my message." Lucy said softly.
Andre spent his breath, he did not expect that the one in question by Lucy turned out to be just a trivial problem like this.
"You know I didn't go to meetings and finish my job. I didn't even have time to open the phone, anything else to call you. And I haven't even eaten from lunch because it's busy." said Andre.
"But didn't you have a lunch meeting with your client, too?" Ask Lucy curious.
"We didn't have lunch because he had an urgent business, so he asked me to discuss work at the airport, and you knew the daylight hours would be very jammed into the road to the airport." andre explained.
"Yes, fortunately, I still have. If not, I will lose big this time." said Andre.
Lucy looked at the tired face of Andre, very implied in the face of his lover if today he worked hard. Now Lucy feels guilty and curses herself who cannot understand the circumstances of her lover. How can he now be someone who is very selfish and does not understand the status of his lover who is a big boss.
Carlo is still waiting for news from Lucy but there is no sign he will contact her. Carlo's ambition to have a decent life but in the wrong way now permeates all of his blood vessels that flow throughout the body.
"Oh shit, that woman seemed to be stalling for time to ask Andre this matter. If he doesn't tell Andre as soon as possible, it will be a long time for me to get a life of luxury and become Andre's companion. Looks like I have to think of another way." Carlo muttered as he stared at his phone.
Carlo really has the ambition to replace Lucy beside Andre, without him knowing if it will make his friendship that he had built with Lucy will run aground and even become divided.
Carlo picked up his bag and walked through the night, seeing that some people were getting ready in the restaurant to have dinner with their family and partner. Carlo continued his journey to his rented house, his hungry stomach made him have to arrive home immediately to be able to cook and fill his stomach that had been rumbling. Carlo quickened his pace without looking around him again.
"Carlo.." shouted one woman.
Carlo stopped and looked at the person who called him. It turned out that the one who called him was Lucy and he was now together with Andre beside him.
"Owh, hi Lucy. Why are you here?" carlo's asking looks happy.
"Andre took me to eat cake here, you just got home from work?" ask Lucy with a smile.
"Yes I just got home from work" said Carlo briefly.
Carlo looked at Lucy and Andre in turn, he felt very envious of Lucy who could do anything with Andre. Including this time, I don't know what Lucy has done so that makes Andre always obey Lucy's words.
"You've eaten? What if dinner is with us?" take Lucy.
"You still want to eat?" andre asked suddenly.
"Yes, I'm still hungry. What if we had dinner together? I don't think Carlo has dinner yet either." Lucy suggested.
Carlo was silent at Lucy's remark, feeling as though Lucy was lowering her pride in front of Andre. As if he couldn't afford to buy dinner himself, Carlo was completely fed up with Lucy's plain pretentious attitude.
"No, I can eat at home" said Carlo.
"It's okay, you must be so tired from just getting home from work. So we'll have dinner first OK." Lucy said, holding Carlo's hand.
"Alright if you insist." said Carlo.
Lucy and Andre walk together towards the car and are followed by Carlo in the back. Andre brought his body closer to his lover and tried to speak so as not to be heard by others.
"Are you sure you want to eat again? You ate a lot of cake. Anyway he seems to mind you having dinner together." whispered Andre.
"Mas, he still really has to save for his life. I'm sure arriving at his house he's not necessarily eating dinner properly. He's my best friend, please just help him this time." persuaded Lucy.
Andre breathed his heavy breath, he really did not understand the friendship between women. It seems that his lover can share anything with his best friend without thinking.
