Grace's grandmother, assisted by Lucy, is preparing the meaning of the night. While Andre who had just finished bathing and came out of his room now sat on a sofa while staring at the face of Lucy who was busy preparing dinner. He did not see Boris in the room, it seemed like the old man was enjoying his cigarette outside the house.
"It's over, let's have dinner" said Grace's grandmother, who sat in her chair.
"Ah well, I'm going out to call dad and take him to dinner together" Lucy said.
"There's no need to call him, if he's a member of this family he'll know what time dinner starts. He's not a king to call or take a bribe to eat" Grace's grandmother told Lucy to stop him.
Lucy stops her steps and signals Andre to sit down and join the dining table with grandma. Andre who understood the gesture of his lover immediately obeyed and sat beside Grace's grandmother.
"You've worked hard today, eat a lot. I don't want you to go hungry when you visit an old woman like me to your colleagues" Grace said, taking a bowl of soup.
"I'll eat a lot and won't hesitate anymore Grandma. I'm really hungry today, it's been a while since I've worked so hard like today" said Andre eagerly taking his food.
"Good then, at least you can count on if you fall poor later" said Grace's grandmother.
Lucy sits next to Grace's grandmother on the other side and confronts Andre, but occasionally looks outside to make sure her father gets in and doesn't skip dinner together.
"No need to worry about the old man, he's old enough to worry about eating. If she's hungry, she'll definitely come in and eat some food here." said Grace's grandmother, who understands her granddaughter's grief.
"Well Grandma, I'll eat and listen to Grandma's words" said Lucy, who now takes her dinner.
Boris was still sitting outside smoking his cigarette, occasionally looking up at the watch in his hand to confirm the dinner hour. But there was no sign that Lucy or Grace's grandmother would call him to dinner.
Can't stand his stomach getting hungry, he went inside the house and rightly saw his mother and son and Andre were eating dinner together without remembering himself who was outside earlier.
"It looks like you're forgetting me" Boris said, dragging a chair and sitting in front of Grace's grandmother.
"You are not a new person in this house who must be provided with food. If you're hungry, sit down and eat your food." said Grace's grandmother.
"Mom, come on, when are you going to hate me? Even like this, I'm also a householder that you should respect" Boris protested.
Grandma Grace stopped eating and stared intently at the boy.
"You're talking about the head of the family? Do you realize what you just said?" asked Grandma Grace in a resentful tone.
"Why? That's the truth, ma'am, I'm a man, a father" Boris said.
"Which father can leave his wife and child and choose to live freely without thinking about a life worthy of his child and wife? Do you really feel like you're a man? You can't even account for what you did and leave it all to your wife until she dies. Are you worth calling a father?" ask Grace's grandmother to be upset.
"Mother, it's over and now I realize it. I've now been much better and live a normal life like a normal human being, I regret all my actions before." said Boris tried to defend himself.
"I'm not sure if in your heart and mind there's a word of regret" said Grace's grandmother, who is continuing to eat.
"I've repented Mom, if you don't believe just ask Lucy, she herself has awakened me and made me repent of all the mistakes I've made." boris was convincing.
