"So what do you want to discuss with me?" ask Andre directly.
"You seem like a very straightforward man" Lucy said, narrowing her eyes.
"I've known you for a long time, why should I talk again" said Andre.
Lucy goes to the kitchen to grab a canned drink and some snacks, hoping that it can support Andre's current mood.
"I've been thinking about it for a few days now, and maybe you can help me figure out the solution" Lucy said, putting the drink on the table.
"Well, what solution should I give you?" ask Andre.
"Mas knows that Carlo is my best friend, right? I feel a little sorry for his life. I don't mean because I'm arrogant or thoughtful, but if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to live a decent life like this" Lucy said.
Andre silently looked at his lover who told him a serious face.
"Mas, can you give the job to Carlo? At least he can work much better than he does now" Lucy said.
"Are you with what you said?" ask Andre.
"Ahh, I'm sorry if I've crossed the line. I'm not gonna ask you again." said Lucy, feeling guilty.
Andre felt now Lucy was a little frightened from her trembling voice. Andre clasped Lucy's hand and looked at her gently.
"Darling, I know you mean well but not everything you do will be good for others. I could've made him work for our company, but is he ready for office work? And have you discussed this with him, I'm afraid he's misunderstood your good intentions later." said Andre.
"I.... I've discussed everything with Carlo, at first he refused because he was hesitating with you but because I kept forcing him finally wanted to." said Lucy a little happy.
"Alright then, I'll try to find an empty place in the company for him" Andre said.
"really? Thank you." said Lucy while peeping Andre's cheek.
"This only?" andre pointed at his cheek.

Andre just smiled at Lucy's words, he was happy to see her lover smiling happily.
"Eemmm mas, there's one more thing I want to say. If Carlo works for your company later, it will make it difficult for him on his way home and away from work because of his contract which is quite far from the office. So I think it would be nice if he lived here alone with me, this apartment is quite spacious so it doesn't matter if we live together right?" ask Lucy again.
"No.... You can't let anyone else stay here, I bought this specifically for you. So, don't try to get someone else in here. He can look for rent around the office, I'm sure there are also many cheap and affordable rent" said Andre refused firmly.
"Stop saying but, I'm doing this for your good too. You have to remember that there are boundaries between friendships" Andre said.
Lucy was silent and nodded slowly, she did not want to look for a commotion with Andre. Afraid later Andre even changed his mind to hire Carlo in the company and it would make his best friend disappointed.
"Lucy listen to me, I can do anything for your happiness. But, you should also be able to try to maintain that happiness. There are things that must be shared and there are also things that cannot be shared even with your own friends. Youunderstand?" andre explained softly.
Lucy nodded slowly and smiled at Andre, knowing that Andre was taking good care of him. Lucy presses Carlo's phone number to tell him the good news, and Lucy is convinced that her best friend will be happy to hear from her.
"Hi have you slept?" ask Lucy excited.
"Not yet, I just finished taking a shower and cleaning my face. Tumben you called me these nights?" ask Carlo.
"Well, I wanted to tell my best friend the good news, so I told Andre everything after dinner. He agreed with my proposal to hire you in his company, and tomorrow you can come there." Lucy said happily.
Carlo is silent for a while, he tries to digest Lucy's speech. Carlo did not expect that Andre would quickly accept Lucy's proposal and immediately give her a job. He was sure if he tried a little hard, that Andre would be easy he conquered.
"Really, you're telling the truth, aren't you?" carlo asked in disbelief.
"Yes, how could I have fooled you. Well then, you have to take a break to be able to leave work early tomorrow" said Lucy reminded.
"Owh yes you're right. Lucy I'm really grateful to you, if it wasn't for you maybe I wouldn't be able to work for a company" Carlo said.
"Yes, you're my best friend where maybe I'll leave you alone. But Carlo, I told Andre that you could stay here, and Andre refused. Looks like you're gonna have to find a contract around the office, that's okay for you, isn't it?" ask Lucy.
Carlo quietly heard Lucy's remark, how could he possibly have to rent a contract around there. Obviously the rental price there is very high, he is sure the real Lucy does not want to let him live in the apartment. And pretend Andre said he didn't allow it.
"It's okay, Lucy, I have a little bit of savings to find a rental home. Being able to work with you, I'm very happy" Carlo told a lie.
"Thankfully, then, just calm down, Andre and I will help you find a rental house or a cheap apartment for you" Lucy said.
"I'm sorry I troubled you, and once again thank you so much for helping me" said Carlo.
"Well then, you need to get some rest so that you're more excited tomorrow morning" Lucy said.
Lucy turned off her phone and put the phone on the table next to her bed. He picked up the blanket and tried to close his eyes. On the other hand Carlo felt a little upset because his plan was not as smooth as he had imagined. Now he must think how to get more money to rent a cheap apartment. Because to stay where Lucy is now seems impossible.
"Ah shit, I'm really out of luck. But at least I can work at Andre's company and can meet him every day. Seeing him who easily accepts me in the company I am sure he will be easy for me to have. All right, I will try the best thing for my future relationship." Carlo muttered as he laid his body on the bed.
Carlo is really ambitious to get everything he wants and justify every means to it all. Carlo is really hoping that if he can soon maybe get rid of Lucy by Andre's side and be replaced with him.
