Queen Without Crown
Chapter 159 Bringing Back the Princess

"I wonder why I see you everywhere?" Prince Awang said annoyed.

"Ah, I guess you're the one who pays too much attention to me." Eldrige replied lightly while moving his brows.

"Haha.." Prince Awang chuckled softly. His eyes flashed cunningly and within seconds scanned Eldrige. Take into account the bad good of fighting the elf.

Eldrige pushed his sword and made Prince Awang move backwards. They stood face to face with a distance of several meters to measure the strength of the opponent.

Prince Awang then jumped while grabbing his sword but his opponent first twitched. The sword slashes continued to be waged by the man but were always broken by Eldrige.

Trang! Criii..

Sparks glowed as the sword in Eldrige's hand fended off Prince Awang's sword. Eldrige turned his sword, deflecting, dodging and counterattacking. But the ability of Prince Awang can not be underestimated, the man still exerted attacks in a row.

Trang!

The two swords hit each other. Both sides exert power. The nerves on Prince Awang's face stiffened and his eyes looked sharply at Eldrige.

Dess..

Suddenly a wind hit both of them until it bounced. The two men turned to their attackers. They were stunned to see Princess Juwita standing looking at the two with a faint smile.

Did the attack really come from that girl? It feels unbelievable. The punch contained a great amount of energy, while the girl was so fragile. But considering the incident when Princess Juwita crushed Jadukari Daalal Nath, Eldrige inevitably had to believe it.

"Jewith?" Call Eldrige.

But the girl did not respond to the call. He stretched his hands to the side and jumped up. The girl's body spun in the air until it made her silk dress widen like an umbrella, then her tiny legs stepped on the body of the god statue and she shot upwards.

Princess Juwita's arm swung quickly and her fingertips touched the head of the god statue. Instantly the statue was cracked. The crack is centered from the head and then spread to all parts of the statue. The statue of the god fell out little by little and pieces of stone chipped everywhere and then fell down.

Blaars!

The cave walls shook. A thick cloud of dust hit the room. Some stalactites detach and scatter downward. Some were stuck on the floor and some were smashed to pieces.

"Pertiwi!" Suddenly Bagas came and immediately grabbed the body of Princess Pertiwi, saving her from the ruins. The young man then carried her away.

Meanwhile, Princess Juwita fell on the floor. Slowly the girl got up and looked around, as if she had just woken up from sleep. His body was almost covered by a thick puff of dust.

"Ohuk.uhuk!"

The girl coughed many times, her chest hurt from the dust that entered her respiratory tract. She faintly saw someone coming closer and an arm grabbed her and carried her away. Princess Juwita could not see anything, but nevertheless, her feet kept moving following the person.

They all ran outside through the dark cave passage. Light appeared at the end of the passage, right at the mouth of the cave.

The cave began to collapse. Rocks were scattered from the ceiling and walls of the cave. The dust and the rocks were chasing them. Just before a huge rock rolled up and gagged the cave door, Eldrige and Princess Juwita jumped and fell right on the edge of the cliff. Down there they could see scattered rocks falling into a steep ravine.

"You okay?" Ask Eldrige.

"I'm fine, Eldrige. What's going on?" Princess Juwita looked at Eldrige in surprise.

"You recognize me?" Eldrige observed the girl and examined her condition.

"of course. How could I forget you?" Princess Juwita astonished.

"Ah, thank goodness. I'm afraid you'll forget me forever." Eldrige smiled with relief.

"Jewith!" A girl's voice was heard calling.

"Pertiwi?" Princess Juwita exclaimed as soon as she saw her cousin.

"You're here looking for me?" Asked Princess Pertiwi as soon as they got close to each other.

"Yes. I won't let those criminals take you!"

"Thank you."

"By the way, where are those two people?" Princess Pertiwi is looking for her kidnapper.

"So, when they came out, they were invisible. Maybe he ran away." Eldrige raised his shoulders no matter what.

"Unfortunately, they should be brought to justice to account for their actions." Say Bagas.

They all ended up going down a steep cliff. The wind blew as breezy as it blew their hair. Beneath there the forest seemed to stretch wide as if it was not brimmed. The river looks like a snake.

*****

It was already dark when they boarded the boat to return to the capital. Princess Juwita and Princess Pertiwi sat down while letting the men paddle against the river current. Although the boat passed through the rapids, but the two girls did not feel afraid.

They had gone through more terrible and beyond reason before. After all, with the men they trusted so much, there was not a single thing that made them tremble.

The boat landed on a pier illuminated by torchlight. Apparently some soldiers had been waiting for their arrival. The soldiers escorted them all the way to the palace.

Approaching the palace they began to smell the smell of fragrant incense. The palace is covered in mourning. The bodies of the mutiny were massed in the palace courtyard. Tomorrow the bodies will be interred in the capital's cemetery.

"Master! Thank goodness you are safe!" Eshwar immediately fell at Eldrige's feet as soon as he saw his master return.

"Thanks to your prayer, Eshwar. How about yourself?"

"I'm fine, sir." Eshwar's nose grew and he heard Eldrige ask about his condition.

"How is King Badre now?" Ask Bagas.

"My dad why?" The face of Princess Pertiwi turned pale.

"His Majesty the King has passed through a critical period. Physician Bagio has been called to care for him." Answer Eshwar.

Hearing that, Princess Pertiwi ran to her father's room. Along the way he saw various damage due to the battle that began to be repaired. When he got there, King Badre was sitting leaning on the head of the bed. His face was a bit pale and his eyes were closed.

"Dad!" Crying, the girl approached her father.

King Badre opened his eyes at the sound of his son.

"Pertiwi? You're back yet?"

"Yes, dad. Bagas helped me."

"Bagcases. At first I wasn't sure of him, given his background. But he surprised father with his persistence. He's the one who helped father's life first."

"Thank God." Princess Pertiwi hugged her father.

"Dad promised once the problems in the palace are over, you'll get married." Said King Badre.

"Ah, Father." The girl blushed.

King Badre chuckled at the sight of his son's face blushing red. It was unexpected that the time came when he would soon marry his daughter who is now 18 years old.

The years he went through to raise his daughter without a wife flashed in his eyes. At least the young man who would question his daughter was a good person.

When the healer entered and reminded King Badre to return to rest. King Badre called him closer.

"I want to talk about our children's marriages."

"Wouldn't this matter wait for the time when His Majesty has recovered?"

"No. The sooner the better. After all, the ones who will take care of everything are my assistants. We're just waiting until the mourning period is over."

"Okay, Your Majesty."

While the two fathers were talking about marriage, Puteri Pertiwi resigned.
