Princess Juwita's footsteps so lightly followed the footsteps of the young man in front of her. The forest was still dark when they left the cottage. And now in front of them were thousands of hectares of fields watered by the soft rays of the morning sun. The dew points seemed to sparkle like crystals.
"This place is so beautiful! " The girl exclaimed with admiration.
"really? " Bagas stared around, looking at the scenery he used to see when heading to the city of Otep. Only this time did he realize how beautiful the place was.
In the distance the peasants began to come down and work their fields. Their colorful clothes contrasted with the dark green farm fields.
Shepherds were seen climbing up the hillside to herd the sheep, which from a distance looked like a wisp of cotton, towards the meadow.
"Now we will arrive at the village of Pilv. We'll have breakfast there."
"Is the city still far away? " The girl dressed like the man asked enthusiastically.
"We have to walk another hour from Pilv village to reach the city." Answer Bagas with a smile.
The two continued walking while occasionally greeting the people who passed by on the street. The villagers were friendly, they always welcomed the newcomers warmly.
It was already quite noon when they finally reached the city of Otep. The atmosphere is very crowded even though it is not as crowded as the capital of Alsatia. Some very beautiful buildings stood firmly around the town square. The houses look classy too.
"Don't be nervous when dealing with city people. They're sometimes sneaky and like to cheat the hickheads like us." Whisper Bagas.
Princess Juwita nodded. The appearance of the people of the city did look charming, inversely proportional to its appearance and very simple Bagas. It is only fair if they are called hick.
The horse-drawn carriages carried passengers who looked elegant. The sound of the passengers chattering was heard every time the horse carriage passed through the two.
After passing through several turns and crossing a stone bridge connecting the city center and the trading area, they finally arrived at Kevad market.
The market contains traders who sell various crops, both agriculture and livestock. Spices and medicinal plants from different regions are also sold there.
Large umbrellas and brightly colored fabrics are installed to protect merchandise from the heat of the sun.
"We're going there. " Bagas walked while carrying his bag to the merchant of medicinal plants that were shaded by a lemon-yellow umbrella.
"You've come? Thankfully, soon my customers coming from the capital will take his order." An old man with a few strands of gray hair growing over his bald head, greeted Bagas with a relieved look.
Bagas immediately took out the contents of his bag and gave it to the old man. The man immediately weighed the medicinal plants and began writing in his notebook.
"I will pay you ten pieces of silver. But you have to promise to bring more medicinal plants here soon. Some traders are out of stock because their suppliers are not coming. "
"You don't worry, Mr. Gus. I will still send medicinal plants to the father even though it rains continuously." Say Bagas to please the old man.
"Who is that girl next to you? Is he your sister? " Task Mr. Gus.
"Yes, he's my sister. Her name.. Jenny." Bagas introduced Princess Juwita to Mr. Gus who looked at the girl from behind her thick glasses.
Princess Juwita smiled at Mr. Gus awkwardly.
"Ha, so your father remarried to the Elfians huh? " The old man's eyes looked at the two people in front of him in turn.
Bagas scratched his head while laughing widely. " My father met a beautiful Elfian woman. "
"Hemm, I've guessed. But as long as you get along anyway, that's okay. " The man tucked his shoulder.
"It's your payment. Don't forget to buy your sister new clothes. I saw him wearing yours." Said Mr. Gus while handing over the money to Bagas.
Bagas glanced at Princess Juwita who looked shabby wearing her clothes. The girl awkwardly pulled the hat that covered her head down.
"I'll buy you clothes." Bagas said when they had left Pak Gus' place. "But I don't know your taste. "
"I'll wear whatever you give." Reply Princess Juwita.
Bagas then took Princess Juwita to a clothing store that looked crowded. There are a lot of clothes sold there. Some beautiful dresses caught the attention of Princess Juwita. Unknowingly the girl's hand stroked a fine satin blue dress.
"Don't touch! Are you sure you can afford that dress? " A servant appears behind Princess Juwita.
"I.. " Daughter Juwita suddenly felt embarrassed because she was considered unable to buy a dress.
For his entire life he did not have to buy clothes in the store. The designers and tailors would come to the palace and make special clothes for him. The dress she touched earlier did not even come close to one of her dresses.
"My sister can buy anything she likes!" Suddenly Bagas came with an annoyed face.
"Could only. Just so you know, the price of the dress is ten silver coins." Answer the waiter arrogantly.
Bagas immediately took out the money, but Princess Juwita immediately prevented it.
"Don't you, I don't want that dress." Said Princess Juwita.
"Don't worry Juwita, I want to see you wearing that dress. You must look really pretty. " Say Bagas.
The girl shook her head. He knew that the ten silver coins were all the treasures Bagas had. She couldn't possibly spend it just for a dress.
"You guys buy no? " The arrogant servant smiled disdainfully.
"I'll buy it. " A voice shocked them.
Bagas and Princess Juwita turned around simultaneously. They were shocked to see who was there.
"Hello, Juwita. Long time no see. "

King Gaurav threw his body beside the lying King of Satria. The King of Satria groaned with annoyance as King Gaurav's back pressed down on his hand.
"You're all right, Gaurav? Why not sleep in your own tent? " Shouted King Satria while pushing the man's body.
"I want to be here for a minute. You don't be such a stingy. " King Gaurav spoke in a weak tone.
"Why are you? " Task King Satria in wonder.
"I don't know what to talk to you about. I'm obviously worried. "
"What the hell are you worried about? " King Satria saw the sad face of King Gaurav.
"Devi." King Gaurav said slowly.
"Why are you worried about Devi? You should be proud of him. "
"Don't think anything. Devi's a good girl. The changes he has made, I think, have been very positive. I'm just proud of him. " King Satria patted King Gaurav on the shoulder to appease him.
"As a father I can feel it. I see the savageness in his eyes every time he slaughters Daemonies." The eyes of King Gaurav seemed to drift.
"But it's her duty as Goddess Hutama." Answer King Satria.
"I knew. But what I mean is. ah, Devi used to be a very gentle girl. I still cannot accept the fact that he is now capable of shedding blood so savagely. " The despair was evident on the countenance of King Gaurav.
"I didn't think it was there." King Satria shook his head in disbelief.
"You certainly can't imagine Juwita killing people, can you? " King Gaurav's sharp gaze pierced the heart of King Satria.
"Yes. And just hearing that accusation has enraged me." The voice of King Satria was heard.
"That's. My feelings get hurt every time I see my daughter killing people, even though they are Daemonies. " Said King Gaurav while hitting his fist on the floor.
Without them noticing, a girl stood in front of the tent with tears welling up. His heart ached to hear the conversation of the two men. With a slow step the girl left the place and returned to her own tent.

"Why can you be here? " Princess Juwita was shocked.
"I'm here to buy that tacky dress you were holding. " Answer answered a full-bodied noble girl who suddenly appeared.
"Sorry, Miss. Please don't insult our dress. The dresses here were deliberately imported from the Elfian Kingdom. They are famous for the best silk and satin producers in the Royal League. " The arrogant servant tried to defend his trade.
"I've seen better than these dresses. And it belongs to the girl. "
The female servant's eyes widened, she felt offended by the words of the noble girl who had just come.
"Are you right, Juwita? " The noble girl flanked Princess Juwita's hand.
Princess Juwita smiled at the girl in front of her. "Of course, Ningrum."
"Quick wrap that tacky dress! " Ningrum's orders were no less haughty than the waiter earlier.
The servant quickly wrapped up the dress earlier and handed it to Ningrum. Ningrum threw ten silver coins into the servant's hand with a fierce look.
"Next time I won't stop by this store. The quality of the dress and the maid is the same. Norak! " Say Ningrum in a loud voice, making some visitors look at them while whispering.
The waiter was clutching the money in his hand with a red face holding in shame. Some visitors reproach him for having seen his disrespectful treatment earlier.
Meanwhile Ningrum dragged his best friend's hand away from the store earlier.
"Why can you two be together ?" Ningrum asked as the three of them sat face to face in a tavern.
"You know each other? " Princess Juwita and Bagas asked simultaneously. The two of them threw confused looks at each other.
"of course. " Answer Ningrum. "Juwita, introduce him to my sister's Bagas. Brother, he's my friend Juwita. " Ningrum introduced them quickly.
"What's? " Sweet both, again at the same time.
"Ningrum, but your brother has already.. " Princess Juwita coded with her eyes.
"Dead mean? " Ningrum looked at his friend who nodded innocently. "In fact not. He's alive and sitting in front of you now."
"Ningrum, brother can explain everything." Bagas looked nervous at his sister's anger.
"Of course you have to explain. Brother doesn't know, did you fall ill to hear the news? " The girl's eyes are Glazed.
"Sorry." Say Bagas. The young man was sad to see his sister crying. His hands stretched out to wipe the tears on Ningrum's cheeks.
"I am so sad to hear the news about you two. I feel like I've lost everyone I love." Ningrum's shoulders shook.
"Sorry, Ningrum. I didn't mean to make you sad. " Daughter Juwita hugged her friend's shoulder. They cry together.
"Thank God I found you. Last week a drug supplier said it had seen Big Brother in this market. That's why I came here. " Ningrum looked at her brother.
"How's dad doing? " Tanya Bagas's.
"Father is getting worse. Father.want to meet Brother before.. " Ningrum couldn't continue his sentence.
"I want to go home, but I can't. " Said Bagas with a red face holding back tears. His heart was broken hearing his father's condition.
"What's holding you back? " Tanya Ningrum growled.
"You can get killed if people find out I'm alive." Bagas said softly. His face looked frightened.
"Why? " Tanya Ningrum was suspicious.
"Because I know their secret. " The voice of Bagas was slow and sounded serious.
"They? " The two girls leaned forward, listening to the words of Bagas.
"Someone in the palace is planning a coup. They conspire with the Daemonies to take power. " Whisper Bagas while looking around them vigilantly.
"You mean it was all planned ?" Princess Juwita asked furiously.
"Yes. They intend to kill the King and Queen with the help of the Daemonies. I overheard it in the dorm."
"Is that why you pretended to be dead?" Ningrum looked at his brother sadly.
"really. That night the entire school was slaughtered. I went to hide in the barn for days until they left, but one of them saw me. I had to kill him because he attacked first. And I put on my necklace so everyone thought I was dead. " Bagas' body shivered in remembrance of the night when all the inhabitants of the Elixir School were ruthlessly slaughtered.
"Now what should we do? " Tanya Ningrum's.
"We can ask my father for help, he.. " Said Princess Juwita, but suddenly she remembered her promise to Miss Sekar.
"But your father must be at war." Ningrum looked at Princess Juwita.
"true." Princess Juwita nodded.
"In that case, I'll go home and tell Dad. You guys stay here for a while. I'll be here again next week. "
"Good." Princess Juwita and Bagas nodded in agreement.
