Chapter 127 Unexpected help

Eldrige opened his eyes slowly. His gaze was a bit blurry and his head hurt. He did not know where he was now, which was definitely not his room in the Elfian palace nor in the Griya Pitutur dormitory.

As he tried to move, his entire body ached.

Miss Sekar reentered with a tray of porridge and a glass of milk. He paused for a moment looking at Eldrige who was back asleep. He would not let the man go. He would take care of her and make the man know who deserved to be next to her.

A smile adorned his face, then he placed the tray on the table. He'll let Eldrige rest in a moment.

The woman had already turned around to come out, yet she stopped and twisted back her body. He couldn't bear to touch Eldrige. His hands stretched out and stroked the man's jaw.

Suddenly Eldrige caught his hand, the woman's chest rippled. His face was red.

"Jewith."

Miss Sekar immediately withdrew her hand upon hearing the name of the girl she was trying to get rid of was called Eldrige. His heart hurts. He promised the name he would erase from Eldrige's mind. He just has to be patient.

"Why are you still here? " Suddenly Eldrige opened his eyes.

"I deliver food. You must eat to heal quickly." Miss Sekar took out a bowl of porridge then sat down next to Eldrige. Deftly the woman scooped the porridge and fed it to Eldrige.

"I can do it myself." Eldrige refused to be fed Miss Sekar, his hand held a spoon that had been a few inches from his mouth.

Disappointed Miss Sekar put the spoon back into the bowl.

"All right." The woman smiled and handed the bowl of porridge to Eldrige.

"Eat it, I'll get out first." Miss Sekar then walked out of the room. After closing the door, the woman leaned against the door leaf. His chest up and down held back the annoyance.

"There's someone who wants to see you, Miss. " The voice of a servant surprised the woman.

"Who? "

"A man. "

It has been almost three days that Princess Juwita has walked down the bottom of the ravine. His clothes began to tattle because they were torn into the thorns of the bush.

His body feels weak, he's hungry. There was not enough food in that place. He found only a few stems of wild mushrooms growing on the sidelines of tree roots.

There is no water there either. Every morning Princess Juwita must collect dew that sticks to the foliage and store that little water for the rest of the day.

"I think I'm almost crazy. There's no human being I've ever met and I'm always scared of meeting a beast." The girl complained alone while sitting resting under a tree.

His place was now wider than when he had first fallen with Eldrige. The tops of the cliffs look even lower. It gave him hope that he would soon come out of the abyss.

Up there, a dark cloud floated at the top of the cliff. The air is getting wet and sultry. Soon the water spots began to wet the dry soil and give off a distinctive aroma.
