Chapter 149 Hunting Games
The suitors had already left for the forest at the foot of Taevas mountain since dawn. They had each prepared arrows to aim at the hunted beasts. The beasts were already marked with royal seals so that the participants could not carelessly kill the beasts.
Each animal is a deer, wild boar and rabbit. And each animal has points that will be counted at the end of the race.
Participants drove their horses further into the forest. Tracing animal tracks and aiming at targets that are careless.
The curls of the dying beasts as they died echoed among the lushness of the trees. That day many beasts were slaughtered to collect victory points.
At the beginning of the race, Prince Anthony had managed to target a deer. Some soldiers immediately brought the dead animal and marked it as a result of Prince Anthony's hunting.
But after noon King Naren of the Bodhi Kingdom got the most hunting results. After King Naren, the next applicant who managed to get the most hunted animals was Prince Anthony. That obviously made the other suitors riled up.
But it was not the same as Prince Awang, although he was in fourth place but his face still looked calm.
"You may have to get ready to go home before evening. " King Naren was arrogantly talking to Prince Awang when they met in one corner of the forest
"It's not over yet. " The Prince Awang replied.
Until the evening when the trumpet sounded to end the hunt, strangely not a single participant increased the number of hunting results.
"The animals seemed to have fled far up the mountain. " King Naren complains with a shiny body due to sweat.
"Will the number of animals released not be as many as mentioned? " I accuse Prince Anthony.
The four suitors sparred with their respective arguments until several soldiers came in droves carrying dozens of dead game beasts with piercing arrows. The animals were then marked as the result of a shot by Prince Awang.
The number of hunted beasts obtained by Prince Awang skyrocketed drastically leaving his opponents.
"How did you do it? " Task King Naren in wonder.
As well as the other three participants, they were all astonished how Prince Awang could aim for so many hunted beasts.
"I think this is beginner's luck." Replied Prince Awang while commenting on a thin smile.
Later that night at a banquet, King Badre announced the winner of the first race.
"The one who collects the most hunted animals is Prince Awang. So for the game hunting animals the winner is Prince Awang of the Kingdom of Alsatia. " Said King Badre.
"Thank you Your Majesty. " Prince Awang smiled with satisfaction.
Decak awe came from his supporters, but envious views were obtained from his rivals.

"Today's match was won by Prince Awang. I'm afraid of Juwita." Princess Pertiwi shuddered in horror if until all the matches were won by the evil prince.
"Unfortunately, there are two more games." Princess Juwita tries to calm her cousin down.
"But whoever wins, they're not who I want to be. "
"Didn't you talk to Grandma? Why haven't you seen Bagas yet?"
"I've actually met him."
"What's? How then? " Pursue Princess Juwita.
"He rejected me. "
"What's? " Daughter Juwita seemed to not believe his hearing.

At that moment the door opened. A young man stood somewhat hesitantly before them.
" I. I want to talk to you both, may I? " The young man looked at the face of one of the girls.

"With you." Answer the young man.
"Sir Bagas, why do you dare to break into the residence of Princess Pertiwi? " Suddenly Ningrum came with a breath of breath.
The young man, Bagas, paid no heed to his sister's words and just stared at Princess Pertiwi waiting for her approval.
"Sir Bagas, let's go! " Ningrum dragged her brother's hand.
"Be quiet Ningrum, your brother wants to talk to me! " Princess Pertiwi stopped Ningrum's actions.
"We'd better go. Go, Ningrum! " Princess Juwita changed to pull Ningrum's hand.
"No, you guys stay here. I refuse to talk to him alone. " Princess Pertiwi's words made the two girls freeze on the spot.
"Say what do you want? " Princess Pertiwi gazed towards the two eyeballs of Bagas.
"I.. " Bagas turned his head for a moment to the other two girls and continued his sentence. "I regret my words."
"What words? " Tanya Ningrum's.
"Why did you change your mind so quickly, Mr Bagas? " Princess Pertiwi's question seems like a satire.
Princess Juwita and Ningrum alternately turned their heads towards the two people who were talking.
"I'm sorry. I spoke up and made you sad. " Answer Bagas.
"Then what do you mean here? If I'm just apologizing, I'll forgive you. So just go." Princess Pertiwi flipped her body and stepped away.
"I want to say that I also feel what you feel. " Bagas' speech made the girl's footsteps stop.
"Feel what? " Tanya Ningrum who immediately got an elbow from Princess Juwita.
"Are you sure? I don't want you to change your mind again. " Task Princess Pertiwi while turning her back on them.
"I'm sure of it. I. I love you, Princess. " The words of love from Bagas made Princess Pertiwi turn again, her eyes glazed over.
Princess Juwita and Ningrum spontaneously covered their mouths with palms in shock.
"I'm just not sure if your father will accept it. You're a king's daughter, and I'm a nobody." Bagas looked into the eyes of the girl who was now getting wet.
"Why do you look at yourself that low? You are everything to me." Princess Pertiwi stepped closer to Bagas under the gaze of Princess Juwita and Ningrum.
"Do you mind this me?" Bagas said when the girl was right in front of him.
"I'll relinquish my title if it makes you accept me." Princess Pertiwi said surprisingly.
"What about your family? " Bagas expressed his concern.
"I've talked to Grandma and already got her blessing. If you're afraid to face my father, I'll accompany you." The girl's voice sounded steady without hesitation.
"You guys.. " Ningrum stammered watching the scene.
"We love each other. " Say the two together.
"What's? " The question came from the direction of the door, just behind Bagas.
"Dad? " Princess Pertiwi gasped for being caught hands while confessing her feelings to Bagas.
Everyone in the room was silent. The grandeur aura of King Badre put their guts to the test. The knocking of King Badre's shoes sounded as if banging on their hearts every leader of the Kingdom of Dewanata stepped forward.
"Can you please explain what you're saying?" Princess Pertiwi and Bagas felt as if they were shot on the spot.
