Eldrige was still not asleep when he heard the commotion outside. He immediately went outside leaving Eshwar who had been asleep since earlier.
When he was in the corridor, incense smoke seemed to surround him in all directions. This was not just incense smoke, but there was another energy following it. It was as if an invisible force was casting its net all over the palace and trapping it.
Eldrige believes this is the act of shaman brought by Prince Awang. After twice tangent to the shaman's strength, Eldrige felt familiar. The energy he felt reminded him of the events of a dozen years ago when King Bharata invaded the Elfian Kingdom.
Even then as a fairy she was unable to resist the strength of the shaman. If only Queen Malea hadn't helped him, she might have gone mad.
"What should I do?" Eldrige's heart was worried.
People started to come out and run in panic. They coughed and felt dizzy from the incense smoke. But it instead made their instincts urge to quickly get out of the palace.
Out there, the fierce fight is still going on. The palace dwellers who felt they had fighting abilities soon joined forces with the soldiers, including Eldrige.
Many soldiers of Dewanata Kingdom have died. An army leader ordered some of his men to protect the royal members. It was certainly a relief for Eldrige. Princess Juwita was a member of the kingdom, so the girl was included in the protection of the soldiers.
Trang.trangs..
Bugh.bugh..
The battle was fierce. The sound of swords clashing against each other accompanied by terrible cries echoed throughout the palace.
In front of Eldrige there were now three creepy-looking people who ganged on him. Their fighting abilities were quite high and now locked Eldrige away by forming a triangular formation.
A tall man who almost equaled Eldrige with a bald head due to the loss, snapped loudly and attacked with his sword. Apparently he was the leader of the trio, which is why he first attacked and dominated the attack.
His movements were swift and extremely powerful, his sword flashed towards Eldrige's neck from the left side. Following this move, his friend who was in front of Eldrige had struck out with a sword thrust towards the stomach.
The third man soon followed. His sword snatched and slashed towards Eldrige's feet. Such was the attack of a row and repeatedly rained Eldrige towards his neck, stomach and legs.
Having gotten used to fighting, Eldrige did not feel any trepidation at all in the face of consecutive sword strikes. He moved his sword and nimbly repelled the attack on the neck. His feet kicked the sword that was targeting the stomach. Then he jumped up to avoid the sword slap at his feet.
From above, Eldrige had already moved his sword, piercing towards the top of the bald man's head while hitting with his left hand towards the person in front of him. While his feet kicked the person who attacked his lower body. He moved very quickly sending an attack towards his three opponents.
But the three opponents were no less agile to avoid Eldrige's attack. They then attacked back compactly as Eldrige came back down. Apparently the three people were quite persistent and tough.
The battle lasted quite a long time and it bore Eldrige. He wants to end it immediately.
"Yeah.." Eldrige Shouted.
The three people were shocked when Eldrige suddenly made a very fast spinning motion. The blows from his left hand attacked them like cannons. His third body was knocked back.
With a staggering body they tried to attack Eldrige again, but of course it was a futile action because the next second their swords bounced and fell to the ground due to being hit by Eldrige's sword.
The three people fell down while spewing blood. Apparently while dropping the opponent's sword, Eldrige also sent a punch of his left hand to their body.
To prevent the three men from recuperating and rejoining the battle, Eldrige kicked them unconscious.

In this precarious situation, Princess Juwita and Ningrum joined the royal family. The guard against them was tightened, the number of guards was increased.
Now they were rushed to a safe hiding place through a secret passage in King Badre's room. While the king himself participated in the battle against the attackers with his soldiers.
I don't know how many times in Princess Juwita's memory she's had this kind of gripping situation. Inevitably her memories drift by the time she flees with Queen Akemi and her two children to the prairies of Masserjarvi. A terrible memory.
While trying to take a breath to relieve his chest that felt squeezed, either due to the memories or because of the strange incense smoke that infiltrated the hallway they went through, Princess Juwita tried to walk quickly so as not to fall behind.
"You okay?" Ningrum asked as the girl finally caught up with him.
"Yes. Just a little short of breath." Reply Princess Juwita.
"Let's walk with me." Ningrum's hand hugged his best friend's arm and tried to support the trembling body.
Actually, the fat girl was scared. The kidnapping incident when they were in school came back. But he must be strong in order to channel his power to Princess Juwita.
When they reached the end of the hallway, they were directed on a path in the middle of the garden. In front of there the silhouette of the hill located behind the palace looked big and dark.
"We got on a boat together." Princess Pertiwi invites the two girls to join her and Grandma Divya. Two soldiers boarded their boat while the rest followed in the other boat.
Princess Juwita sat down while holding on tightly to Ningrum. His eyes were trying to scan around which was only covered in darkness.
The boat glided rapidly splitting the river stream. The silhouette of the trees and stones passed quickly. Behind them, the sky looks red. Black smoke soared like a cloud of cloud cover. The capital was drowned in a sea of fire.
Inside the boat everyone was silent, preoccupied with their individual thoughts. Wonder and fear converge into one. Until the time the sky in the eastern horizon began to light up, they remained silent.
One of the soldiers stopped the boat as they arrived in a forest. The riverbank looks like a sandy beach. After making sure everyone got off, the two soldiers dragged the boat to the ground and hid it inside the bushes.
They went into the forest. There is a former path that is now covered with grasses and shrubs. But since it was already noon, the path could still be seen.
The group continued to enter further into the forest. How long it took in the forest to see the top of the temple building that poked between the leaves. Soon they saw the entire shape of the temple.
The temple built with bricks and limestone was towering in the middle of the forest. The leaves were scattered in the yard filled with weeds. The leaves also spread on the floor of the temple in front of which it is stepped.
Some soldiers started cleaning the place. After that the four royal members plus Ningrum were welcome to rest inside. They rested on the floor of the temple covered in cloth. A statue of a god stood gallantly in the middle of the room, guarding all the creatures that took refuge in his temple.
"For a while we'll hang in here. We're giving my son the opportunity to defend the palace without any thought of our salvation." Grandma Divya.
The three girls nodded. Tired of beating them. Unconsciously he fell asleep.

In the palace, the battle is not yet over. The attackers have entered the palace. Even King Badre was now captive, he was forced to sit on his knees. The man now looked fiercely at the person standing before him.
"I should have listened to my daughter when I said I didn't like you." King Badre.
"No problem, Your Honor. My marriage to your daughter will still happen even if you refuse. I'm destined to replace you to lead this country." Prince Awang smiled mockingly.
"You're out of your mind. I wonder where you get that confidence considering your insignificant position."
"not important? Now I am the ruler of Alsatia, and soon I will also ascend the throne as ruler of Dewanata after marrying your daughter, of course." The words of Prince Awang made King Badre beaver. His bound body tried to rebel to hit the sassy Prince Awang.
"It's a shame, Father-in-law. Maybe you won't get to see our wedding the gods witnessed. But do not worry that the descendants of the gods that flow in your blood will continue as Princess Pertiwi gives birth to my children." Prince Awang laughed loudly.
"Lack of Teach. Your filthy, blood-soaked body doesn't deserve to touch my daughter even if it's my tip!" Shouted King Badre kalap.
"Haha..Keep denying. In fact the gods bless him."
Prince Awang was very happy to see the leader of Dewanata Kingdom was tormented. The physical torture might not have any effect on him, but his mind was wracked with fear if his daughter was forcibly taken by the savage Prince Awang.
Brak!
It was then that a young man who had just celebrated his victory last night in a contest to marry Princess Pertiwi, walked into the room. In his right hand was a sword thrust forward.
"Detach King Badre!" His cry was angry at seeing his future in-laws tied up while sitting on their knees before Prince Awang.
"Wah..wah..wah..apparently you have guts too? Too bad your request won't be granted. But I will give you the privilege of accompanying this former king to death. In fact, I'll give you a chance to watch my marriage to the girl you won yesterday."
"Don't dream! You are a demon-hearted human. The gods won't just let you go!" Shouted Bagas again.
Although the young man obviously would not be able to defeat Prince Awang, but secretly in the eyes of King Badre, Bagas has transformed into a brave knight who deserves to accompany his daughter. And the man was grateful that Bagas was the one his daughter had always liked.
"I'm not just dreaming. Although the gods don't approve of me, the demons will." Prince Awang laughed again.
Bagas who witnessed it was no longer patient and immediately lunged forward. When the tip of his sword was already in front of Prince Awang's neck, his body suddenly bounced back and his sword fell to clink touching the floor.
Bagas felt pain all over his body. With great difficulty he tried to get up. His body staggered with a confused feeling. He did not understand how suddenly his body could be slammed into itself without anyone touching it.
"You must be astonished." Prince Awang said with a smile.
"Look, the devil himself has come to my aid!" Prince Awang's hand led to the door behind Bagas.
The young man looked back and was aghast when he saw a thin, dry old man wearing only a strip of yellow cloth wrapped around his navel, stepping up while resting on a wooden stick.
