The MVS Chapter 26

As Quinn put on his mask, he moved closer to where Rylee and his disciple were. Make sure to go in and out of the trees.

“Hey, do you want to be hit, skip the credit now!” Rylee said as he lifted the student to a tree.

“But I only got ten credits a day, their credits, this is not fair.”

“Since when the world was fair. Blame the people above for not paying attention to us,” Rylee said.

As Quinn delivered those words, she realized that Rylee was in the same position as her. He was only a level two user and was only part of a weak group driven by the people above but that did not mean he could do it to others.

That's not gonna fix anything.

Layla followed Quinn closely and took out her bow and arrows. She knew from the last time that if Quinn wore a mask, she would act.

“Do you want me to help, it will be easier with both of us,” asked Layla.

“It's okay no one wants me to test,” said Quinn.

The last time the two of them fought, Quinn was only level 1. Now he is level 2 and he has also acquired new skills that he wants to test and Rylee is a decent guinea pig.

Quinn started to approach and approach. He hoped to finish Rylee in one shot and this was the perfect opportunity as his back turned. Finally, Quinn was almost within the right distance as the student standing in the tree looked at Quinn.

“Please help me!” That guy was crying.

“You fool!” Quinn shouted as she jumped forward hoping she could be fast enough to hit Rylee before she could activate her abilities.

The student's warning had given Rylee enough time to activate his abilities and turn around. However, Quinn's fist was quick and even though Rylee extended her hand to stop the attack, Quinn's fist still managed to hit Rylee's stomach.

The impact was the same as last time, it was solid and felt like he was punching the wall but the punch still hurt Rylee a little. The attack was stronger and this time Quinn's fist was not broken.

“You, I've been waiting for you,” Rylee said as she stuffed two fingers into her mouth and whistled.

Two students came running from the park and into the forest.

“You think you can fight the three of us?” Rylee.

Quinn looked at the two students who were running towards them and that was when an arrow came from the words and hit one of them on the knee which caused the student to instantly fall to the ground.

The other students came to their friends.

“What happened?” said the students. Then he saw an arrow at the student's feet. “Where did this come from?”

Quinn saw this as an opportunity and ran away from Rylee and started towards the other disciples.

Once Quinn was within five meters, he activated his blood swipe skill at the same time swinging his hand. A red line of force shot out from Quinn's fingertips and hit the disciple right on his chest causing a claw-like mark but it wasn't enough to knock him down.

“Blood swipe, Blood swipe, Blood swipe.”

Quinn then took out three more blood scrapes while swinging his arm. Each punch managed to smash the student to death, with many marks on his chest, he ended up falling to the floor.

Blood swipe has no cooldown but uses one HP point per swipe. As long as Quinn had HP, he could continuously bring out his blood-stroke skill.

Rylee saw two of his teammates who had the same strength as himself being defeated in an instant, beginning to feel fear. His body trembled and all he wanted to do was get out of there. He turned away from his friends and began to run further into the forest.

Quinn's speed was greater and could easily catch up. As his attack was within range, Quinn threw two more swipes of blood at the back of Rylee's ankle. As they crashed, Rylee fell to the ground.

“Please, please don't hurt me, I'll do anything!” Rylee pleaded.

“Oh, really,” Quinn then put his watch on top “leave all your credits” Rylee.

“But if I did, I wouldn't have any more credit for Dan, he would kill me,” Rylee said.

Rylee quickly transferred over the 50 credits he earned that day to Quinn.

“So, will you let me go now?” Ask Rylee.

Quinn smiled at Rylee, though, Rylee did not know because of the mask she was wearing.

“No!” Quinn said, she then went behind Rylee and held him in a suffocated position. Rylee tried to activate his hardening skill but Quinn's strength was still strong enough to pass through and eventually caused Rylee to faint.

“It was to push me around in the canteen.”

Quinn then looked at Rylee's body and realized that her ankle was bleeding from where she was using the blood swipe skill. Quinn then went to her bag to remove the test tube and raised Rylee's leg up so that the blood dripped slowly into the test tube, until it filled. Quinn also filled a second tube for later testing.

Next are the other two students. Layla had dealt with the others when she hit with her arrows earlier and the other students fainted due to some blood friction attacks.

Quinn then did the same with the other two students who drew blood from their open wounds and from where Layla's arrow broke through the student's leg.

After they had finished collecting blood, it was time for them to get out of there and leave the scene. It was late and it was almost curfew. If his students are past ten then the guards will come out looking for you. It looks like the watch not only serves as a credit device and a power level indicator, but also as a tracker.

Students who are found injured outside the school will be taken to the doctor's office. When the two of them arrived at school it was still 9, so they had an hour before they had to go to the dorm room.

That's when they both decided to go to the roof of the school. It was quiet there, and there was no one around so the two of them could speak freely.

“So what do you need all that blood for?” Layla asked, “You know if you need blood, you can take some of my blood anytime, I really don't mind.”

“Thank you, but I just want to test something.”

“Check,” Quinn used his expertise to inspect each container.

The first is Rylee's blood.

“This is it,” Quinn said as she opened the cork and drank a small tube of blood.

Quinn could not stop smiling at the sight of the message. He then proceeded to drink a second blood tube. Drinking blood no longer bothered him once he knew it was sweet enough. All Quinn needs to do is convince herself that it's some kind of juice.

As Quinn thought, the blood was still regaining its HP, similar to the workings of a potion in a game but once one's blood was consumed, it would no longer give him stat points.

Quinn then drank the other two test tubes from the other students.

[Blood type A has been absorbed ]

[Ab blood type has been absorbed ]

[ + 1 Stamina points have been added ]

Quinn looked at the message she received and began to notice a pattern. When she drank Layla's blood that was A she gained a point of strength, it was the same when she drank A's blood. Rylee who was blood type B gave him agility points and lastly, AB gave him stamina points.

Considering a positive or negative blood type has so far not been a problem. Type A gave him strength, B gave him Agility and AB stamina. That leaves one blood type that Quinn hasn't drunk, which is O.

Quinn couldn't help but wonder what would happen if she drank Type O.
