Chapter 7. Self Conscious

Abbey's effort was to keep herself from being destroyed, but why would Rylee even want to destroy her right now? If not for her grudge against Thanos, perhaps Abbey would have succumbed to Rylee's embrace so quickly.

"Holden yourself, Abbey! You're not a lowly woman. You will sleep with your husband. Although Rylee's charm is very unsettling, don't be lulled!" inner Abbey.

"So, are we going to check in at your hotel or at your apartment?" rylee asked after seeing the response of the Abbey who was silent a thousand languages.

"Basic stupid! Don't mess with the old man!" maki Abbey's. "Our relationship is limited to our business partner, Rylee. Don't be so rude."

"Ck, Abbey don't act so innocent! If you refuse, I will never give up until you give up yourself" Rylee said.

They returned to the apartment with the exchanged position. Abbey drives the car, while Rylee falls asleep in the backseat.

Elsewhere, Van apparently teased Anne. The young lady was not very interested at first. Why do you say young? Anne is now 27 years old. It was more tempting than the aged Helen.

"So how did you get Thanos from the Abbey?" ask Van.

"I didn't take it, Van. Thanos was the one who brought me into his arms. I loved him because he was the only one who cared about me at the time. Until we had a relationship before the wedding and I was pregnant" Anne said.

"You pregnant?" Van could not believe it.

"Yes, I'm pregnant. It's just that Thanos never knew that I had aborted my womb."

"Wow, you're so mean, Anne!" Van surprised.

"You want how else, Van? I want to be a model. The child will only put me in the most difficult position. Actually Thanos now wants a child, but I can't give it. Is this karma because I killed my own son?" anne asked in a regretful voice.

Got a naughty mind in Van's mind. When else try to fuck his friend's wife. Van and Thanos are best known because Helen is Thanos' classmate. What's wrong with paying attention to a woman who is injured. Maybe just listening will get a plus in Anne's eyes.

"So, Thanos didn't know you were pregnant?"

"No, Van. We had our wedding like a newlywed. I was too young at the time. Even when I found out that Abbey caught us, I didn't care."

Van's mind split. Apparently it became an Abbey. He always refused his invitation. Let alone to eat, to sleep together even he refused.

"Have you ever apologized to Abbey?" Search Van.

Anne shakes. At first glance Van glanced at him and then refocused on the steering wheel of his car. He was thinking about a new question again or maybe a call to stay at the hotel a few hours before his plane took off.

On the other hand, Zaylin had just arrived at Thanos' residence. They asked the servant to bring his master into the room. But the servants were afraid of getting angry.

Finally, Zaylin and Helen reached Thanos into the bedroom. Helen wants to go to the bathroom and let Zaylin put Thanos in bed.

The man looked shady in Zaylin's eyes. Although widowed, Zaylin is actually the most anti-loving figure. Thanos was a schoolmate in the past. However, the fine hairs seen on Thanos's face make Zaylin a special attraction. The old widow held that status.

"Thanos, you look so handsome. How could Abbey forget you so soon? I'm sure Abbey still loves you. You have hurt him many times. Now you often show off your affection with Anne. Will you not be interested in me?" zaylin's murmured stroked Thanos' fine fur until a voice shocked him.

"Zaylin, we're going home now! I'm already sleepy" asked Helen who was unaware of her classmate's behavior.

Same with Abbey and Rylee. They've reached the basement. Abbey decides to go down, but seeing Rylee fall asleep, Abbey must wake her up.

"Rylee, wake!" Abbey patted her cheek.

Just then, Rylee was almost awake and pulled Abbey's hand as if she was fending off an attack. Abbey falls on Rylee's body. His sight clashed, while the Abbey's heart was beating abnormally. He seems surprised.

"I'm sorry" said Abbey, then she turned her body back.

They thought it would be a night that no one could imagine. In fact that night, after they reached the room, suddenly Rylee was cold. I don't know what happened to him.

"Rylee, what's wrong with you?"

"Eitherway. My body feels shivering. It's so cold, Abbey."

Abbey panic. He tried to stay calm. He left Rylee for a while to take warm water from the dispenser in the kitchen. After that, Abbey compresses the entire body of Rylee who now lives a boxer that is worn only.

It seemed that the way had also not worked so Abbey decided to give her warmth from her body. She went inside the same blanket and hugged Rylee until she stopped being delirious and was not cold anymore.

The next morning, Rylee woke up. Her body felt being overstressed by someone, but upon awakening, Rylee was enjoying this kind of scene immensely. He recalled that his body suddenly got cold last night and I don't know what Abbey did to put him to sleep.

"Morning, Honey!" greet Rylee.

Hearing someone wake her up, Abbey slowly opened her eyes. The first person he saw was Rylee.

"Oh, you finally woke up too. I think you had hypothermia last night. Is this the effect of alcohol?" ask Abbey.

"I don't know, Abbey. That was the first time. Maybe you want to touch it even further" joked Rylee.

"Don't joke!" sentak Abbey's. He immediately got out of bed. "If you're still not feeling well, just take a break. I'll prepare chicken soup for you. Do you want to?"

"Anything is as long as it's from your hand. Oh, yeah, don't forget to call Van and Thanos. Today they're gonna have to pay for our winnings last night."

Abbey almost forgot. Is this his way of getting revenge by blackmailing them? Will it end beautifully?

"Why did you do that?" ask Abbey.

"It's still not worth what they did to you, is it? As long as it can be used, don't give up, honey. Better get to the bathroom 'cause I'm hungry."

Abbey immediately cleaned herself up. He looked at his face in the mirror. He actually felt strange about his behavior. Without excuse, he dared to hug Rylee. What if he lost to the young man's seduction?

"Oh, come on, Abbey! Rylee is just a young boy who wants money. You don't deserve to fall into his arms. Come on, be self-conscious! There's still some time left until you completely kick him out of your life!" mummy Abbey.

However, who would have thought that Abbey would rely more on Rylee. Likewise with Rylee who always feels comfortable and still tries to pursue his goals.
