Chapter 64. Hiding Something

Abbey asks Rylee for permission to meet with Thanos. One of his plans was to make sure that Thanos' intention to propose to Zaylin was serious, not just to play with his feelings or intend revenge on Anne.

"Rethink your condition, dear! You're pregnant young. Shouldn't take care of other people's business." Rylee's reprimand is like a husband who cares for his wife.

"Oh, huh? You still care about me, hemm?"

During this time the Abbey no longer spoke of Rylee's work. Several times Abbey's parents offered to have her son-in-law in control of the company. So, they don't have to find anyone else to take care of the company.

The Abbey was in her room. When Rylee intends to call her, Abbey comes out wearing a pretty sexy outfit with her distended belly. Rylee felt jealous for the first time.

"You sure you want to meet your ex-boyfriend with that look?"
