Chapters 13. Pregnant Diagnosis

As per the concept, this morning the anniversary celebration of Van and Helen. The villa maid had prepared dinner near the pool. Right left of the table, they decorated it with some of Helen's favorite red roses. However, what made them awkward was the Abbey's attitude.

"Why does the smell of roses sting?" abbey asked, covering her nose.

Although he did not like roses, but not so much in its aroma. She felt something was wrong with her body, but what?

"Abbey, the smell of roses is like that. Why do you feel weird? Oh, or you don't like our anniversary, do you?" ask Helen sarcastically.

"It's not like that, Helen. I'm sorry if you're offended." Abbey sat down near Zaylin.

Breakfast this morning dominated the food with cheese. Abbey actually likes cheese, but this time just looking at it makes her nauseous. Especially smell it.

"I can't have breakfast here." Abbey hurriedly left and returned to her room.

This adds to the suspicion of Abbey's relationship with Van behind Helen. Because of Abbey's words about roses and Abbey's refusal to eat breakfast on the spot, Helen had to follow Abbey to her room.

"Helen, where are you going?" ask Zaylin.

"Follow the Abbey and teach her a lesson!" scream Helen.

Thanos and Van seem to respond to Helen's behavior. Helen's attitude towards the Abbey has always been like a dog and a cat. No wonder they would fight like that.

Anne looks calm. Instead he threw a smile at each other with Van when he found out Helen was following Abbey. And so did Zaylin. Presumably the woman felt wrong about Helen's behavior.

Last night also met Helen who had intended to bang on the door of the Abbey's room, but was soon prevented by Zaylin.

The room with a glass barrier was directly entered by Helen. Apparently she heard Abbey nauseous and vomited in the bathroom sink.

"Abbey, get out of you!" scream Helen.

Abbey, who had just spewed out her stomach even though she had not had breakfast, looked very weak.

"Helen, what's the matter? You look impatient like that" Zaylin said.

"I want to judge my husband's infidelity!" helen's assertion to Zaylin.

"Wait on! So, you're saying Abbey is the third person in your household? No way, Helen!" It was natural that Zaylin defended him.

Helen was getting upset that Abbey was not coming out. He decided to enter and forcibly pulled the Abbey's hair witnessed by Zaylin.

"Helen, what the fuck? Why did you pull my hair forcibly?" abbey was confused. His nausea was not over, but was forced out of the toilet. While holding back from vomiting, Abbey closed her mouth.

"Basic ******! Cheapo! If you're not married, don't disturb people's households!" Helen pushed the Abbey to the floor.

"Helen, stop!" peekit Zaylin's.

"Helen, what's your problem? I have absolutely nothing to do with your husband or anyone else" Abbey said.

"really? Then, where were you last night? I'm with Van, right? You slept with her, right?"

Abbey tried to get up, but Helen's anger completely made the woman lose control. Not only did it push Abbey's body, but it also gave her two slaps.

Zaylin and Abbey were shocked. Helen's attitude was not her at all. Although he was domineeringly hostile towards the Abbey, but did not resort to violence like just now.

"Why did you slap me?" ask Abbey.

As Abbey and Helen clashed, Zaylin came out to call Van, Thanos, and Anne.

"That's a reply because you love my husband!" cry Helen.

"Helen, even though I'm not married, I'm not that low to love my friend's own husband. If you accuse me of cheating, what is the evidence? Nothing, right?"

"Abey!" pekik Thanos and Van together.

At first, both look clumsy. However, when Zaylin asks Thanos to help her, one of them moves.

"Van, back! Just let me and Thanos go" Zaylin said. "Van, calm down your wife!"

After the Abbey was placed in bed, Zaylin immediately asked the villa maid to call the nearest doctor. It seems Abbey fainting is not common.

"What is this really about?" van asked when everyone was outside the Abbey's room.

"Helen accused Abbey of having an affair with you" Zaylin replied.

Van is actually tense, and so is Anne. However, they tried to neutralize that tension by trying to divert the conversation. Thanos is completely unaware that Anne is Van's mistress.

"Abbey's a tough woman to fall in love with, Helen." This time Thanos spoke up.

"Well, great, Thanos! You are still the first to defend him. It's so amazing!" Helen clapped her hands as if appreciating Thanos's behavior. "So, are you going to confess to me or not, honey?"

Silent. Easing Helen's anger is not easy, but if they continue to open their voices, Van and Anne's affair can be revealed at that time.

There was no talk until a doctor walked into the Abbey's room. Thanos requested that Zaylin accompany him. Right now the position of the most neutral person is just him.

"Zaylin, please accompany Abbey!" thanos's orders.

Zaylin nodded then followed the doctor into the room. After going through a series of examinations and Abbey was conscious, the doctor immediately interrogated her.

"What are there complaints?"

"I felt nauseous and wanted to spit out all my stomach even though it was not filled with food" explained Abbey.

"When did you last menstruate?"

Abbey tried to remember. However, what does menstruation have to do with nausea and vomiting?

"I forgot, this is still how I should have gone through that time, Doctor."

The doctor smiled too. "I think you should do a pregnancy test. I mean, you have to make sure it's through a test pack. Temporary allegations that you are indeed pregnant, Madam. Congratulations!"

Abbey went limp. Similarly, Zaylin who was surprised to see his friend pregnant even though he was not married.

"That's impossible, Doctor." Abbey denied it.

"While it's a diagnosis from me, ma'am. Not wrong anymore. If you have any doubts, please do my advice just now. I just need to prescribe vitamins for you."

Zaylin received the recipe. Before the doctor left the Abbey's room, Zaylin spoke briefly to him.

"Zaylin, what did you tell the doctor?" ask Abbey.

"I just asked her to keep your diagnosis a secret from Helen and everyone else. I think there's a misunderstanding here. Do you have a relationship with Van or not?"

"You think I'm that low, Zaylin. Nah! If I tell you the truth, will you believe me? Or do you think I'm making it up?"

Zaylin cares a lot about Abbey. That was why when Helen treated the Abbey like that as if she did not accept it. Zaylin also had to know the truth.

"I'll try to hear it and find out soon."

"Van has a relationship with Anne" Abbey whispered to Zaylin.
