"Well, this is a woman who has high loyalty in your company, Helen?" ask Thanos Shem.

Thanos Shem is a 36-year-old man who is a former of Abbey Florence, Senior Secretary at a company. The company is owned by Helen Madison's husband, Van Willard.

Helen laughs. "Not my company, Thanos! My husband's company."

"Well, Helen. I think you should be more careful. He could have been after your husband" Thanos accused.

This is what Abbey disliked most. Coming to the reunion of Senior High School friends will ultimately frustrate him. Of his many friends, he is the only one who is not married. Abbey has been working since she was 21 years old.

"Enough, Thanos! If you don't like my presence here, it doesn't matter. I'll go, but please don't insult me!" reply Abbey.

"Make her get married! Oh, or you can't move on from me? Huh yeah?" Thanos continued to corner the Abbey.

Her ex-boyfriend is married to a beautiful rising model, Anne Tiffany. Every time he attends a reunion, Thanos prides himself on his wife in front of all his friends.

"You think I'm so stupid that I still like people's husbands, Thanos." Abbey tried to shake off all of her ex's words.

Thanos did not answer. Instead he showed affection with his wife in front of everyone, including the Abbey. Even Abbey did not budge in the slightest or feel jealous.

"Look at us, Abbey! I love my wife so much." Without shame, Thanos kissed Anne in front of the Abbey as if provoking the woman's desire.

In fact it did not make Abbey affected. He remained calm, but clenched his hands. It felt like punching Thanos and then gagging Helen's mouth.

Maybe Helen forgot that her husband's corporate rules always put forward unlimited loyalty. That's why Abbey didn't have much time to get into a relationship with anyone.

The next day, Abbey decided on the biggest decision of her life. He had to resign from Van Willard's toxic company.

"What's up, Abbey? Don't I have a meeting today?" van asked when he found out his proud secretary had entered the room.

"I just want to leave this to you, Master." Abbey put down a map with a letter of resignation.

Van took the map and read it. At first glance he knew that it was a letter of resignation.

"Why, Abbey? Are you tired of working for my company? Oh, or maybe you have another job with a pretty fantastic salary? Aren't you going to regret leaving this company after 15 years?"

Van Willard is a basketball boss who is afraid of his wife, Helen. Once upon a time Van seduced Abbey, but was rejected because Abbey was self-aware that Van was the husband of her classmate.

Since that rejection, Van seems to press Abbey to live in his company with one sentence that makes everyone herd the opinion that Abbey is a stupid woman. Van always put forward loyalty for the company. Especially to the Abbey who felt she had rejected it.

"I want my life, Mr. Van! I don't need any more loyalty or your bullshit complicating that."

"Therefore you must be a submissive woman. Accept me, and I will unite you."

"You mean to be the mistress who will compete with Helen? Sorry, my pride is not that low, sir! Excuse me!"

"Your salary this month will not be paid, Abbey! Neither is the charm!" van slammed the map.

Abbey doesn't care. As long as he worked, there was already a lot of things he had. He is a man who saves and does everything himself.

Some important items were put in his car. Cars purchased while working are assisted by their parents. Abbey was asked to return to her parents' country for marriage, but she refused.

It's not really easy. During the trip, Abbey recalled how Thanos, Helen, and several other friends insulted her. Abbey is a beautiful, hard-working woman, but distrustful of men.

He thinks all these men are traitors. It was natural that he would often curse such words. Her memory goes back to 10 years ago where Abbey wanted to surprise her 2nd anniversary. In fact, Abbey found Thanos was having sex with Anne who was still very young at the time. Even the girl's uniform was scattered everywhere.

Remembering it made Abbey frustrated. However, the sound of the cries of many people made him stop the speed of the vehicle. He almost bumped into a man wearing a dark hoodie jacket.

Abbey was shocked to make people knock on her car's glass. Ask out to be responsible. Abbey was nervous, but she stayed out.

"Are you drunk? Look at that guy you almost got hit!"

"Responsible, Miss!" the other sahut.

"I'm sorry. I'll take responsibility. Come on, come with me!" pinta Abbey on the man.

The man, whom Abbey said was very young, immediately got into the car without a fight. The reaction of the people calmed down.

"I'll take him to the clinic" said Abbey.

He got into the car and left the road. At first, Abbey remained silent until the man spoke.

"You almost hit me, Auntie!" said the man.

"Don't call Auntie! I'm not married yet" replied Abbey.

Looking at the back seat, it seemed like the woman had just resigned from the company. There are several boxes of books, documents, and laptops.

"Are you fired?"

"Don't you fucking care about me! So, which clinic should I take you to?"

"No need! I just need the money to buy my girlfriend a present that's on her birthday today" replied the man.

"What's? So, you intentionally did that for money?" Abbey soon realizes that the man was pretending to be run over just to get the money.

"Yes." Yeah."

Abbey pulled the car over. Fuck enough it feels because almost he was beaten by the masses because he was negligent in driving. However, he did not expect that the man was only intent on deceiving him.

"Down!" snapped Abbey.

"No, before I get the money!" reject that man.

"I won't give you a dime. So, don't expect you'll get it with deceptive results."

"Then I'll scream! Not hard for me, Auntie. Along this road there is CCTV connected to the police. So, it'll be easier to blackmail you." The man put Abbey in a difficult position.

Spontaneous Abbey smothered the mouth of the man who was ready to shout to weaken his prey.
