Ch. 9

Leon rushed into Melvin's room. He wanted to report something important to his master.

"Sir, your wife works in this company." Leon puts Angel's file on Melvin's desk.

When Leon was on the first floor, he accidentally saw Angel. The appearance of the woman who was different from the others made Leon easily recognize Angel. Leon went straight to the HRD room to confirm and request the woman's file.

Melvin who was so surprised immediately stopped his work and turned to look at Leon in disbelief.

"really ?"

"Yes, Sir. You can see this for yourself." Leon pointed to the file he had brought.

Melvin took the file and opened it. He smiled as he saw that the ugly woman was actually working in his company. Melvin felt the universe was as if siding with him to be able to avenge the woman who had already dropped her pride for having dared to reject him.

"You changed the contract." Melvin closed the file.

Then he told the assistant to add the articles in the contract agreement Angel work according to his wishes. Which of course will harm and ensnare the woman.

At lunchtime, a beautiful woman came to Angel.

"Hi," said the woman kindly.

"Are you new here ? I just saw you today." asked the woman again.

"Yes, it's my first day at work." replied Angel no less friendly. He could see if the woman seemed to be a sincere person.

"My name is Ana." the woman reached out her hand to meet.

"I've only been here a month. Come on, let's have lunch together." take Ana.

"OKs. Come on." Angel picked up her bag and got out of the chair to go with Ana.

They had lunch in the office cafeteria because Ana usually ate there.

Meanwhile, Melvin, who is still in his room, sees CCTV to monitor Angel's activities while thinking of a sinister plan for the woman. Melvin orders Leon to find out where Angel lives and other information.

Melvin wanted to know why all of a sudden the woman was here. While two weeks ago Angel refused firmly when he invited her home. Was that just the reason the woman was to avoid him.

"Look now. You yourself gave yourself to me." Melvin spoke as if Angel could hear him.

For a while Melvin would let Angel work quietly and he would not show himself in front of the woman.

It's true that for two weeks Angel worked here every day running smoothly. The employees here are all very professional. No one was bothered about his other appearance than the others. Although no one wanted to befriend him other than Ana, they were not hostile towards him either.

"Angel, you're called to the CEO's office." tell the head of the department who is Angel's boss.

Some of the people in the room were all looking at Angel. Feeling strange for two weeks here Angel never dealt directly with the CEO.

Angel himself also felt confused why the CEO suddenly called him. Though he felt there was nothing wrong and also did not behave conspicuously apart from his appearance.

Gosh darn. Is it because of my appearance ? inner Angel.

Along the way to the CEO's room upstairs, Angel thinks why he's being called to the CEO.

Is it possible that he had unintentionally offended his boss ? because he does not know and has never seen who the number one person in this company is.
