Ch. 40

Angel who was circulating her gaze was surprised when she saw a man standing straight before her.

"Good night brother-in-law." said Melvin with a grin on his face.

Angel turned to look at Louise who was beside him. But now there's no more. Whether since when Louise left, Angel did not realize it. Angel starts to get scared because Louise isn't around.

"Good night too sister-in-law." Angel replied.

Despite being scared, Angel tried to be calm. Melvin sat his body where Louise was sitting. Alongside Angel without asking for her consent.

"It looks like you'd rather be my sister-in-law than my wife."

Angel was shocked to hear Melvin's words. Angel was silent for a moment trying to digest the man's words. There's no way Melvin could recognize it. Even his famous Daddy's men could not recognize him.

"of course. Because I'm not ready to get married." replied Angel who thought maybe Melvin already knew if his original plan was to be betrothed to the man.

"But unfortunately you're married and my wife."

This time Angel really surprised Melvin. But Angel still did not want to give up and admit it.

"What are you talking about ?" Angel stood up and wanted to immediately go dodge Melvin.

It would not be nice if he talked to the man any longer. But not yet had Angel stepped, Melvin first pulled his hand and also stood up.

"Do I need to pull your dress to see the birthmark here as proof." Melvin's hand touched Angel's chest right in one of his assets, causing Angel to freeze.

There was a sigh that suddenly spread from within his body when he felt Melvin touch.

"Basic pervert." Angel brushed off Melvin's hand violently from the top of his chest.

How dare that man do that in such a crowd. You pervert and pervert guy.

Melvin and Angel stand in the corner. The lights were dimmed because they were only on the dance floor where some couples were dancing. So no one will see if Melvin's hand hits Angel's chest. Melvin would dare to do that.

Melvin just grinned to hear Angel swearing at him. Then the man immediately left after upsetting Angel. Just like Angel, Melvin also felt a swish within her as her hand touched one of the woman's forbidden areas. So Melvin had to quickly walk away from Angel's presence before he lost control.

A few moments later the party hall came back bright after the lights were on as soon as the dance was over. Angel looked around to find Melvin who went somewhere.

"Sister, where are you from ?" angel asked as soon as she saw Louise walking over and sitting in her place. Angel who had been standing up had also sat down.

"I'm from the toilet." Louise answered lying.

Louise leaves because she suddenly sees someone and when she returns she sees Angel with Melvin. Louise accidentally gives Melvin a chance to talk to Angel. Wanted to see how the man attempted to conquer his stubborn cousin's sister.

Yep. Louise agrees that Melvin will be Angel's companion. He even helped Melvin to get Angel because he had investigated how the man was. In view of the information he got apart from his family background, Melvin is also a good man, friendly and most importantly never involved scandal with any woman. So Louise doesn't have to worry because Melvin won't play Angel.
